I placed order on 1st december 2018, post 3 days i checked on their site my order was cancelled due to my unavailability and bad address. However they did bother to call once on my number to confirm the address not even i received single message from shoppers stop about product. Since 8th december their system is showing its in return and since than i have called these people 20 times but they keep asking for some more time like i ordered in billions and now they have to take bank loan to refund it.. What nonsense?
I am highly pissed off with such a poor and pathetic services. As per ss policy they have tat of refunding money in 14 days tiday is 13 th day.. Hoping they have arranged bank loan to refund my money.
Please shoppers stop stop all this nonsense else dukan jyada din nhi chalegi.. Refund my money asap.. Or should i drag you in consumer court?

    I bought a leather jacket in 2016 dec of brand gipsy worth rs.3500 from shoppers stop city center 1 salt lake kolkata. Now i cannot wear the jacket anymore because of the very poor leather quality. The leather is coming out from jacket. I don't have the bill now with me but i have the transaction details from bank. I want either it should be exchanged or the money should be refunded.

    Usually most of the items purchased from Shoppersstop has an “Easy return/exchange policy” within 14 days from the date of purchase.
    As mentioned by you this product was purchased in the month of December 2016 and it is understood that the material of the product is now ripping off due to wear and tear.

        The salesperson while making my membership card said that you will get the discount of 10% on every purchase.. Also the 600 points on my purchase did not come on 1st of december as the salesperson said the points will be added in your account on starting of the month. The salesperson have always lied to us...
        The csd staff was very rude.. After asking the complaint buk they didn't even gave the buk instead handed the feedback form.. The csd staff and were very rude and didn't explained the things properly

          After so many follow ups with customer care since 22nd Nov .
          They still delivered the product on wrong address then they didnt refund the amount for same.
          After that I raised a RETURN request for another product on 24th Nov but till date all the customer care executives are not associating properly & still refunded in the original payment mode.

          Kindly raise a complaint & help me to get my refund.

            I had purchased a jeans from shoppers stop app on 8th oct 2018 and soon returned it as it its totally different product i received. After 1 month several time call their toll free number where customer care executive assures me i will get refund by by today and tomorrow without fail. But still i don't received anything (26 th nov) and even they are not giving proper reply i am waiting for the amount to come. Otherwise there is many other way to file a complaint against shoppers stop. Very frustrated and worst experience with shoppers stop.. Guys please don't buy anything from here. Amazon, myntra & flipkart is far better from this.

              I had purchased a kurti from shoppersstop app on 16th aug 2018 and soon returned it as it was not fitting me. After 1 month when requested for refund they tell me my bank account details are invalid hence they are unable to process my request, so i filled the google form once again and call their toll free number where customer care executive assures me i will get refund by 12th nov without fail. I was waiting for the amount to come then i receive a mail again today (22nd nov) that my account details are non-existent hence they are closing my case. I am shattered because after waiting for such a long time i get this response and on the other hand i do numerous transactions with the same bank account details. Please help.

                I have never seen such a worst online shopping as like shoppersstop.
                They are easily cheating customers in money 1st and quality 2nd.

                I had purchased a dining table from homestop at R-City mall thane. After only 3-4 days of purchase I found that on of the leg of the dining table was broken. I called the concerned manager several times but to no avail. No help or effort was made by home stop person.

                  I have redeeemed a voucher which was received as my award in my office.
                  Out of 1750, i received an order number only for 750rs. But for 1000rs, though there was no stock of gift voucher it was deducted fron my account.

                  While checking with customer service, they are telling to check with my corporate office when they are not relevant for your fraudulent service.
                  Further, the team s asking for account details even after clearly stating that it is redeemed from my award and not from any bank accout.

                  When i cross checked, 1000rs voucher was out of stock but still the money was deducted.
                  Only 250rs stock was available.
                  Hence, i didnt receive any order number. But customercare is again and again asking for order number inspite sharing all details with screehshot

                    I ordered an estee lauder modern muse perfume vide order no[protected] on september 25 but when i received the package, the perfume bottle was totally shattered and there was not a drop of perfume left... Contacted their customer care several times in last one month but no satisfactory response from them.. They just say that we are working towards it... Utterl dissappointed & dissatisfied with your services.

                    I want my money refunded at any cost as they are duping customers and looking into the matter for more than a month.. Please refund them as soon as possible or send me another piece of the product...

                    Can u please atleast specify the time, how much time will u people take to resolve the issue...be it 1 day or 1 week or 1 month, I will wait till that time..But everyone in the customer care is saying that we are working, but how long will i take to resolve it, no one answers that..
                    I have placed and order on 4th October. Recieved the items on 10th October. Requested a return and exchange of 2 products respectively. The pick up guy from Shadowfax picked them up on 23rd October. Today is 2nd November and still even after calling and mailing shoppers Stop, my problem has not been resolved. They are cheats.

