Its truly been a pathetic experience with shopper stop online service. I had placed the order on 24th Jan ' 18. On 26th Jan '18, I got the message from Shopper Stop that the product will be DELIVERED to you on 28th Jan ' 18 on or before 13:38 hrs.neither the product was delivered to me nor I got any communication from shopper Stop on the next delivery date. On calling customer service these guys just diconnected the call thrice when started enquiring deep about my order status.When i registered a complaint then a lady from from i guess mumbai or pune called me asking the reason for complaint and assured me that the product will be delivered by 30th Jan ' 18 end of the day. But when i didnt get it delivered again on the committedate i called again the customer care and a lady picked up and she said that it will take another 4 days to be delivered.when she notices that i have got irritated she swiftly disconnected the call. Shopper stop is gonna be a big failure if they continue the service this way.
First of all these customer service guys just bluff around on the product delivery date.they dont even know what to answer...and secondly they take hell lot of days to deliver the product...u need to do multiple follow ups to know your product status.

Over all a patheic experience...u guys will be out of market soon...just look at your competitor LIFESTYLE...they are doing a fab job in delivering the product in just 3 to 4 days plus excellent customer service and they provide accurate date of product delivery...

Shopper Stop online service is just pathetic

    I had placed the order on 18th jan 2018 and i got a message confirming it will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days... On 22nd jan 2018 i got the message the the order will be delivered on 24th jan 2018 on or before 2:00 pm... It was not delivered to me and neither i recieved any communication through call or message from shopper stop that when the product is gonna be delivered... And since then i have continously following up with the customer care guys everyday and those stupid people say the same # all the time that"maam, your product will be delivered by today evening or tomorrow... Even today on 26th jan 2018 i called them and the same reply... And all of them are trained to make same excuse to the customer that" its getting delayed because of end of season sale"... I really dont understand why these people are fooling around the customer... Pathetic experience and i would never recommed shopperstop online service to anyone... Guys its truly pathetic... That too i stay in proper bangalore not in any remote area... Guys please dont try out shopper stop online service... They just play around and fool the customer... There is no proper communication... It take hell lot of days to get the product delivered... No clarity on when the product will be delivered... Lack of correct information shared by customer care guys... No tracking system... No message by shopper stop... Hell lot of follow up required...

      I was doing some online transaction at shopperstop.com.
      Transaction was failed two times.

      I have received reversal of one transaction on same date, other transaction amount is not received yet.

      I requested customer care to transfer the amount,

      One of the representative asked me that they have not received any payment for the second transaction, request to please co-ordinate with bank for further assistance.

      Bank asked me to get following details from shopperstop
      (1) a confirmation mail from the merchant that they have not received the funds against the below mentioned details to assist further:transaction amount : rs. 689.30, transaction date : december 10, 2017, payment id : [protected], consumer code : HTTPS://WWW.SHOPPERSSTOP.COM[protected], bill reference information :[protected]

      (2) merchant confirmation mail should contain from email id, to email id, amount, date and time for further assistance.

      Requested many times to shopper stop to reply and give confirmation that they have not received the funds.
      But they are not giving any reposnse.

      Please dont use their online portal, they are frauds.

I purchased 3 dresses for my mother, since i was checking shopperstop website i liked 3 dresses and placed the order with 'm' size and payed with credit card. Morning time my mother told me she wears 'l' size so immediately i sent them an email regarding size change before the ship, also called customer care no, they told they dont have option to change size now, but they can cancel the order and money will be returned in my credit acc. Within 7 days. 24th jan evening i got email that products has been shipped now. Today morning on 25th jan when i called customer care, they are saying product can't be cancelled now. When i am asking to cancel anyway, they are saying they can't do anything now. If they can't do anything then why they have customer care! I was thinking shopperstop is good company, but really poor and stress passer company for online buyers. I am just hopeless now. Please help to cancel the order.

