I have shipped one order through Shiprocket by Ecom Express Courier partner AWB - .[protected].The delivery boy fake remarks everytime while delivering that address was incorrect and not make a single call to customer to verify address however address was correct and he was just giving fake remarks. I registered a complaint against this in Shiprocket customer care and they did nothing... I reach out Sr. Executive ( Ankur, Sharik, Shahid ), Floor manager ( Swati), Sr. manager Arvindan ( I don't know the exact spelling). So, Mr. Arvindan (Sr. manager) make the commitment that shipment will be marked as lost and order amount will be refunded in Shiprocket wallet. After his commitment I refunded the order amount to my customer and sent new product because previous one will be refunded to me. But after few hour Mr. Arvindan (Sr. Manager) called me and confirmed they will not refund my amount and disconnect the call. They fooled me. I tried hard to connect with him or his manager to register my complaint against him but he is like a Tughlaq. He gives order to entire staff that call should not be transferred to him again.
I believe he's the co - founder of company . He don't scared on the anything. Mr. Saahil goel and Mr. Vishesh Khurana you are nothing... Mr. Arvindan is the owner Shiprocket... He can do whatever he want.

    Hi,

    I ordered a neck pendant from Lavastra, it was supposed to be delivered to me by oct 3 . But I got a message in oct 3 stating my product is delivered but it wasn't . Ig everything is a scam : )

      I have order the product on 21st sept. On 27th sept it reached KOLKATA according to tracking. However, after that there is no movement of the product. I would never ever recommend to use SHIPROCKET as delivery services. They doesn't have any customer care for the buyers. Are you joking. Who made you the number 1 courier company. Look at the complaints. You are going to fail big time if you continue providing this type of services. Just fade up

        Dear ship rocket i file A complaint against misguide of customer when customer is all in this market. I shipped a parcel[protected] to 12 sep for my customer and your delivery boy said to my customer they are fake or please cancel the order. And they not delivered in 3 of attempt daily they call to customer and ask for address or location and said I will come in 10 mins. This is one complaint.

        After rto i send it again to same customer[protected] and its same as per first chance
        Now situation is my customer is irritated with your delivery partner so my humble request please deliver it as soon as possible. Or action against this type of people this type of people are like snake fir your company. It's destroyed your all hardwork in a second because in our industry customer is first preference or if you treat customer like this so dont worry you are a great future like nokia.

        Now I will wait for your response.. Best of luck

            This is the second time in two months I have suffered endless delay and lies from the Shiprocket delivery guys. They have fancy WhatsApp messaging service that randomly claims that they tried to deliver the product but couldn’t because home was closed!! My home is never closed… there’s no call from the delivery boy, no intimation - just plain lies. This company needs to be banned.

                A delivery person from shiprocket called me to get a help to reach at my place so i asked my parents not to leave the house as he was just next to my building but he dint turn up..
                my parents wer waiting for that person so that after taking the delivery they can move out …. This is very UNPROFESSIONAL

                    I have a parcel to be delivered by Shiprocket courier service but the courier boy namely Suvankar Bose (Mob: - [protected]) refuses to deliver my product at my doorstep and took the product with him. He behaved very rudely. He is too much unprofessional. I am from Kolkata, West Bengal.

                        Pls note that my shipment was delivered on the 15th of September 2021. My customer has confirmed the same, has made the COD payment for Rs.6820, has unpacked, and has already started using the parcel content.

                        I require the status to be updated as delivered and not RTO. It’s a wrong update. Neither are they paying my COD amount. On top of that they are telling me to harass my customer by telling them to pack products again and click photos. After Ive uploaded the conversation with my customer.

                                I SHIPPED my courier through shiprocket by courier partner expressbeez.
                                I SHIPPED my courier on 27 augast 2021
                                But till i didn't get satisfied answer from the company.
                                They are not updating any status not trying to contact me to resolve this issue
                                My courier amount is 7600/- and for this courier i paid 650/- as a shipping charge.
                                So today is 15 September 2021.
                                My customer who purchased from me that courier she want to cancel that order because of too much delay.
                                I was contact to second party (express beez courier service pune Maharashtra)
                                They said to me that my courier got in open condition.and shiprocket says no.
                                Shiprocket company want to hide some information from me..
                                Now i want to refund my 7600+650 (shipping charge) amount.
                                And also want to panalty for my time waste for this issue.

                                  I am Prem Anand C from chennai. Recently I have been ordered in timecontrol.in website for xiaomi mi pad 5 tablet as per order # TC-1528 on 10.09.2021 on COD option. That order package has been shipped through Shiprocket platform / Delhivery with AWB No.[protected] and it delivered today and paid by me for Rs.2, 599/- through GPay - UPI Transaction Id.[protected] / Google Transaction Id CICAgODKqqrfVQ. But when I opened the package, there is a photo frame only there. There is no tablet or anything there. I'm afraid that this must be a fraudulent act or something like that. and also the sender details in the package label contains the name only - RJ Creation, there is no address in the package label. So i request you to instruct the shiprocket to hold the amount and do not transfer the amount of Rs.2, 599/- paid by me to the originating company / firm and also If possible kindly refund the amount to GPay account (Mob.no. [protected]) and I will return the product. All the details attached with this complaint
