I would like to bring to your kind notice i have made purches on 29.07.2017 at raipur airport through my credit card. Today i received a call my sbi credit card team and said your card is hackd and do some fradulent transations kindly close your credit card and also asked where is you last transation made i said shoppers stop raipur air port they said some this is wrong at that.

My request is to kindly interrogate this matter and save the customers like me. And iam also escalate this issue in social media also. Fradulent transation to my card aud180.00, aud70.00, aud180.00 kindly help us in this regard and my request is dont made any purchases throug credit card at raipur shopers stop suspected employes is there they are thies dont buy shoppers stop stores in raipur

    I bought 4 products today. 2 @ 60% discount and 2 @40% discount.
    After billing when i checked receipt, i realized items supposed to be at 40% discounts were charged more (With discount of ~35)
    After checking with at customer service desk, their executive told there is 5% gst added. Which was not mentioned on bill for those items. After logical argument and that guy checked in system he acknowledged it was an system issue.br...

    I'm prithvi from hyderabad. I purchased a police watch at hyderabad airport on 17/07/2017 around 12pm in the afternoon. I was charged rs.5995 for a watch that actually costs only rs.4995. I actually did not check for the prices before the purchase. I saw the same watch in banglore shoppers stop for rs.4995. I then checked it on your website as well, it was rs.4995 only. Here attached are my bill, screensots of the watch prices on your website. I was told that computer was not working nd was given a manual bill, where i was billed for the same watch in different colour which is still in discount even now. I took a silver police watch with model no. P14498js04mj which is actually rs.4995, but i was asked to pay rs.5995.
    The same watch in gold is around rs.4786 from past 1month. So it's quite clear that i was cheated. I demand an explanation and refund for this. Mail me at [protected]@gmail.com

      As a regular customer of shoppers stop, i was shocked to receive a damaged shawl which i purchased from the airport for a distinguished colleague. It was returned to me with bad remarks and i stared at her dumfounded. I travel to more that 5 countries a month and never have i been so disappointed by shops in the airport. I was enraged by this despicable situation. I am writing immediately after discovering this situation late after work because i am very angry.

      As a tax paying citizen i am ashamed to represent this country. Corporations like shoppers stop should be denied the honour of having an outlet in the airport. Kempagowda airport is the 35th busiest airport in asia. It handles over 22.2 million passengers a year. Out of which i bet tourists are plenty. Imaging them buy such a product to take home to family and friends as a souvenir. What do you think would be the stained reputation of the country? Low quality industrial mess? Do you want them to take with them the memory of cheating? Is that what you want them to think? Such situations shadow the great nation for which our ancestors gave up their life.

      You are deceiving the customers who used to trust this brand. After paying such a high price expecting quality, after paying so much gst, you have betrayed my trust and pulled down my reputation in the entire company.

      Have no doubt, i shall make sure this reaches many …after all facebook and media today is meant to prevent such situations. As a holder of ph. D.in law i take this as a personal insult.

      I expect you to get back to me immediately with an official apology for your incompetence. Make no mistake i shall pursue this closely, especially the next time i visit bangalore soon.

      I expect a new piece sent to my home in bangalore. I refuse to spend my money to drive all the way to the airport for your mistake and blunder.

        The product (Fossil mens machine watch fs4487i) got it delivered june 12, 2017 through ekart.
        I received the product with damage in the strap material, and looks like used.
        I wanted to return this product and contacted shopperstop team with product images by june 14.
        They agreed for refund through call, but after that i didn't get any communication regarding this.
        Still the product is with me. It is more than 1 month now.
        I am regularly calling shopper stop team to follow this.
        Over last 4 weeks i am getting same reply concern forwarded to back end team and wait 24-48 hours.
        They are not saying any due date or not giving any updates.
        Please help me to return this product and get my money back.

          I worked in shoppers stop from 6th june 2016 through campus recruitment and gave resignation on 5th january 2017, hr made me exit from company and promised me to give relieving letter after when i called they told hr resigned from job wait until new hr comes till today i tried but still they have not provided me relieving letter and no settlements and no single response i have to provide that to my present employer as my confirmation is on 10sept.               I purchased a watch thorugh shoppersstop app.