            I place the order on 22/Dec/2017 electric rice cooker (order #[protected] and i received the order on 23/Dec/2017 but the received product is defective piece so i call to shoperstop customer care and send email to shoperstop for returning the product (case number - CAS[protected]Z3Z9N6). i received the return product on 8/Jan/2017 (order # [protected]) but when i open the box i saw that they did not change the product, they pack same damage piece and they return to us, again i call to customer care and send email to customer care on 8/Jan/217, i told him i dont want to purchase any think from shoperstop i want to my mony back in my account they said "I puchase this product from gift card so they return only gift card which this gift card only accept by shoperstop, " I received email from shoperstope (20/Jan/2017) they received the product, after that I am not received any email, massage or call from him,
            I request you to please return my amount to my bank account I don’t want to purchase any think from shopperstop,

              Top of it says do what you want to do take my name mohit

                I placed an order on dec 27th and returned a few products in a couple of days and i still haven't received my refund i'm calling the customer care executive everyday since the last 1 week. They all say that the refund has been initiated but i still haven't received the refund.
                It's been more than a month now and i'm highly disappointed.
                I want to place another order on shooperstop but now, i'm soooo annoyed with the service.

                  Hi sir,

                  I have ordered a product on 30th nov'17 (Order #[protected] through shoppers stop online and received product on 23rd dec'17 (After several follow-ups), but it's a damaged product and requested for replacement and send back to shoppers stop and received by them on 6th jan'18 and they have confirmed that they can't provide new product and reversed my amount on 16th jan'18. After waiting almost 2 months they have returned my money and just escaped as they can't provide new product.

                  If shoppers stop don't have the product, why they are keeping available in the website?
                  Are they trying to cheat customers?
                  Is this kind of service they provide to customers?

                    I am a gold card member and a regular at your store.

                    I bought a jacket from your store in shipra mall gaziabad of oner brand, leather jacket from last year's end of season sale thinking got a good deal.

                    This year i wore it once and second time i found it worn out above pocket and underarms. I went to store to complaint, but as expected they did not entertain it saying i did not have receipt and it was almost a year old purchase. I fully understand their point, but my point is nobody keep receipts for a year and winter wear will come out in winter only not in summer, that is why this long it took me to come.

                    I could have brought jacket from fbb or pantaloon at cheaper rate, but i choose ss thinking of getting quality product here. I was really let down when the manager there said i might not have kept it properly. I am not ready to take the point as i have other jackets purchased from your store without complaint, this just wore off in one season after one wear. (It costed me around 2k in sales)

                    At the end just a request, plz give some assurance of quality to patrons, this brings disrepute to your brand name.

                      Ordered on 25th dec2017. Received on 3jan2018 and returned the next day. Only information received so far is that item is back in warehouse. Still awaiting the refund. So wary of shoppers stop. Not going to make any purchase from this store in future. Why there’s no direct mail address on their site for complaints? The call center no. On returns page has no option to inquire about return status.

                        Dear sir/madam

                        I had placed an order on december 6, 2017. My order no. Is[protected] which i paid by
                        Debit card. As per their policy product should receive in 5 to 7 days. After waiting for more then 9 days i contacted them & asked about product status & came to know that they have not sent my order. I informed them that for christmas holiday i will be going out of station so if you can send your order please send it before 16th december, 2017 & if it is going to reach after that please cancel it, since i will not be available after that. They agreed to it.
                        They did not pay any heed to my request & sent the product to my place when we were out of station for holidays. Nobody was available so shipment returned to them.

                        I contacted customer care about my refund almost chasing their customer care every alternate day for the refund, but there is a false promise that is being made on every call. Whenever i called up customer care about refund i was told to wait for 2 more days, we have raised your complaint, your complaint is highlighted this kind of answer i get.

                        Highly disappointed from such a well known brand. Btw i am their first citizen card holder since 2008.

                        Please look into the matter at the earliest & refund my money.

                          I just purchased a 3 wrist watch 1-fossil ; 2- esprit ; 3- timex from shoppersstop the great india place on 24-dec-17 at 05:53:13
                          Cash memo no: 2133, store: 00130

                          When i am paying total amount of rs.17086 in favor of wrist watch, one of your executive told me to pay with bajaj card to get rs.1000/- discount on purchase of more than rs rs.10, 000/-. So i paid all payment with bajaj card but after payment same executive is denied for rs.1000/- discount amount. - executive name is hari - mobile no. - [protected] he is from bajaj who is sitting in cashier place. I want that rs.1000/- in that regard. Or else know why he mislead or misguide about the issue which had occur and if he is not having all information why he is sitting in ss store.