                      I did two times transaction through shoppers stop app by sbi net banking, both time the transaction was successful and money got redeemed from my account but the order was not completed successfully. Later i was informed by shoppers stop team that they didnot get any transaction at those time, then i contacted my bank and from there i got confirmation, transaction was successful after they checked with the merchant. I am attaching some screenshot as proof. Please go through those and return my money in my account as soon as possible. I want my money back in my bank account. I am very disheartened and the service which i have received from them is very unsatisfied.

                        I purchased a frock from shoppers stop on23-8-18 for rs.949/- & returned it on next two days but till now i didn't get the refund for it inspite of several calls to it's toll free number also. Now i am fed up and by repeated calls to them. I am enclosing the screeshot of my purchase. Please refund the amount at most earlier.

                          I purchased POLICE brand watch from shoppers Stop, D B Mall Bhopal stores in July. Due to not working I hand over the watch in shoppers Stop Mall, Bhopal for repair on 21.09.2018, against receipt No. 4486 dtd 21.09.18. Representative of store assured me within a forth night watch will be repair. After that I call on 06.10.2018 for know the status of my watch but store representative asked me to wait for more -10 - days. I again called to your store at 4.20 pm today but representative of store Mr Rizwan said as per our policy it take minimum -45 days to repair a watch. I am very disappointed with your very poor service and un- responsible behavior of your staff. Sir. I want to know that, is their any time guidelines for provide service? if not, why said fact was not disclosed at the time of sale the watch and when you deliver my watch.
                          In this respect I called on toll free No. [protected] at 5.17 pm today and talked with him about 15 to 20 minute, but your representative not registered my complaint.

                            I think shopper stop should not keep the brands they cannot service. I gave a Giordano watch at andheri shopper stop for change of belt on August 28. On 5th October I got a call that the watch is ready. On going to collect the watch I realized that wrong belt has been put. On asking for a solution the staff said they it is my mistake and this is the only strap available. After minutes of discussion the solution provided is that they will put my old strap back. My one and half month wasted and no solution. Stop taking customers for a ride. I know this will change nothing but I need an answer if you are providing a service for which we are paying how it is not your responsibility

For the 1st product refund process was initiated and the amount was also deposited (I received the mail) but the account number to which the amount was refunded was wrong.

                                I have bought an item on shoppers stop web portal on 1 sep 2018. The product that i received was damaged so i returned the product but for returning the product i have to call several times to the customer care for generating the return request. The item pick up was arranged from the company on 10 sep 2018. They told me that refund will be given in 7 to 15 days maximum. I got sms that "we have received the item in our warehouse and after post quality checks, refund will be initiated initiated and will reflect in 2-3 days into your bank account" on 18 sep 2018. After not receiving the refund i called customer care several time and they always tell me that they are sorry about the delay and it will be refunded in next 24 to 48 hours. Today is 7 oct 2018 and i have not received the refund. It has been over a month and still there is no sign of refund.

                                This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced.

                                    Initiated Return for the Louis Philippe Shoes I purchase from Shoppersstop App online. But its been more than 15 days now still no pickup has been done.
                                    The reason for return is the shoes sole which is shown is app is not same with the one I received. Second, there is slight difference in color of left and right leg. The Box when received is in damage condition. Third, No Louis Philippe tag.

                                      I made a purchase of perfume as a gift. Before wrapping it as a gift (From the store itself) i asked if it will be eligible for return if the price is cut. One of the staff member told me that it’s fine.

                                      Now when i came to return it they are not taking it and the reason given by them is that the price is cut by the marker. The perfume is quite expensive and why will i’ve to bear a loss when it’s a mistake from the side of their staff. I demand it to be returned and a credit note against it.

                                        Ordered cloths on shoppers stop portal. Got wrong size. Returned. It is more than a month. They are not refunding the amount. Reached customer care multiple times. They are no better than an automated voice machines. Issue is not resolved. Refund money goes to shopper stop wallet after multiple calls. They are not refunding the money from the wallet to bank.
                                        I think rbi should stop these wallets and indian govt. Should control the online e-commerce transactions.
                                        My money is stuck with shopperstop and they are not refunding.

                                        Hi my complaint is not resolved yet they send me email that they wil upadate me reagarding my compalint of fasttract reflex band but yet its it not solved plz soleved its fast or else i have to take other action regarding ur marketing
                                        I had ordered 4 items from Shoppers Stop out of which 2 items were returned due to fit issues. Those two items were picked up separately. For one the refund process started and they refunded the amount also but to a wrong account number. And for the other item the product has reached and received by them but refund process has not been initiated. I have made several calls and emailed but they just keep asking for some more time. So giving my complaint here and hope to get it resolved asap.
