Had ordered a round neck black women's blazer online - using guest login. The size was not proper so requested for a exchange the agent said as it is guest login i cannot exchange and will have to return it. Placed return request, nobody came to pick, i requested again and the pick up was arranged. The courier person came on wednesday, august 21, 2018 when my elder mother was at home alone. My mother called me and i explained which pack, my mother mistakenly gave the blazer cover which had 6 used blazers, i asked the courier guy did you check the pack did you verify he said yes and went away. I got an sms stating the courier has been picked up and refund will be done in 7 days.

On saturday, i saw the packet still in the cupboard and the 6 blazer missing. I immediately called shopper stop and launched a complaint but as of now they have done nothing. I did provide the courier guy's name (Arvind gaud) from shadowfox and the details but shopper stop is not taking any action. The courier person was very rude, i then told if i do not get my jackets i will lodge a police complaint, after an hour i get a call from his boss who was apologizing and assured will help in finding the jackets.

My questions, how come the guy pick the wrong order. He had to pick one blazer, where as he picked up 6 used blazers. When people from myntra or jabong come for return pickup they verify the product, the bill and the tag, why did not this guy do this. Whose fault is this?

These are expensive blazers each costing around 3 to 5 thousand.

Why is shopperstop taking a action, they know the courier person, the ware house in bhiwandi and in delhi (The courier company said the bundle is sent to delhi warehouse. Are people blind, cant they realize the product is picked up wrong, how can they send it to ware house without verifying. This is mere cheating.

I need my blazers back all 6 (1 black, 1 grey, 1 red, 1 green sequeled, 1 biege, 1 offwhite)

I m going to wait for a day more and then lodge a police complaint against shopperstop and the courier company.

How much time does it take to track the blazers when they know where the ware house is, who the contact person is? pathetic customer service.

    I had bought talking batman toy through ss online purchase but sadly, the product delivered was some aquaman.

    I had initiated a return request with refund in my ss wallet. The product was collected and i was handed the pick up receipt on 4th of august. The product has reached the warehouse and passed quality check is what i was told. It has been so many days now no refund has been made till now.

    I have been calling the customer support team and they have been giving me false assurances that they will get back to me within 24 hours. I have been following up everyday since 19th august and nobody has bothered to get back to me.

    I have also sent emails to the customer support team but no one has replied.

    I have been doing online shopping from so many retailers like myntra etc. My experience has been great. But with ss i am facing so much trouble and nobody from the shoppers stop customer service team seem to care about it.

    Really disappointed!

    We have processed refund for the said item. We regret the inconvenience..
    Jeena the customer care agents are sadists. When i called them to tell my grievance, the girl on the phone started laughing. "I told her is this a joke." I called as well as wrote to customer care on Saturday August 25, they said give us some time we will get back. As of today, i have got no response. I am only following up with the courier company, in fact the courier company was more helpful then the shoppersstop agents.

      I bought one pair franco formal shoe from shoppersstop garuda mall in bangalore. My intent of buy was to use the new shoe when i am at customer place in london.

      Here is what happened, on the very first day of shoe it got torn into pieces.

      I also bought an american tourister luggage bag from same shoppersstop, i don't know what is going to happen with that product too.

      True examples of cheating customers, please be aware and sensible to stay away

        I had ordered for a beige colour strapped fastrack oval watch on 8 th august but i had recieved a yellow strapped fastrack watch on 12 th of august that is on sunday. I want to return this watch. Please look into the matter immediately as i can buy a new fastrack watch as there is offer going on for fastrack watches. It is a humble request to you and i am a regular customer of shoppers stop.

            I purchased stuff from shoppers stop store and as per their policy they refund parking amount.in bill the amount of parking is written and it is written that refund is given but while checking the total i have seen that they have not reduced the amount.in this way they are making the customers fool.               Shoppers stop is harassing me just like anything.
              I had placed order through their online app on different dates against different order nos. They do not have any quality system to check the size, they miss the delivery deadlines and when you will try to return the goods and ask the refund - their app is unable to take the details of bank. It is 14 days now that they have done the reverse pick of the return goods but did not yet refund my money, though it should not take more than 8 days time

              They are saying goods did not yet receive in their warehouse in last 2 weeks. Was it a fault of the customer? If their courier company does not deliver goods to their warehouse for an indefinite period of time, they will not refund my money for an indefinite period of time?               Shopper stop is denying the fact of receiving the goods OVER THE PHONE CONSTANTLY.
              Please have a look in the below mail where they have mentioned that they have received goods at their warehouse on 9th August Order Number #[protected], THERE ARE MANY PRODUCTS, still they are not bothering to refund my money. From 9th Aug to 13th Aug - they have received many goods at their warehouse but they are nothing but a cheaters. I request you to take a strong action against this frauds.

