Had purchased 2 formal trousers of shoppers stop brand on offer buy 1 get 1 free on 14.07.18 at GVK one Mall, Banjara Hills. Gave it for alterations. When trying on reaching home, the length is too long. Again I went to the same CSD, 3rd floor, men's section on 15.07.18 for alteration again. After about an hour I collected them and went back home happy that it will fit me. But to my surprise, when I tried them, it wasn't done any alteration. They have just returned them to me saying that it's done.
For years I'm very satisfied about the products of yours and I have always preferred Shoppers Stop above all the malls. Never had any problem with any products that I had purchased. But this behaviour totally took me a surprised. Had never expected this type of behaviour from a reputed company like yours. I feel very bad and angry as well but now I can't go back for the 3rd time for the same alterations.

    I have ordered cosmetic product online on 6th June 2018, But I received expired product 19th June. I asked customer care and based on discussion I have return that on 20th June.

    After that I am continuously following them for Refund. I visited store as well, but till date no progress. I asked for credit note but they said, since the payment was done by COD, so it will be bank transfer only. I trusted them and share my bank accounts details twice. Now even after sharing details I have not received refund, Please advise.

The shipper details are from shoppersstop bpk star indore. The salwar kurta has been delivered and the bottom is missing. And without the bottom, we are unable to use salwar kurta. Accordingly, you are requested to supply the bottom urgently.

        Why are there is no law for buyers protection. I already paid from travel visa card. When the amount has already transferred they you insisted that i should sign if i don't enter pin which clealry they don't have any idea about! They refuse to listen travel cards doesn't work that way! If anyone has travel cars from aboard.. Guys! You understand what i mean and agent at billing counter want to cancel transaction and doing so i won't get money back to my card... They say it's your problem! And coming to sales agent are good tricksters.. Ofcourse they are getting paid for it! To sell even old/ expired products at full price.. Until we buy they rush us and once we buy they say it's your problem. Why don't we have an option not to buy unnecessary products just for the sake of getting some product because we don't get money back! Argue with customers and say it's your problem if you don't want to continue with transaction. I been their customer since 2007 and this is what i get?! Its very disappointed. Neither decency nor business ethics! After this kind of experience and utmost audacity at which managers supported it. It's just blatant disrepect! Anyone had similar experience? They don't loading few customers as they have many it seems! Anyhow after this i don't feel wasting my money on any of shoppers stop stores.

          I have ordered some products on 5th of june 2018 and received them on 20th june after multiple requests in customer care centre and lastly filing a complaint in consumer forum. Now two of the products i received unsealed, the return request is filed but the ecom express is not able to pick up as they are sending sms of return shipment failure without reason. After talking to ecom express regarding the issue they are saying tha it is my fault as i am not chasing them for pick up of the products. I need to called them and remind them.

          Thanks, I got the msg for reverse pickup scheduled for today but nobody arrived yet at its 6'o clock and I know they must prepare themselves for another excuse. Ecom express close after 6 pm. Hence Ecom express don't understand the word "urgent". I myself don't understand why such huge brand select ecom express as there courier partner. One thing for sure they are damaging the reputation of shoppersstop and I will not buy any online from shoppersstop until i guys improve your courier service.

          I have placed the return request on 28th june 2018. Now it's 10 July nobody has come to pick the products. I am getting msgs about the product return initiated almost every alternate day. Last I got the msg on 3 july that the product will be picked up very soon and after a week nobody arrived to pick and replace it with the new one. I can't imagine how slow ur service is. Please replace the product as soon as possible. Or take your product back and refund my money.

            In current scenario when every sale is tough, that doesn't means shoppers stop starts cheating & making fool around their first citizen on preview sale.
            Incident location indore store.
            Offer flat 50% for first citizen, after selecting the merchandise when the billing done, there were barely 20% / 30% discount were given instead of flat 50%.
            When i raise a concern to floor manager, surprisingly he said, from morning we've been receiving the same concern but unable to anything in the regards.
            This is really unethical & unacceptable.

