Dear Sir / Madam,
I had ordered Boombox Wireless Bluetooth speakers from Shiprocket website(Order ID 17487). It got delivered on 28th June 2021 and I found that it's not working properly. I had raised an request through email on same day but today I received an email mentioning that my issue is been resolved(Ticket No.2728200). Believe me I have not received any call or resolution email from the vendor or from shiprocket website. My issue is still not resolved and when I approached call center today, they said they cannot give any information about the seller and they were helpless to resolve my issues. Also, the product delivered to me was not as per the specifications displayed in the website. My product was costing Rs.1, 999/- and it's faulty. I need my money refunded immediately. I don't need any further replacement as the product is faulty and quality is very poor. The said product displayed in the website is not as per the actual product delivered to me.
Hence, I need your support to get my money back for this useless product.