              This is to inform you that I have received refund of 13 items out of 15 items.
              I hope that i will get the refund for these 2 items also very soon.

              Thank you very much Consumer Forum.

              I was running behind shopper stop from last 2 weeks and they tried every possibility to put me in trouble.
              They themselves do not bother to call me. When i called them keeping me on hold for several minutes. Saying same line again and again - " sorry for the inconvenience, and goods did not yet receive in our warehouse."

              After i make a complain at consumer forum, Shopper stop (Ms.Cletty) has taken the pain to call me today morning. Same line they are singing till today after 17 days of the reverse pick up of the goods. She is still saying that goods did not yet receive at their warehouse. When their nominated courier company is unable to deliver goods at their warehouse in 2 weeks was it a fault of customer? My money will be lying with them for an indefinite period of time ?

              Other shopping portal is immediately refund the money once they do the reverse pick up irrespective of receive the goods in the ware house or not. Shoppers stop App is also not taking bank details in their system, for that we need to manually send details on email. Though they delivered goods on 29th July, it is still showing that delivery is pending and that is why i am unable to return the goods. Today is 13th Aug and their reply is still same like 8th Aug. If you have a look in my previous complain - it will state the same.
              Let's see when will I get my refund finally.

              Today is 14th Aug and there is no update from Shopper stop. Though Ms.Cletty has promised to update me today but she did not as she has no answer.
              When i contact Ms.Cletty - I have been told that " issues has been forwarded to the concerned team and she did not yet receive any reply."
              Out of Rs.7353.80, they just refunded Rs.479.40 yesterday evening (13th Aug 2018)
              When i asked Ms.Cletty when you have received 6 items at your warehouse why did you not transfer money for the remaining items? What is the difficulty ? There is no reasonable answer . She was asking whether i have shared my bank details or not. My question is that if i did not share the same how did they transfer Rs.479.40 ?

              Looking forward for a strong & prompt action from your end.

                ### professionalism!! ordered one recliner in shopper stop lucknow on 13 july paid full cash and today 2nd aug asked for same the guys say so easily that its not available...if you don't have caliber and expertise to sell big items why the ### you are selling big items .I could have buyed from the evok directly.now after waiting so much time what you say is there is no stock shamelessly.you are good in dealing 1000 2000 bucks things then why the ### you are spreading your legs more than you can withstand.most importantly you can ### like this only once.. not twice as in lucknow you have GOOD COMPetitors like central and home town..

                I have returned a product on 25th july and waiting for refund since then, your crews are just delaying it also it has reached the warehouse on 3rd august . Please look into the matter as quick as possible

I received perfume and hair serum together but when i opened the pack perfume bottle was broken..                     I had ordered 2 pc hot-wired faces ultime pro lip crayon @50%disc on cod on shoppersstop app, but i got only 1pc @delivery and the payment was made in full in cash. Order no.[protected] @24-07-18. The actual mrp was 799 each and after disc it was 399 each. Cash paid to delivery person was 799 for both lipcrayons but when the package was opened it had only 1pc insteas of 2pc.

                    This mail is to file a complain against order no.[protected] dated 26-07-18 through shoppersstop app.
                    My order was 2pc hot-wired faces ultime pro lip crayon. Mrp was 799each @disc 50% & amount paid via cod 799 (For both). When the package was delivered @my address it had only 1pc lip crayon instead of 2pc.

                        I have purchased a branded top of zink in sale from your cc1 outlet for approx 1000 in sale and i m getting same product at different shop at 500.

                        This is cheating customer... Branded product should be of same price and not which soo my variance as per government... Then we should not buy product from shoppers stop.

                        I need a reason y such variance is there in a branded product... And per law you should have limited profit margin.. I will take this ahead in consumer forum

                          Hello,
                          I want to escalate my issue with shoppers stop. More than 20 days that i am trying to return an item which was sent wrongly to me. I had ordered 44 inch shirt but 42 inch was sent to me by order tracking number [protected]. After that, i am not able to initiate a return from your website as even after 15 days of receiving the shirt, it was showing in transit status. Raised complaint through emails multiple times but every time getting false information. Please return my money immediately that i paid for this shirt.

