I had made a purchase from Shoppers Stop outlet in Westend Mall in Aundh, Pune. The purchase was made on 20th November 2016. I had bought clothes from the outlet.

When I was to make a payment, the card swiping machine was not working properly and due to the problem at the merchant end, my debit card (ICICI) was charged with the amount (INR 4603.00) but the merchant did not get the payment. I got a payment failure slip (which is attached herewith). Since the merchant did not receive a payment so I made the payment from my other credit card (HDFC Bank) and the payment went through

I raised a complaint to ICICI bank for a refund of the payment that was deducted from my account but did not go to the merchant (service request number SR[protected] and the same was refunded to my account in 8-9 working days.

5 days before, on 4th February 2017, the same amount (INR 4603.00) was debited from my account and when I checked with my ICICI bank representative I was informed that it was deducted by Shoppers Stop and they told that the merchant had realized the payment was failed payment on 20th November

Technically, this payment should not have been accepted by Shoppers Stop because I have already made the payment from my HDFC Credit Card.

I have already raised a complaint to my bank so that they can speak with the merchant (new service request number is SR[protected]. I raised a complaint to the merchant's customer care email address, but I have not received any communication from them.

Resolution Needed:
I am seeking a full refund of the amount INR 4603.00, as this is harassment by the merchant

    Hi,
    I bought a lavie wallet from city center 1 Kolkata on 11 Nov 2016. It is under 6 months warranty.. So as per today's date ( 5 Feb 2017) it has not completed 90 days.
    The wallet has an issue with its tic tac button used for opening it. Shoppers Stop manager has refused to send it to the store for repairmen the. I am seriously upset with the response. If they cant give a good service for the products then why do they display that the product is under warranty at the time of purchasing?

      Disgusting company to order. I have order Killer west (Buy 1 and get 1 free) while I received the order it was only 1 in no. Luckily I had saved the screen shot of that order. Firstly it was told by the customer care that there was no offer going on 26-Jan-17. After 2 days they are stating that I have not added 2nd piece in cart during check out. I don't know this is the first company where in a free product I have to add the product while it should be automatically added during check out just like other shopping websites. I'll never recommended Shopper Stop anyone to buy the product also I 'll put a strong case against Shopper Stop definitely.

        I have purchase woodland shoes from Noida Store and there was manufacturing defect and i went to store as there is 3 months manufacturing gurantee..the Customer complaint person take that and issue me reciept to collect shoes witing 15 days but after 20 days when i went to store the said that they will contact me in 3..4 days as they need some more time for woodland approval...and still today after 25 days there is no response from there side...a reputed shopping center is too much low with their commitment and services. please take early action

        HI,

        Shopperstop is a cheating company. I have cancelled my order with 2 hrs booking order. I have called them 10 times almost but they didn't respond. They wasted my time and no refund yet. Never buy from Shopperstop. If you look at the reviews in playstore, 90 percent people given 1 start out of 5. Thhis shows how bad they are.

          This is regarding a watch purchased - french connection from shopper's stop (Rohini Sector-10 mall ) the watched stopped working within 6 months of the purchase and there is no/minimum support is offered from the store regarding the ownership of the issue. I was told to submit the watch for 60 days for repair and R&D without any assurance. The watch is under warranty and leaving my watch for repair for 60 days does not make any sense also it is neither written anywhere in the warranty card and anywhere at the time of purchase. This is my worst experience with shopper's stop for buying such an expensive watch from them, will recommend not to take any chances with them.

            Alteration issue
            I have purchased a Jean of levi's from shopper stop gurgaon mgf mall near mg Metro Station. I gave it to alteration as the length of my jeans is not according to my size n the stitching department didn't give proper response as well my fitting also not good it is very bad experience from shopper stop I just need your help now what should I do with that stuff it z not in a well condition for use also now uncomfortable in fitting my whole money is waste as well my experience or time..             Pathetic customer service. Your team is providing false commitment to customer. I purchased clothes worth of approx. 4000/- Rs. I was told if I purchase for Rs. 5000/-, I will get 1000/- Rupees coupons which I can redeem in my next purchase. However, no one told me that I have to do shopping worth of 5000/- again to redeem those coupons. I only got to know once I went to Shoppers Stop, Meenakshi Mall to avail those vouchers. This is really pathetic. If you have a CAP amount for the coupons to be availed, please do not push your customers to Shop More just to get the coupon for which they have to spend another 5000/- rupees. PLEASE SET THE RIGHT EXPECTATION WHILE SELLING YOUR PRODUCT RATHER FOOLING YOUR CUSTOMERS.