              Issue 1:
              Colour in app shows watch dial colour and strap colour in black
              But original watch dial color is black and strap colour is grey colour.

              Issue 2:

              The original mrp on watch box is 8995
              But on the app they are showing 10500.

              I believed the price on the app and purchased the watch for rupees 4250/- (As they gave 50% discount and besides on it i applied save20 coupon on 10500).

              But 50% on rupees 8995/- is rupees 4497.5/-
              And save20 on rupees 4497.5 is rupees 3598 /-

              As is have been cheated i request to take the product back and refund my 4250 rupees

                  I am writing with regards to the behavior by the customer care team who are in the shopper stop in the gopalan mall, opp to rmz infinity,
                  I had a concern but dint get proper reply especially the person by name 'tamil' doesn't know how to speak to the customers, he was very rude very time i went, never expected this kind of the behavior from shoppers stop atleast.
                  The customer care people who sit for the exchange and other issue should improve a lot on there behavior, there are very very bad.
                  And another concern i had is any readymade pants will not fit the person, so the tailor doesn't do side alternation (Taper) only the length he does with only lenght how will it come out good?, why should we pay 3k for the pant and again go pay 200 outside and get the sides and length altered??? I spoke about this to joseph fernando, but even failed to give a good resolution.

                    I ordered 4 items from you vide order no. 80006629. Price of these items was rs. 1096/- which was paid by me online rs. 896/- after using coupon of rs. 200/- given by dish tv to me.

                    Yesterday, i received the only 3 goods whereas you did not delivered one item of rs. 299/-, which is breach of your commitment after accepting my order.

                    Further, you processed the refund o[censored]ndelivered items just rs. 244.44 whereas the item cost was rs. 299/-. It seems that you have deducted partial amount of coupon used which is totally wrong on your end as i already paid rs. 200/- for this coupon to dish tv whereas you are giving me benefit of rs. 145.44.

                    The coupon was to be used on purchases of rs. 1000/- which was done by me but due to fault on your end you did not delivered the complete order which make me loss of rs. 54.56.

                    I request you to credit rs. 54.56 in my account immediately with a compensation amount of rs. 5000 for default in services and cheating with customer otherwise i will raise a complaint against your malafide trade practice to department of consumer affairs, ministry of india and file as suit against your company for compensation of breach of commitment and less refund.

                      This is regarding the worst brand shopperstop is selling is lemon and pepper i hv bought two footwears one for 1699 and second for 1799.in one week itself my both the footwears broke and sol came out.
                      When i asked them to change my footwears the person sitting in exchange and returns department told me that you will get in 25 days we will get it repaired. Then why we should buy such expensive things to get them repaired in one week. Cheaters shopperstop and worst brand lemon and pepper dont buy anything from this store.

                        I brought a lipstick and it was about to expire in nov 2017. So i returned it and they said they will provide me a fresh one. But the one that they provided was a lipstick where the sticker with expiry date was externally attached. I am very much disappointed with such a fraud thing that was done by shoppers stop. I had to return that and when i said that i dont want to buy product from that particular brand, the person at the counter literally misbehaved and forcing me to take any product from his counter. This is just not expected from shoppers stop. Please sell fresh products and train your employees to behave well. A very bad experience, didnot expect it from shoppers stop. Please take care of these things, thanks!

                          I went to purchase a maybelline concealer in shoppers stop salt lake kolkata and the staff named Lipika in the maybelline cosmetics department was highly unprofessional and untrained about cosmetics. Instead of a concealer she literally forced me to buy a newly launched "fit me stick foundation" which wasn't even a close to what I was looking for !! Once I got back home and looked at the newly launched product details in the company website it absolutely says it is a foundation and not a concealer!! On calling up the store the lady kept arguing that it will serve the purpose of a concealer too!!

                          Enough of serving their respective targets on newly launched products and fooling people!! Or probably their staffs needs to be trained and educated enough on the products they are selling!!

