Shiprocket damaged my products and from 12th of april i am in touch with there team, but today they called me up and said that you have not shared this or that details etc etc, I just want to ask from12th april were you people sleeping, at time when they should give me a solution at that time they told its my mistake, they are fraudsters...!!! They just know how to irritate customer, from 12th i am continously callinng and mailing them for my refund but these people have not provided any fair solution, even they lied to me they told my customer told them that she didnt recieved any damage product, but on a truth note i shared audio on there mail in which my customer is telling that they told them that they recievd damaged product, even shiprocket should go n learn difference between poor handling and packaging as they fool customers saying poor packaging even when they dont know they did poor handling for same, I want my refund, my full amountb back 2800..!!! other i will even go to civil court for this
