      "with reference to the recent update received from our team, we regret to inform you that the envelope had got damaged due to liquid spillage that happened in the courier network. Hence, we are unable to trace the shipment. We regret to inform you that we are unable to investigate further in this case."

      And they have been told that document disposed from hub .

        My order phone case 12 pro from A green CO. was deliver today morning on 18-7-20 on my hostel address my hostel is open 24*7 and i was in hostel today morning but the delivery man said that it is closed and he did not call me to informing where i am and my parcel is with him he just go back without information i want my parcel today any how
        how poor your service that your delivery man even did not call me this is happen with me second time i never prefer your delivery app for anything worst experience

              We have received 3 complaints about broken products when we have taken utmost care in packing. We have even used fragile product stickers on our packages but they have still ended up being roughly handled.

                This Shiproket is No1 waste courier service. I have ordered products from seller. They have sent parcel through this worst fellow on 3rd July 2021. But till the day there are no tracking details from Shiprocket, even after contacting them they are not provided any details to me and to the seller also. Simply they tell unnecessary explanations to bluff the issue. Worst parcel services is this one, if possible ban this one.

                    I am a 2 week old ecommerce company. Shiprocket has been a nightmare for us. Worst customer support. They broke 7-8 shipments in last 4-5 days and no one replies to your queries. Their customer support only repeats their words again and again.

                    Not at all recommended for a small business as they will make you run after them, be on their customer support call for 4-5 hours in a day and still your queries will not be resolved.

                    They disconnect call while you are talking to them and expect you to call them again and go through the pain of repeating same issue again.

                        The package has been picked from the seller on 23rd june from Delhi and as per the info reached chennai on 29th. we understand this delay due to Covid but since it reached chennai it has not reached me till 3rd of July. they show false delivery attempt from last 3 days and not cofirming the delivery. Neither any one has contacted for delivery.
                        i see serious concern here and if the delivery is not done in a day both seller and buyer will launch the case against the company as this is the most unprofessional attitude in the logistic experienced in my lifetime.

                          Dear Sir / Madam,

                          I had ordered Boombox Wireless Bluetooth speakers from Shiprocket website(Order ID 17487). It got delivered on 28th June 2021 and I found that it's not working properly. I had raised an request through email on same day but today I received an email mentioning that my issue is been resolved(Ticket No.2728200). Believe me I have not received any call or resolution email from the vendor or from shiprocket website. My issue is still not resolved and when I approached call center today, they said they cannot give any information about the seller and they were helpless to resolve my issues. Also, the product delivered to me was not as per the specifications displayed in the website. My product was costing Rs.1, 999/- and it's faulty. I need my money refunded immediately. I don't need any further replacement as the product is faulty and quality is very poor. The said product displayed in the website is not as per the actual product delivered to me.

                          Hence, I need your support to get my money back for this useless product.

                            Booked a shipment on 22nd and cancelled it within 1 hour.
                            After 4 follow ups, everytime what i get to hear is that i will receive my refund within 3-4 business days. They are closing service tickets on a random basis without providing any solution. When i am asking for a refund initiation mail with a reference id they are failing to provide the same.
                            In my last call I said, after the pathetic experience i wish to close my account and hence the recharge of INR 200 that i have done should come back to my account but they are ignoring that too

                                Hi sir this 2 parecl is not delivered to the client and when I called to customer care no. They just telling sir wait for 24 hrs u r parcel will be delivered to the client but till now it is not delivered I have waited for more than a week and co partner just giving wrong information that they call to the client and they refused to take parcel and I had reattempted 3 times but not getting delayed how much more days should I wait plz take immediate action on both the parcel and solve the problem soon.