              I was recently traveling from new delhi to lucknow from indira gandhi international airport. I purchased apparel worth rs. 4000 from the shoppers stop at the delhi airport. When i asked if my points have been added, the staff conveniently told me to get it added from any other shoppers stop since their machine wasn't working. I went to lucknow shoppers stop and asked them to add my points, they refused saying they are not authorized to add points for the purchases made at the airport. This is highly unprofessional on the part of a reputed shopping centre as yours. Highly dissatisfied and discontent. It is a shame that a reputed organization as yours condones such unprofessionalism.

              I went to the customer desk at Lucknow shoppers stop but they refused to update. They said they aren't authorized to update the points for products purchased at the airport. So my only question is. Why do you have your counter at the airport at first place.

                Order placed on 5th June2018. Products are not delivered yet. Contacted 6 times to customer care every time they assured for high priority speedy delivery and need 48 hours. They make false promises and irresponsible behaviour shown. I have ordered cosmetics for a function and now it's over so what's the use of product now? The parcel is in rohini branch Delhi for the last one week and still undelivered. Poor customer service. Pathetic delivery and cheap delivery partner. They never show up and never contact me and no SMS regarding the delivery failure

                  I purchased g shock mud master watch @ customer no. [protected] and bought it as it is without checking becose i trusted the shopping chain and my family is a regular customer, but after going home, i found out that there are cracks on periphery of its dial, and when i told them, they refused to exchange, they just sell used old products which are tried by many people, fresh merchandise especially watches are never in stock. So now i understand that one should buy new products from respective brand showrooms only.

                    Yesterday me n my fnd were caught in shop lifting unintentionally and we aplogize for that. We were ready to pay for the stuffs we got with us. But the manager charged on the stuffs that were not lifted and even he just gave us 8000 stuffs and charged 18, 000+we apologies but the manager and store took advantage of our. Pls take action. Its a very bad incident. If they found us stoling something then what they have done to us? They charged unnecessary to us we have to pay at tht time and they really misbehaved very badly pls take some action🙏 every one should give another chance but they don't have to take the advantage o[censored]s!

                      I placed an order of rs 5200 for store pickup from ambience mall, new delhi. The objective for store pickup was so that i'd get the product early as compared to shipping time. After placing the order, it gave me a time frame. O[censored]pto 24 hours for order to be ready for pickup. It's been more than 2 days and i haven't received any reply from shoppers stop. I even called the concerned store and they said that they haven't received my order. Called my bank to confirm if the payment went through and they told me that there is no problem with the transaction.
                      Go # yourself, ss. Not gonna buy jackshit from you guys.
                      I've been in india for a year now and if this is how you guys operate, i am sorry to say but services in other countries are way better than they are here.

                        I bought Fossil AM4141 Watch at Rs. 5995 from your shop at MGF Metropolitan Mall, Saket, New Delhi.

                        When I checked the price of the watch online on shopper's stop.com, I was getting 800 Rs off through the voucher code Summer2. But I needed the watch immediately, I asked the sales person, if there was anyway that I could pay online and pick the watch there and then from the shop. The sales person refused. He suggested I buy PayTM vouchers for 6000 Rs. and get cashback amount 10%.

                        However, when I reached home I realized that there is something called express store pick up concept of shopper's stop, applicable on the watch. I could go and pick up the watch from the store having paid the amount online.

                        Effectively, I would have got the watch for 800 Rs. lesser than what I did now. I have borne a loss of Rs. 800 on account of the misinformation given by the salesperson. I have my shopper's stop card registered by the number [protected] which I gave at the tim of purchase. You will find all the details of the transaction there.

                          I ordered online trusadi perfume and my amount got debited but i have not recieved any confirmation for the order... No message has been recieved... I m worried...                             I ordered 2 products from shoppers stop in march 2018. I never received them on my delivery address.

