Sir, i entered in shoppers stop showroom and submit my bag to a staff person named jagjit singh having card no. 11774 at entrance. After shopping when i returned there, he refused that he didn't take any kind of a bag and even argue with me that you didn't submit anything here. But after a long argument. When i found myself inside, the bag was there. I request you to please take a strict action against him.

I have buyed a sunglasses brand police. At gvk mall shoppersstop hyderabad i hope it was a duplicate product. Coz i have used rarely in two months the glass has been got blur. And given back to replacement they said wait for 30days now it's 60 days why you people fool for customer so horrible acknowledge receipt number 4673 gvk shopper stop hyderabad.

I have purchased one kurti of soch from shoppers stop sector 10 rohini, delhi on 21.08.2017. On the piece, there were two price tags - one was sale tag rs.598 and another was rs.798. Billing was made considering the higher price of rs.798. When i again visited the store on 26.08.2017 to give the credit note of rs.200, their officials denied to give the credit note of rs.200 and instead asked me to leave the piece and take credit note of rs.798. They stated that the sale tag was not detached from the piece by mistake when the sale ends a day before. This is not acceptable since it is their responsibility to detach the sale tag from the item. Kindly look into the matter and arrange to provide me the credit note of rs.200.

I tried calling customer care but no one takes the call. One lady took the call and said wrong number, though it was shoppers stop customer care number only. I need my refund.

Hi team,

I have booked cot on 30th jul'16 and cot got delivered in sep'16. From day one - i am facing with cracking loud sound with the cot while sleeping. Even just turning getting loud sound, due to which not able to sleep properly in the night.

Informed home stop, royal meenakshi mall, bannnergatta road, bangalore. 2 times they checked and finally they replaced the cot in apr'17. For one month - i did not had sound issue and again from may'17 - getting same loud sound. Again given the complaint to home stop. They said they have informed the distributor.

Problem is with cot model.

After placing the order money got debited and gift card balance got consumed but no order id was generated and control was redirected to login page. I want immediate refund for this failed transaction else i shall approach consumer court.

On 20 th may, i bought a raymond trouser from latur shoppers stop. But it's stitches removed & got torn. Also it got color faded.. It happened just after 2 or 3 washes hardly.. If i spend 1799 for this trouser, then what it is worth for me.. If this happens with such a brand so how can we trust your products.. Hope that provide me your honest solution on this before i complain.....

This is regarding the order number 94558837 which was placed on 4th august 2017. The order was shipped through delhivery courier service with awb no. [protected].
The order was shipped from calcutta but it never left calcutta and it went missing in that location on 8th august. After constant follow ups with shoppersstop customer care, the courier team started searching the package. The customer care assured me that i can raise a request for refund if i do not get the parcel. On 17th august i had request the customer care for the refund, they said, we will raise the refund once the package is returned to us. Now the problem is that delhivery team has messed up the courier so neither i will get it and nor they can return it. So shoppersstop should ideally refund my money and settle with the courier team but they are not raising the refund unless they get the courier back. Please take some action against these fraud people and help me get the refund.

I have purchased catwalk shoe which was in discount sale in one of your outlet situated in royal meenakshi mall, bannerghatta, bengaluru. My skin is getting torn near my ankles due to usage of the shoe and i'm unable to wear it. I had visited there to get it replaced or get an alternative solution but was of no use. Instead i had to come back empty handed.

Had bought a mens jeans from Shoppers Stop at TGIP mall Noida, but after first wash of the jeans the colour of the brand logo at the back spread over the the jeans. Pepe jeans london being one of the best brand is always preferred but looking into this situation it is very disappointing. I have complained offline to the Shoppers Stop Customer Care on 30 July 2017 but I did't expected this type service from Shoppers Stop, very disappointing it is. I would like the customer care to look into the matter on urgent basis and refund the money so that the trust on the brand from my end stays the same.

This is to put a notice before you that i purchased a kraus brand black jeans and its not been a year but few months back the jeans got torned like the fabric is completely damaged. How can a branded denium b like this??? You guys should take actions on this!!! It forced me to think that might be it was not genuine product. I used the same brand earlier as well but never faced such issues before. I hope for you promt reply.

