I have returned one defective piece which was costing rs. 599
After applying hdfc10 i got 10% discount so the cost goes - rs. 539

Shoppers stop accepted defective product and returned only rs. 362.67
I have written so many mails but no reply without solving my query they have returned rs. 362.67 isn't its a big cheat.

Can i get answer to it?

Ss has responded it is system calculated...

On june 30 2017 i placed an order for a pair of shoes which got dropped. There was no order nor reference number. I paid in part using shoppers stop vouchers and in part using my mobikwik wallet money.

The vouchers were refunded but the wallet money was not. I complained over email and phone multiple times. All i hear is that refund is done. O provided proofs. I called several times. No one is listening to me.

I have purchased a cloth from bengaluru airport but after reaching to patna i noticed a manufacturing defect in cloth. When i talked to customer executive that stupid fellow told me to again go to bengaluru and returned in the same store that is not possible. I also made a call to latin quarters customer care but he was least bother. There is no showroom in patna, what to do..?...

I am really confused that you people do a round round game with me. I have sent you a correct bank a/c no and ifsc code and you have said its wrong. 2 kurtis of stop brand were not delivered and in the status it says that the items have been delivered.

Called customer care many times but they are not providing the proof of delivery, the pod which they shared with me does not have my address on it and the time they tried to deliver.

They still havent refunded me the money even after calling them 9 times on the phone....

Today i visited shopper stop store at the laxminagar v3s mall. Really i must say the service is pathetic. One incident happened to me by mistake and they charged for 800 rs. I was just seeing the mug which has an offer of buying one get one free and mistakenly it cap falls down and broke into pieces. I have purchased one kurti of soch from shoppers stop sector 10 rohini, delhi on 21.08.2017. On the piece, there were two price tags - one was sale tag rs.598 and another was rs.798. Billing was made considering the higher price of rs.798. When i again visited the store on 26.08.2017 to give the credit note of rs.200, their officials denied to give the credit note of rs.200 and instead asked me to leave the piece and take credit note of rs.798....

I have booked cot on 30th jul'16 and cot got delivered in sep'16. From day one - i am facing with cracking loud sound with the cot while sleeping. Even just turning getting loud sound, due to which not able to sleep properly in the night.

On 20 th may, i bought a raymond trouser from latur shoppers stop. But it's stitches removed & got torn. Also it got color faded.. It happened just after 2 or 3 washes hardly.. If i spend 1799 for this trouser, then what it is worth for me.. If this happens with such a brand so how can we trust your products.. I have purchased catwalk shoe which was in discount sale in one of your outlet situated in royal meenakshi mall, bannerghatta, bengaluru.