              I have complaint regarding shopper stop sector 49 sector spaze i tech building .
              In the Replacement they gave us cash note .

              @shoppersstop donot post fake offers on the twitter.Your employees don't knowledge about the offers. Senior Manager told us yesterday you will come tomorrow denim offer on x-life will reflect tomorrow. But today same thing happens again. Club Shopping is most frustrating thing the shopper stop. There is no management in the shopper stop. One person told there is offer other told us no offer. I have 5200 cash note. today i donot want to purchase from shopper stop . I want my money back.

                I bought a Kraus jeans 2-3 months ago from Rajouri Garden based Shoppers Stop store and even though it was not a discounted piece, I receive a poor quality jeans. I thought it was rugged but a few weeks ago found it was torn from belt and from everywhere.

                I want nothing but any replacement option for the same. I liked it shopping with SS before this incidence.

                  I have orderred online from shoppersstop a cloth, using my gift vochers and debit card worth rs 550 on 11 nov 2016 and order got cancelled, i havnt recieved my product. When i contacted customer care to issue me new egv, it has been more than a month i am chasing them, they are not giving my product, nor money, everyday they will make fake promises and customer care is very bad, they treat us like beggars. I am seriously into lot of pain because of it, thus raising a complain against them. Happy to give any further information regarding this. Please address it asap.

                    This is bhise from latur maharashtra, purchased franco shoes from latur shopper stop on 14/10/2016 for rs 2595 rs. Store number is 00175 & cash memo is 9151. I am very disappointed with this product because within 4 days my shoes got damaged from upper & side leather. I was returned this shoes to shopper stop but didnt get any good response from them. I was submitted that shoe in shopper stop on 29.10.2016 & acknowledgement receipt number is 1696. After few days shoppers stop giving me same shoe with some adjustment in shoe which is not comfortable to use as a new shoe.
                    I am really unhappy with this service as got from very good brand in the world i. E. Shoppers stop. I asked for replacement for shoe but not replaced by shoppers stop. So i want to get replacement from shoppers stop or want to return back my money. I purchased this shoes because of trust on brand from shoppers stop & i am getting very bad service from them.
                    So here by i am requesting you to please replace my shoes or return back my money. If you dont take serious action against this issue then i will take serious action against shoppers stop. I will raise a complain against shoppers stop in consumer court as they are selling duplicate products in the market & & not supporting to the customer for their issue. If i dont get any solution within 3 days then i will take serious action against shoppers stop. I want replacement of new shoe or return back my money. I am not going to tolerate such services & support from shoppers stop. Even i will provide these details in news & papers that how you people doing fraud with customers. So please take serious action within 3 days. Otherwise shoppers stop will survive in bad situation. I have all the bills & documents to proof about this fraud.                         I have purchased titan watch from shoppersStop but not delivered to me just to give a exuces "order out of stock".

                        When I purchase this product quantity was one and when I purchased it, its quantity changed to out of stock. It means I was the only one who have placed this order. But reviewing their email I didn't understand how its quantity changed.

                        One day before i got assurance from their representative regarding my order delievery. I have talked to them because estimated time of delivery is already lapsed and product was not delivered to me.

                        This is not the single times it happens, most of the time when we purchase any product, and its available to purchase and then you purchased it after investing your so many time and money but later some days you received a email stating that product is cancelled because of product was out of the stock.
                        I do not understand if product quantity was not available, then how it is ordered or if it was available then how it can be out of stock. Every time when you talked with their representative regarding the issue they just take it your as feedback. Nothing happened. No solution. Nothing..

                        My one order is also in process of pickup since July 2016. Order ID 09726999. Every time I complaint them that no body come to me to pickup the product they just acknowledge my return request. Nothing else.

                        Also, when you go on website of shoppers Stop, you see there so many tempting offers even flat discounts but when you go inside there is nothing to purchase.
                        I have already wasted my money on this worthless store. Its better to go on store rather than purchase online.