                            I have been a regular customer since 12 years but this time on 14 July WTP JAIPUR shoppers stop visit was horrible for me along with my friend.. As I took many clothes for trial and then satisfied with 2 dresses I was about to purchase them... Then suddenly 2 of the store's person came to us n said that this product has been damaged by us.. n have to buy it... We tried it but there was not such thing during our trial...if it had been something like that I wouldn't have tried it... The condition of dress was in such that someone had tried to tear it from tag side... I don't wanted to create any ruckus because it would give no solution.. but expect u guys to solve it as soon as possible

                              Had purchased 2 formal trousers of shoppers stop brand on offer buy 1 get 1 free on 14.07.18 at GVK one Mall, Banjara Hills. Gave it for alterations. When trying on reaching home, the length is too long. Again I went to the same CSD, 3rd floor, men's section on 15.07.18 for alteration again. After about an hour I collected them and went back home happy that it will fit me. But to my surprise, when I tried them, it wasn't done any alteration. They have just returned them to me saying that it's done.
                              For years I'm very satisfied about the products of yours and I have always preferred Shoppers Stop above all the malls. Never had any problem with any products that I had purchased. But this behaviour totally took me a surprised. Had never expected this type of behaviour from a reputed company like yours. I feel very bad and angry as well but now I can't go back for the 3rd time for the same alterations.

                                I have ordered cosmetic product online on 6th June 2018, But I received expired product 19th June. I asked customer care and based on discussion I have return that on 20th June.

                                After that I am continuously following them for Refund. I visited store as well, but till date no progress. I asked for credit note but they said, since the payment was done by COD, so it will be bank transfer only. I trusted them and share my bank accounts details twice. Now even after sharing details I have not received refund, Please advise.

                                    Why are there is no law for buyers protection. I already paid from travel visa card. When the amount has already transferred they you insisted that i should sign if i don't enter pin which clealry they don't have any idea about! They refuse to listen travel cards doesn't work that way! If anyone has travel cars from aboard.. Guys! You understand what i mean and agent at billing counter want to cancel transaction and doing so i won't get money back to my card... They say it's your problem! And coming to sales agent are good tricksters.. Ofcourse they are getting paid for it! To sell even old/ expired products at full price.. Until we buy they rush us and once we buy they say it's your problem. Why don't we have an option not to buy unnecessary products just for the sake of getting some product because we don't get money back! Argue with customers and say it's your problem if you don't want to continue with transaction. I been their customer since 2007 and this is what i get?! Its very disappointed. Neither decency nor business ethics! After this kind of experience and utmost audacity at which managers supported it. It's just blatant disrepect! Anyone had similar experience? They don't loading few customers as they have many it seems! Anyhow after this i don't feel wasting my money on any of shoppers stop stores.

                                      I have ordered some products on 5th of june 2018 and received them on 20th june after multiple requests in customer care centre and lastly filing a complaint in consumer forum. Now two of the products i received unsealed, the return request is filed but the ecom express is not able to pick up as they are sending sms of return shipment failure without reason. After talking to ecom express regarding the issue they are saying tha it is my fault as i am not chasing them for pick up of the products. I need to called them and remind them.

                                      Thanks, I got the msg for reverse pickup scheduled for today but nobody arrived yet at its 6'o clock and I know they must prepare themselves for another excuse. Ecom express close after 6 pm. Hence Ecom express don't understand the word "urgent". I myself don't understand why such huge brand select ecom express as there courier partner. One thing for sure they are damaging the reputation of shoppersstop and I will not buy any online from shoppersstop until i guys improve your courier service.

                                      I have placed the return request on 28th june 2018. Now it's 10 July nobody has come to pick the products. I am getting msgs about the product return initiated almost every alternate day. Last I got the msg on 3 july that the product will be picked up very soon and after a week nobody arrived to pick and replace it with the new one. I can't imagine how slow ur service is. Please replace the product as soon as possible. Or take your product back and refund my money.

                                        In current scenario when every sale is tough, that doesn't means shoppers stop starts cheating & making fool around their first citizen on preview sale.
                                        Incident location indore store.
                                        Offer flat 50% for first citizen, after selecting the merchandise when the billing done, there were barely 20% / 30% discount were given instead of flat 50%.
                                        When i raise a concern to floor manager, surprisingly he said, from morning we've been receiving the same concern but unable to anything in the regards.
                                        This is really unethical & unacceptable.
