I order ship rocket site kids toys but this is send me incomplete...

I have ordered french style women push up bra and panties ( pack of 6 ) for Rs. 1, 009 but I received the ugly and totally wrong product I warn you to refund my Rs.1, 009 otherwise I will take seviour action and I will file a cse about this

After complaining 15 times on call n few times on mail I didn’t get resolution the services are fake I am sick o[censored]r services n I need my package any how do something or otherwise I Ll file a case

I have purchased zhuoheng lighter (USB watch lighter) it was delivered today by evening. After i unboxing the watch i get damaged watch. So kindly respond my complaint soon.

I had booked 3 cartons from Pune to Solapur and they have delivered 1 carton within the date and the rest two have started return after showing in Solapur Hub and stating that these are not essential products.
How can they deliver one and return the other two.
I will not pay the return charges

Shiprocket is fraud company. My shipment is not delivered AWB no. [protected] and got RTO but still not received by me goods worth rs 2000. But on shiprocket panel its showing delivered.

I ordered a Fossil Gen 6 watch in May 26, I have tracked the order that was near by my house but the delivery person didn't contact me and everyday they are saying that the product will be delivered by tomorrow but today they applied Osd lock. I need my product by tomorrow so, plz take a step of them. My order AwB code is [protected] .

Non-delivery of Pulse Oximeter Fingertip by The Maxim Electronics Service

I, Humayun Kabir placed an order Pulse Oximeter Fingertip on 18th May-21 from Shiprocket E -commerce, Whose delivery date was scheduled 24th May-21. Order Id: PDS [protected], Tracking Order [protected].
On 24th May-21 at 3Pm, Maxim Electronics Service delivery person contacted me over my phone asked for my delivery location. But till now I have not received the Pulse Oximeter fingertip. But Delivery Activity show “Delivered to consignee”.Details of Order is given as follows:

This is in relation to your companies channeling partner Rudra silks powered by Shiprocket.

As discussed with Mr.Raghavendra, I have been cheated of Rs. 1500/-, paid by cash to Xpress bees in related to the order placed in rudrasilks.com.

I immediately brought into notice to your delivery executive within a minute & his higher officials that the material delivered is totally unacceptable in accordance with the money paid & Rudra silks scam of cheating.
But, they denied to return my money & share the address of from address of rudra silks, inspite of valid reasons & the package do not have the registered office address of rudra silks. The GST also has been claimed without the number printed on the invoice. Looks like Xpress bees, Shiprocket & rudra silks are in partnership with this online scam!!!

Since the amount is paid to Xpress bees executive, I request you to kindly return the same & take back the parcel delivered. And provide the registered postal address of your channeling partner Rudra Silks.
They forced me to pay the money for unqualified product & the parcel was not having the valid sender's address & GST number.

Order No.24125 placed with Giujarat Snacks on 14th inst. reached the destination on 21st and "Out for delivery": on 22nd forenoon. But, I am sorry to state that neither any call on the two mobile no.s was received nor anybody approached to the registered address. Further, the PIN Code was mentioned as 2210012 while the registered PIN is 221001 Thus, the consignment was not delivered to me so far. Now as it is indicated the same will be delivered on 25th or 26th inst. I don't know whether this is intentional or is calousness in delivering consignment.

Company member offer me discount plan and took money from me, asked me to recharge big and get discount rate.

When I recharge same day, she said no plan now
There are keep doing this in pendamic.

I am going to file Section 500 IPS, against them.

Shiprocket damaged my products and from 12th of april i am in touch with there team, but today they called me up and said that you have not shared this or that details etc etc, I just want to ask from12th april were you people sleeping, at time when they should give me a solution at that time they told its my mistake, they are fraudsters...!!! They just know how to irritate customer, from 12th i am continously callinng and mailing them for my refund but these people have not provided any fair solution, even they lied to me they told my customer told them that she didnt recieved any damage product, but on a truth note i shared audio on there mail in which my customer is telling that they told them that they recievd damaged product, even shiprocket should go n learn difference between poor handling and packaging as they fool customers saying poor packaging even when they dont know they did poor handling for same, I want my refund, my full amountb back 2800..!!! other i will even go to civil court for this

Shiprocket charged me for excess weight on false basis, they wrote that my shipment was of 4.5 kg when it was not, they told lie and i have shipped the same product many times before from them but this they charged me for unnecessarily, before this problem never arised, I have shared the pic of my product, its a flex of 3*2 feet, and this product i have shipped before many times with them. but this time they just want to eat money so they aree doing this

Shiprocket deducted 1200 or even more amount from my balance and even they damaged my shipments and providing no solution for the loss they did to me.

this is to inform you that on dated 15th April 2021 on internet i have seen one add from shiprocket 3 Men's long sleeve denim shirt from Aggarwal Garments [Ghaziabad U.P.] on cash on delivery basis.
On dated 20th april 2021, I have received courier through Xpressbee with tracking ID - [protected].
When i received parcel same has been open in front of delivery boy found only 02 casual shirt instant of 03 denim shirt.
the shirts quality was very bad it was like footpath old shirts with so dirty, damage and restricted.
so i have denied to pay courier delivery boy amount but he shouted on us this is not our problem, why you open it, you opened you have to pay and loudly shouted .
so finally i have pay

I ordered a three combo shirt in price 699 INR but when I delivered my order the product was change and when I try to contact site for return by email and phone no one reply it 😭😭😭
