I placed an order on July 8, 2021 for Terraplant through a website called Terrplant.in. The order was for two ceramic planters for a total order value of INR 1598. The order id was #1128. I got an email confirmation about my order from [protected]@terraplant.in, and was promised delivery by July 17, 2021. Later I received 2 emails that said the order was delayed due to covid restrictions. These emails about delay, then about packing, then about shipment on its way, came to me from [protected]@net.shiprocket.in on July 14, July 15 and July 27. My order was shipped through XpressBees AWB No. : [protected] and was finally received on July 27, 2021. However, when the package came it was a small cardboard box, badly squished, and on opening there was some bubble wrapped (not even taped) pieces of small broken terracotta pots, these were hardly 4 inches in size, unlike the big planter that I had ordered. I made a video and wrote a complaint, but the Terraplant website says it is under maintenance, their emails are bouncing, and the shiprocket emails are also bouncing back.
I would like to register a complaint and seek your help in getting my money back.
