My name is aakanksha jain. I lived in gurgaon and i am the regular customer of shoppers stop mgf metropolitan mall,, mehrauli gurgaon road, gurugram, haryana 122002.

I have purchased ladies golden watch of guess brand in may 16. Its cost was almost 15000 rs.

At the time of purchase product have a guarantee of 1year but on that moment when i faced issue with brand strap colour has been fade within 4-5 months.br...

I ordered for a Casio Edifice Twin Censor watch on shoppersstop website on 26th October 2015.

There was an offer on the site and the watch was priced at Rs. 1999 and I paid the amount in full.

Order number is 00324093. When I did not receive any tracking information even after 3 days, I reached out to the customer care and was promised that the order would be shipped in another couple of days as it usually takes...

A defective product(dress) was delivered to me, when i raised a request for return, i was asked to send the pictures of the defect. sent that also but since then its been 4 days have not received and response. Called customer care also they said sorry etc, you will receive a reply in 24-48 hrs but didn't hear anything yet.
My money (1500INR) is also stuck with them. now that they have my money they are least bothered to respond also....

I have purchased a first citizen membership from sopeers stop janakpuri, delhi outlet. The marketing people told us that there are various benefits including free parking.

Whenever I call the customer care or mail them, they conveniently putting a blame on FreeCharge saying that they refunded the money in my FreeCharge wallet, but till date I can't see any refund in my FreeCharge wallet. I placed my order on 28.02.2017 at www.shoppersstop.com. After making the payment I got the mail with the copy of my order saying that order is successful. In that copy of the order there is no order ID, neither I am able to track my order nor there is any action from the sellers site. I submitted my bag of Tommy for repair as it falls under warranty. I supposed to recieved the product after 25 days. Now it's almost 50 days and I haven't received any update(neither call nor email) from shoppers stop.

I bought a lavie wallet from city center 1 Kolkata on 11 Nov 2016. It is under 6 months warranty.. So as per today's date ( 5 Feb 2017) it has not completed 90 days.
The wallet has an issue with its tic tac button used for opening it. Shoppers Stop manager has refused to send it to the store for repairmen the. I am seriously upset with the response. If they cant give a good service for the products then why do they display...

I have purchase woodland shoes from Noida Store and there was manufacturing defect and i went to store as there is 3 months manufacturing gurantee..the Customer complaint person take that and issue me reciept to collect shoes witing 15 days but after 20 days when i went to store the said that they will contact me in 3..4 days as they need some more time for woodland approval...and still today after 25 days there is no response from there...

This is regarding a watch purchased - french connection from shopper's stop (Rohini Sector-10 mall ) the watched stopped working within 6 months of the purchase and there is no/minimum support is offered from the store regarding the ownership of the issue. I was told to submit the watch for 60 days for repair and R&D without any assurance. The watch is under warranty and leaving my watch for repair for 60 days does not make any sense also...

I placed the order (Order id[protected] and made online payment on 19th nov16 itself. I was expecting the product to attend the function at my house however the product was not delivered. On inquiry i found that the order was cancelled without consulting me and and without any information.