                          This is the second time in the same store they have kept such untrained staffs due to which we had faced problems!! I really need a solution to this

                            We have bought a lavie bag from shoppers stop. The bag was only used once and the skin of the handle is now peeled off. The worth of the bag is 2750. Its been only two weeks since we bought it and have used it for 3 days only. Total cost was around 4800. This is my second worst exp with lavie. Lastyear i got a bag for 2600, the chain got torn off in 3 months only. Since it is mustard colour, i am not even getting replacement

                            Bought Lavie hand bag and a purse from shoppers stop few weeks ago. Outer layer of the leather started peeling off in the purse within a week. Hand bag is more worse, the leather peeled off on the first day itself. I got really embarrassed with my dirty looking hand bag in the party. I have decided not to buy Lavie products in the future and I recommend my friends also the same.

                              I have made an online transaction in "www.shoppersstop.com" on 09.04.2017 and made payment through my gift card and mobikwik wallet. The transaction got failed due to some issues, but the amount got debited from my gift card and mobikwik wallet. I immediately raised the complaint in their customer care number and sent the required details to their e-mail address. 15 days passed so far, the amount not been refunded yet. Whenever I used to call their customer care number, they will ask for the entire story and at the end they will say that " I will forward your issue to the concerned team to work on high priority and it will get resolved within 24-48 hours", but they will never close the issue. "WWW.SHOPPERSSTOP.COM" is the WORST ONLINE SHOPPING SITE, I have experienced so far.

                                I had ordered a product an alley band order number is 74411404 on 21st arpil, today I had received the product but it don't meet my expectation I want to return the product now but the executive is saying that the product is neither exchangeable nor refunded. Infact on 24th I had spoken to another executive he told me that yes we will arrange the pick up if you do not like the product and even the amount will be get transferred into your account.                                   I have purchased ladies golden watch of guess brand in may 16. Its cost was almost 15000 rs.

                                  At the time of purchase product have a guarantee of 1year but on that moment when i faced issue with brand strap colour has been fade within 4-5 months.
                                  I visited that place in september 2016 also that moment they said chain will be changed but you need to carry your guarantee card. But due to some personal issue i was not able to visit between sep - mar.

                                  I visited on 19th april with guarantee card and watch to submit it they said, “we can’t do anything. They were very rude even they did not offer to their customer to sit properly.
                                  Me and my husband were asking so why they mentioned that this product is in guarantee at the time of purchase and why they making fool to their customers.
                                  Even the behavior of the executives are very rude they even didn’t try to listen their customer concern they said it can’t be possible. We can’t do anything.”

                                  All #. Very disappointing. Very bad experience.
                                  Will never visit this mall again and will never buy anything from shoppers stop.

                                  I am very disappointed with you guys. Not accepted this type of attitude from shoppers stop.
                                  I will not suggest to anyone to buy anything shopper stop.

                                  I request to senior manager to have a look in this case and i am going to register this complaint in consumer court as well.

                                    I ordered for a Casio Edifice Twin Censor watch on shoppersstop website on 26th October 2015.

                                    There was an offer on the site and the watch was priced at Rs. 1999 and I paid the amount in full.

                                    Order number is 00324093. When I did not receive any tracking information even after 3 days, I reached out to the customer care and was promised that the order would be shipped in another couple of days as it usually takes close to a week to ship the order.

                                    Later I got a call from a customer service personnel trying to explain it to me that someone at their end messed up the pricing and that they couldn't give me the watch for 1999 and said that a refund would be processed.

                                    I ordered the watch a Durga Puja festive gift and the entire went down the drain. I tried reaching out to their customer care as well as their top brass but they were not even ready to take accountability.

                                    I am not looking for a response from them. I want to know if someone can help me file a case against them because I recently got to know that I can file a consumer case with in 2 years of the issue being faced. That means I have approximately 5 months to file the case.

                                    Kindly help me.

                                      A defective product(dress) was delivered to me, when i raised a request for return, i was asked to send the pictures of the defect. sent that also but since then its been 4 days have not received and response. Called customer care also they said sorry etc, you will receive a reply in 24-48 hrs but didn't hear anything yet.
                                      My money (1500INR) is also stuck with them. now that they have my money they are least bothered to respond also. Request you to take strict action against them.