                        I also have their First citizen membership, which is sold to their customers for the sake of maintain their value according to their money spent.

                        I request to consumer court authorities to look into the matter and delivered my product.
                        I also want compensation for mental harassment and time loss and money loss.

                          Exact sales strategy is they are buying bad stock from company's, for example some colors and out dated patterns. now they show different item on website and when you order you receive different product.

                            On 25th sep, i have visited your bhopal store and i requested your loreal cosmetic sale person to share information abt loreal day cream, i hav shared that i am using revitallift laser x3 night cream, and loreal awhite perfect serum so pls give me revital lift day cream, but he insisted ur to buy youth code dark spot corrector cream as this is best cream with latest advance version and company has stopped producing revital lift laser day cream..

                            After purchasing youth code dark spot corrector cream i visited another outlet where i was updated for selecting a wrong cream, also after reading in google about cream use which is also mentioned in cream box abt dark spot, acne marks, faded skin which i dont have... Them why ur sales person has sold me wrong product with all wrong information's,
                            Lathough he has target of selling product but it doesnt mean he will sell without proper reason, if skin is not faded, no marks, no acne then why he has pressurizing for wrong cream...

                            I am regular customer of loreal and this is on regular practice o[censored]r sales team, that my friends has always suggested me not to purchase any cosmetic item

                            Pls suggest what to do...

                                Through this platform, i want to keep my concern about Shoppers Stop in front of the Indian peoples .

                                I have place an Order " Stroller" on 12th Sep '16 . As per there SLA it should be delivered within 4-5 working days . But when i called Customer care on 22nd Spe'16, they told me that your order is cancelled without any prior information to me . The reason they are giving is that " this item is out of stock".

                                I cant understand how it get out of stock as when i ordered this item was in stock .

                                Very Pathetic Service !!

                                  I have placed an order on 4th Sep. Though the payment with e-GV Vouchers was successful, there was no order generated. Then i contacted customer care and they suggested me to write to estore with details. Since then i have sent lot of mails and provided every details they asked about the order. I have called 9 times till now. Everyone repeating the same words "we have forwarded to the concerned department". There is no other reply from their side. They couldn't resolve it even after 15 days. Every time asking me to wait.

                                    This is with regards to my order number - 8842155. Order was placed on 22nd July, 2016 for total 8 items(clothing). All the items were expected to be delivered withing 5-7 working days. But this is not true. With lots of struggle (so many emails and calls i got only 7 items delivered). For the 8th item i got the money refunded.
                                    I placed a request to return 2 of the products received (one item was damaged and other was over sized). Again with lots of struggle i was able send those items back ( one item on 30 August and other item on 8th of September).

                                    Great team from Shopper stop is least bothered to return my money even after n number of followups (numerous calls and emails doesn't bother the team).

                                    Here with this complaint, i am demanding for my money back As soon as possible and compensation for the harassment I am going through since last 2 months.

                                    I except this kind of people to be punished for taking customers for granted.

                                      Sir when i purches shoperstop excutive say prodct qantity 6 pic but recive one pic. i complaint shopersto say by mistake say it qantity 6 pic. ple sir take action for this i need to refund or return product. please urgent take complaint.Order ID 11121719. sir i need to take action ur site n return n refund as soon posibel .it is complet cheat. they say it they are mistake so why not refund or return product.

                                        Hi...i had given a fossil watch to shoppers stop, shipra mall indirapuram for change of strap on 13th june...(receipt num-2361). I was told by the customer service at shoppers stop that they would send the watch to fossil and would take 60 days and that i would get an estimate on the amount i will have to pay for the same(watch was out of warranty). I received call from them telling me that it will cost me 1200 for the same, i asked them to go agead and get the strap changed. Now its more than 120 days with no confirmation, follow up from neither shoopers stop nor fossil...it is so frustrating to call them again and again to get to hear the same words- Ma'am it is being worked on...my question is what will it take to get my watch back...i do not want to waste my time and energy any further on these incompetent people at shoppers stop as it is total waste of time n the customer service they talk about is no where to be seen...all the customer can get from them is getting frustrated...i just want my watch back...and i am sure i will never ever use shoppers stop for any kind of service...Nisha
