I have applied 1500rs worth coupons and amout didnot reflected into my shoppers stop account...

I am writing with respect to the online shopping done through shoppers stop. I have made a purchase from the website. The amount is debited from my account but i have not received the order number nor confirmation.

I have made payment through credit card. An amount of inr 3000 has been deducted from my account and shoppers stop has neither confirmed the order nor responding to my emails....

I purchased two watches both valued around inr 10, 000 on two consequent days.

On both days, although after explicitly asking about eligible offers, i wasn't provided enough information at the billing section.
They weren't willing to listen properly and at the same time, they didn't give me the exact information that i asked them.

I'm at a loss of minimum inr 2, 500, since i was billed by unqualified people.br...

My return has not been picked up while I have initiated the return request on aug 2nd, it is 40days now plz initiate my refund or I will move to higher management...

I made a transaction of rs 4772 on 21st aug at 11:44 am which failed during processing but my money got deducted from hdfc credit card for which i had complained to hdfc, but they mailed me that tid[protected] with auth code 035074 was successful from their end.
So i request with you to look for the failed transaction and refund the amount.

On 1st september, 2020 we asked for water at the andheri shoppers stop watch counter and ladies ethnic wear counter but no water was served... After shopping for 6hrs at shoppers stop and a big amount of money spent we can atleast expect a bottle of water to be served!!
The staff was not at all helpful, they did not have sufficient knowledge of the products, the washrooms were very dirty....

Why am i not getting my refund for order id. id:[protected] placed on 1st june 2020. Its been more than two months since i have placed the order everyday customer care representative give false replies. Following are the complaint numbers how many more complaint should i register for my refund. If someone buy anything from the store and not pay for it than he is theif than what are you people you have received the product back to you and...

Shoppers stop is the most ridiculous online website to shop from. I ordered a watch worth rs.8000 which got cancelled, now they are not giving back my money nor replying to my emails whereas status is showing refunded, such a fraud website. Its been 1 month and i am still waiting.

Had ordered a product on 14 may and paid the full amount. Received an email from shopperstop confirming the order. The order no. Was assigned as[protected].

Out of the three products ordered, one was delivered but 2 products remained undelivered till date.

Raised concerns, requested - at first a case number was assigned - cas[protected]h3f8q8 crm:00019603 on june 16, 2020.
But there was no action taken and...

I have been informed via mail and message that two of my orders have been cancelled, after almost a month and regular queries. Would like to know about the amount i had paid for the order.
Where did the amount go, its not being reflected anywhere in my profile.
Kindly, for once seriously look into my request and don't be disappointing this time.

I've ordered a product on june 12th. As the confirmation is taking way too long, i've cancelled the product on june 20th, still the refund is not initiated. It's been a month i'm trying to get the refund, calling you hundreds of times & sending numerous emails, yet the refund is not initiated. I neither got the product nor the refund.

Got fed up with this company. Followed up more than 30 times. No use

Very bad service. Ask them when it will be refunded

They dont bother customer complaints...

I placed two orders in the month of june from shoppersstop site.. One of them was delivered but it was defected one so i initiated the return request and its been a month no sign of refund and hv been getting the same response that you will get next week don't know when they will refund
The other order was never delivered so gave the cancellation request after 3 weeks and yes that refund is also pending and same response i am getting.....

I have recieved wrong product and did return it. Now plz refunds my money in ur wallet

Case 1- i ordered 6 coffee mugs from shoppers stop online website which was delivered on 17th may. The product cam completely broken and damaged for which i immediately raised a complaint and return request.
Since the. More than 20 days have passed
But no action is initiated by shoppers stop.

Hi i returned an order on shoppers stop on 6th february. However have yet not received the refund yet order number[protected]. Everytime i call them they inform me the refund will be there in the wallet today. And it has been a week since i am listening to the same excuse everyday.
