Purchased park avenue trouser from shoppers stop malad west store (Inorbit mall) after reaching home realised that fitting is not proper while walking it’s not comfortable, now store is denying to accept as its been 2 months
I have original bill and tags of product are also intact. Need to get product replaced as it’s faulty piece. Even after purchasing from expensive stores the quality is poor...

There were some garments ( jeans and trousers) which I gave for alteration but alteration was not perfect and they spoiled both the item, same day I have purchased shoes everything was fine but when I open shoes and try at home, I have noticed that shoes are defacted . You can see attached picture . Now it seems useless to me and all my money and time was wasted .
Let me know how can I exchange it, if am not in indai now ....

4 days back i am buying tommy hilfiger watch today evg 5pm received a courier 6pm i open it the watch is already used one and colour is entirely different and product code is also different and it has lot of scratches and dust i think this is not correct like doing this i need to return to this product and return back my money as soon as possible you loss a good opinion on shoppersstop...

I, m passionate for watches and already own diesel, edifice, bretenling and so on. I just looking for diesel brave edition and the guy start showing the watch. Manjeera mall shoppers shop i have given order Evok Alex Sofa on Feb 14 till Bill.No 9576/114 now their is no delivery & no response . I asked directly to mall customer care their are not responding & telling cock & bull stories .

I recently had a birthday party and had to buy a wrist watch worth 9000 from shoper's stop in coimbatore. I already had the model in mind and it took 7 mintues for me to select the product and asked the rep to pack it. I was disappointed so badly that the rep gave the product in a different bag with a gift cover. I have taken nike gym lower of 3300 after looking nike brand and shopperstop trust by thinking it will be good to go for long time but i was wrong this lower is defective salesman told me it is strechable
And will come back to its orginal shape but elastivity of one leg is not working and therefore one leg is fitted to body and other leg is loose this is very bad nike is sellng its defective clothes in shopperstop is making...

I have purchased a jock n jones shirt from indore shoppers stop but found some defect. After that i visited shoppers stop indore for complaint but they are not responding and many time call on customer care no but they are disconnecting many time intensionaly

Even after being a popular brand, the online service provided by you people is pathetic and horrible. If it is not possible for you people to provide the order for online users then please stop giving that service.

I placed order on 10th feb and after calling on 13th feb you shipped the order not before that and then you sent message that i will receive my order on 16th feb, but when i checked the site my order...

I bought a US POLO shirt from shoppers stop, hypercity, thane. After just one wash, the shirt got abnormally long. I went back to shoppers stop and explained them the situation but they were not ready to exchange the shirt. The shirt has deformed alot and it’s your responsibility to get us a new one . I am sending you the before and after picture. You can clearly see that the size of the shirt has got long but the manger at the shoppers...

I visited to the shopper stop store today but i am so disheartened to say that the pattern of providing goods to the customer is so disappointing. You are providing items with charged bags (7 rpy/ bag). This is so irritating. When we are making the shopping of thousands so can't we just get the bags with it. Order number[protected], i ordered formal shoes online got them delivered but later i wanted to exchange for bigger size hence raised a request returned the shoes, there was no word for a long time and after repeated follow-ups they told they do not have bigger size hence my money will be refunded, i got the refund link no to forget only after repeated follow ups, i updated my bank ac details and submitted but till now its over three monyhs...

Ordered a watch which looks nothing like the website, infact even the dial color is different, asked shopperstops to return n refund but guess wat they are still investigatiin it seems, is this some kinda criminal case??? I have sent images of the real product, it takes just a few seconds to recognize the difference in the mother pearl anne klein watch pic and the product they sent.

Netbanking option. And amount is deducted from my account with the reference number - igaculdzo5 for rs.2018.7 on 27-jan-18 12:06. And i have called so many times but they don't give any satisfactory response. I want my money back.br...

Order was placed to shoppers stop via order no[protected] dated 17th jan'18 for libas kurti.
This was supposed to be shipped within 3-5 days.

I have received an sms from shoppers stop saying they have dispatched the same via ecomm express (Awb[protected] dated 22nd jan'18.

Still i have not received the product. Twice i have logged my concern with shoppers stop customer service still i have not received...

Its truly been a pathetic experience with shopper stop online service. I had placed the order on 24th Jan ' 18. On 26th Jan '18, I got the message from Shopper Stop that the product will be DELIVERED to you on 28th Jan ' 18 on or before 13:38 hrs.neither the product was delivered to me nor I got any communication from shopper Stop on the next delivery date. On calling customer service these guys just diconnected the call thrice when started...