For my order no 92826156, bluedart had delivered the gift card of rs. 5000/- to a different address and a different person. There was no call done to me for the delivery of the product. When i tracked the airway bill number, i called the customer care asking them to return the product as this was to gift somebody for their farewell and i had to physically to the nearest outlet to buy another gift card.
After initiating a return/refund request, bluedart delivered the packet at my mentioned address. Now i have 2 gift cards of rs. 5000 each and absolutely of no use.
Because of your error and mismanagement why should the customer be at the receiving end.

Today i received a call my sbi credit card team and said your card is hackd and do some fradulent transations kindly close your credit card and also asked where is you last transation made i said shoppers stop raipur air port they said some this is wrong at that.

My request is to kindly interrogate this matter and save the customers like me. And iam also escalate this issue in social media also. I bought 4 products today. 2 @ 60% discount and 2 @40% discount.
After billing when i checked receipt, i realized items supposed to be at 40% discounts were charged more (With discount of ~35)
After checking with at customer service desk, their executive told there is 5% gst added. Which was not mentioned on bill for those items. After logical argument and that guy checked in system he acknowledged it was an system issue.br...

I'm prithvi from hyderabad. I purchased a police watch at hyderabad airport on 17/07/2017 around 12pm in the afternoon. I was charged rs.5995 for a watch that actually costs only rs.4995. I actually did not check for the prices before the purchase. I saw the same watch in banglore shoppers stop for rs.4995. I then checked it on your website as well, it was rs.4995 only. Here attached are my bill, screensots of the watch prices on your website. I was told that computer was not working nd was given a manual bill, where i was billed for the same watch in different colour which is still in discount even now. I took a silver police watch with model no. P14498js04mj which is actually rs.4995, but i was asked to pay rs.5995.
The same watch in gold is around rs.4786 from past 1month. So it's quite clear that i was cheated. I demand an explanation and refund for this. Mail me at [protected]@gmail.com

As a regular customer of shoppers stop, i was shocked to receive a damaged shawl which i purchased from the airport for a distinguished colleague. It was returned to me with bad remarks and i stared at her dumfounded. I travel to more that 5 countries a month and never have i been so disappointed by shops in the airport. I was enraged by this despicable situation. I am writing immediately after discovering this situation late after work because i am very angry.

As a tax paying citizen i am ashamed to represent this country. Corporations like shoppers stop should be denied the honour of having an outlet in the airport. Kempagowda airport is the 35th busiest airport in asia. It handles over 22.2 million passengers a year. Out of which i bet tourists are plenty. Imaging them buy such a product to take home to family and friends as a souvenir. What do you think would be the stained reputation of the country? Low quality industrial mess? Do you want them to take with them the memory of cheating? Is that what you want them to think? Such situations shadow the great nation for which our ancestors gave up their life.

You are deceiving the customers who used to trust this brand. After paying such a high price expecting quality, after paying so much gst, you have betrayed my trust and pulled down my reputation in the entire company.

Have no doubt, i shall make sure this reaches many …after all facebook and media today is meant to prevent such situations. As a holder of ph. D.in law i take this as a personal insult.

I expect you to get back to me immediately with an official apology for your incompetence. Make no mistake i shall pursue this closely, especially the next time i visit bangalore soon.

I expect a new piece sent to my home in bangalore. I refuse to spend my money to drive all the way to the airport for your mistake and blunder.

The product (Fossil mens machine watch fs4487i) got it delivered june 12, 2017 through ekart.
I received the product with damage in the strap material, and looks like used.
I wanted to return this product and contacted shopperstop team with product images by june 14.
They agreed for refund through call, but after that i didn't get any communication regarding this.
Still the product is with me. It is more than 1 month now.
I am regularly calling shopper stop team to follow this.
Over last 4 weeks i am getting same reply concern forwarded to back end team and wait 24-48 hours.
They are not saying any due date or not giving any updates.
Please help me to return this product and get my money back.