                          Second instance in same bill, same date - cashier name is - shriom sharma - 7048218
                          When i am paying payment he told me to get ss card to get reward point of rs.850/- after 24 hrs from shopping time & ss card worth rs.300/- ; so i trust that executive, i paid rs. 300/- in favor of ss card but when i checked my status of my card there is no reward points is to be added till 28/dec/17 04:15:23. Even i didn't got any type of card number and receipt of rs. 300/-.

                          Ss, now i want to know why employees of your store is misguiding for the offers if they don't having complete knowledge, as me as a customer i fully trust on ss
                          But before purchasing they didn't told me that clause of not getting such reward point. Today he is not giving suh positive answer in favor of that.
                          I discussed about the issue with executive name - sandeep in ss gip store. He didn't pickuping my phone after he know about issue, i demand from him to talk with senior executive or store manager in tht regard and till now he is not responding for that.

                          I'm not happy with this service.
                          Before billing if any of your employee told me about such thing i will not pay rs.300 for that card. Your store executives didn't cleared or explain me about that the things clearly. If they informed me about that issue why should i pay by bajaj finserve card or purchase ss card.

                          Waiting for resolution in my favour.

                            Sir now i want to exchange the 1 product in 3 items that is theme suit uper tuxido + trouser, tuxido is tight for me i want its exchange, but in store customer service person mr. Subodh denyed for exchange, he said your trouser altered, because of alteration they can changed.
                            But before purchasing they didn't told me that clause. Today he show me terms and conditions backside of bill.
                            I'm not happy with this service.
                            Before alteration your store executives didn't cleared or explain me about that clause. If they informed me about that issue why should want/demand for exchange.

                              I had received a text with the offer of 15%cashback if paid via paytm on purchases above rs.6000/-. Yesterday my total bill amount crossed the required rs. 6000/- but the billing counter couldn't take the payment via paytm so i didn't get the cashback offer.                                   Hello team,

                                  On 20 dec 2017 with order confirmation[protected] i placed an order of three dresses. "womens round neck textured midi dress" and what the dispatch has shipped is "womens round neck textured jacket". On receiving the product on 24 dec when i called the helpline support number of shoppers stop they said that i had placed the order for "womens round neck textured jacket" which is correct and my claim on the order of "womens round neck textured midi dress" is wrong and i am short of memory. However, in the confirmation email of the order it can be seen clearly that i had placed an order for "womens round neck textured midi dress". They have had the courage o[censored]pdating my order with a wrong product so that the support staff can't see the correct order that i have placed.

                                  They are trying to cheat people with there online orders.

                                  I need to have this resolved and a full refund of my money.

                                    We we were at shoppers stop at shipra mall noida. Amongst various items we also bought 3 aurelia kurtis worth 1099 each which had offer of buy 2 get 1 free. During billing we were asked to pay for all 3. They did offer us a discount of 30% on all the three but that amounted us to rs2307. Instead of rs.2200. It is not about just rs.103, but it is a matter about how your customers feel cheated. Also, we were asked to purchase your membership card worth rs.300 to avail the discounted price. This again is not fair. What if i wanted to shop from here just once. I understand that it might be your company policy but i just want to confirm it.

                                      I purchased a pair of superdry sunglasses on 17th dec 2017 from shopper stop elante mall chandigarh. When i came back home i gave it try and i noticed a a little heavy scratch on the glass (Inner side). The next evening i gave a visit to shoppers stop for the same. I narrated the matter to the csd staff. The guy who was attending me told me that he cannot replace it, rather he suggested me that he can get the glass replaced (If i want) on my expenses. I was shocked to hear that. I told him that i need to speak to the higher authority. And the d. M came after sometime.. And i narrated everything again, he told me that the damage could have been done from my end, he didnt had a courtesy to say 'sorry'.. Rather he said that i can raise a compliant for the same. The conversation between us indicated me that i was held responsible of what had happended and they were just there to sale the product to me.
                                      This seems sad and unprofessional to me!
                                      Hoping for a quick rectification.

                                        My order no is[protected]. I had placed an order of four items out of which I have only received three. The fourth item which I have not received is a grey kurti. In the website's tracking it says delivered but the I haven't received it. My complaint number is CAS[protected]MOD4CO.They sent a mail and said they would get back to me but I haven't heard anything in 3-4 days.
