I was doing some online transaction at shopperstop.com.
Transaction was failed two times.

I have received reversal of one transaction on same date, other transaction amount is not received yet.

I requested customer care to transfer the amount,

I place the order on 22/Dec/2017 electric rice cooker (order #[protected] and i received the order on 23/Dec/2017 but the received product is defective piece so i call to shoperstop customer care and send email to shoperstop for returning the product (case number - CAS[protected]Z3Z9N6). i received the return product on 8/Jan/2017 (order # [protected]) but when i open the box i saw that they did not change the product, they pack same damage...

I placed an order on dec 27th and returned a few products in a couple of days and i still haven't received my refund i'm calling the customer care executive everyday since the last 1 week. They all say that the refund has been initiated but i still haven't received the refund.
It's been more than a month now and i'm highly disappointed.