                            Then i called them that i want my refund for both products as i didn't get any product. They initiated refund for both my orders but i get only half refund amount.
                            I am daily talking with them for my refund and they are not providing me any solution for this.
                            I want my refund asap.

                            No one is doing nothing on this. I have not received the refund yet. The order was of 20th March 2018. Today its been more than 2 months.

                            I talked to Shoppers stop customer care and they are telling me that refund has been done but I have not received any amount from them.

                              I bought casio edifice watch from shoppers stop. Watch running late one minute/day. Casio service center said this is buggy product so you need to wait for 30 days to service the product. Within 20 days i am faced a problem so i asked to replacement from shoppers stop. But from shoppers stop i didn't get proper response. They got the product and said they will loop me in email and keep posting the status but i didn't get any response after i left the shop.

                                In sale period I have purchased a Tommy Hilfiger Watch worth Rs. 9, 250 product no. TH1781846 on 24/12/17 from Shoppers Stop, Acropolis Mall. At the time of purchase I pointed out to the sales person that the strap of the watch is tilted but they sold the product saying there is no defect and everything every repairing is covered under warranty you may anytime come for any kind of repairing. Within a month the lock of the watch got broken I went to them again complaining about the same then the customer care people told changing of lock or strap is not covered under warranty (at the time of sale salesperson said its covered) hence you will have to pay an extra charge of approx Rs. 5000 to get the lock and strap changed. They instead told me that warranty period does not cover all this. Since I wanted my watch forcefully I gave them a go ahead to take extra charge and give me my watch in a running condition. Its been more than a month I have given them the watch for repairing but still not got the same. Further when I was told that everything is covered under warranty period then how can they deny now.
                                Request you to please help in either getting my watch without paying anything extra since warranty terms and conditions was not communicated to me at time of sale or refund for the same.

                                  I have purchased biba suits in the month of april. On 28th april i have given one suit for alteration to be made from armpit, but alteration was made from armpit till waist, which got tighten from chest. I went on the very next day on 29th april to complain and bought one more suit for 4000 and gave it for alteration. Today when i went to collect both the suit, found it was not done properly. On asking the staff to call manager, he went out to call another staff keeping me waiting. As i was in hurry i kept on asking them to call manager, they didnt call any, and was asking to wait. The staff treatment with the customer was very rude and i want to raise the point against them that they simply kill the customer time by keeping them wait and also i foundmy suit in a very bad condition.

                                  The Shoppers Stop (JUHU) store manager Reshma, i called her and explained about the incident at 6:30 pm, she being the manager didnt even called me back, i even told her that i didnt collect my both suits and the receipt was with the staff, then also i found her behaviour very cold. I just dont understand, who recruit such people, who doesnt even know the customer relationship. I returned with bare hands, my stuff and alteration receipt both with them. They cheated with me.

                                    Purchased park avenue trouser from shoppers stop malad west store (Inorbit mall) after reaching home realised that fitting is not proper while walking it’s not comfortable, now store is denying to accept as its been 2 months
                                    I have original bill and tags of product are also intact. Need to get product replaced as it’s faulty piece. Even after purchasing from expensive stores the quality is poor

                                      There were some garments ( jeans and trousers) which I gave for alteration but alteration was not perfect and they spoiled both the item, same day I have purchased shoes everything was fine but when I open shoes and try at home, I have noticed that shoes are defacted . You can see attached picture . Now it seems useless to me and all my money and time was wasted .
                                      Let me know how can I exchange it, if am not in indai now .

                                        4 days back i am buying tommy hilfiger watch today evg 5pm received a courier 6pm i open it the watch is already used one and colour is entirely different and product code is also different and it has lot of scratches and dust i think this is not correct like doing this i need to return to this product and return back my money as soon as possible you loss a good opinion on shoppersstop
