I placed an order on dec 27th and returned a few products in a couple of days and i still haven't received my refund i'm calling the customer care executive everyday since the last 1 week. They all say that the refund has been initiated but i still haven't received the refund.
It's been more than a month now and i'm highly disappointed.
I want to place another order on shooperstop but now, i'm soooo annoyed with the service....

Ordered on 25th dec2017. Received on 3jan2018 and returned the next day. Only information received so far is that item is back in warehouse. Still awaiting the refund. So wary of shoppers stop. Not going to make any purchase from this store in future. Why there’s no direct mail address on their site for complaints? The call center no. On returns page has no option to inquire about return status....
