We have ordered 6 products from ss on[protected] and today i.e.[protected] one of the items gets cancelled automatically. Send me the reason behind that and where the relevant amount will be credited?
We have tried calling your toll-free number but no response is received..

    I had ordered two dresses from the shoppers stop app. I got my order. I wanted to return my order then l requested to return the order next day delivery man came and took the return package but still l didn't get my money back that l spend to order the dress.. I have returned my pack 15 days ago but still didn't get money back. I didn't got any msg from the app after returning order back

      I had purchased W white and blue kurta with the above product number on 18/07/2020. When I recently wore it I found that it is damaged with two small torn circles in the front.
      I immediately went to shoppers stop showroom at Indore from where I purchased it.The head here is not ready to help so kindly help mei in this matter and either exchange or refund my money back to me either through credit note or cash.
      Attached is the pic of the same.
      Mr Bhaskar from shoppers stop indore is not attending my issue.Kindly help.

        I had Rs.5000 in the wallet and after one transactions of Rs.2065, i observed that rest of the amount is also deducted and wallet balance is ZERO now. Upon complain there is no proper response till date.

          Hi,

          Its been almost 1 month since I placed my order[protected] on 21 Oct out of which I have not received one item.

          I contacted shoppers stop team multiple times to cancel the order and I just get an assurance that they will update in 24-48hrs and will take personal care in ensuring the order gets cancelled. I have emailed them thrice even raised a compliant on their website but no one has replied.

              I had initiated an exchange on order #[protected]. The product was picked up on 26 Oct 2020. I did not get any update from them after pick-up. I wrote to customer care on 7 Nov. On 12th Nov they informed me that my requested exchange item is not available and they will initiate a refund in the SS Wallet. I asked them to refund my money to the original mode of payment. They have not refunded the money back yet. It is not available on the SS Wallet either.

              I reached out to customer service via ph. The representative said that I will get a link in my mail to update my bank details within 48 hrs for refund money. I haven't got any mail even after 3 days.

              They create a ticket every time I speak to customer care:

              They always give automated responses. The product amount is 899/- This is a total scam. They have received the product back and not refunding the amount to my original mode of payment. A total fraud website.

                On 11th November 2020 I have been to shopper stop in manjeera mall located in Hyderabad and had a terrible experience. ... (I am a Dialysis patient )...it was almost empty at the cash counter by the time we finished our shopping and there were 4 staff members at the cas counter and there was only one lady standing before us but they made us wait for about half an hour .inspite of me asking them to do our billing in another counter the response was very rude and I came down to another counter where nobody was there had to wait there for another 20 minutes and then I went to customer desk service to lodge a complaint and I don't know if they hav even taken note of it...it was a pathetic behaviour from staff waste of time and as iam a dialysis patient its been a distress altogether

                    Not sure how the ShoppersStop Customer Care process or online orders are handled and why they arent heeding to reported issues.

                    I had placed online order for 3 quantities of 'Embroidered Sheer 2 in 1 Window Curtain' of same color (Green mix), design, brand, pattern and material on 23rd September 2020. Order number is[protected]. Total amount paid: Rs. 2848.50.

                    On 28th September 2020 the order was delivered. Since one curtain was of different color, upon calling customer care ([protected]) within few minutes of receiving the order (11:07 PM), exchange process was initiated.

                    On 29th September 2020, the courier guy was handed over the whole order in the same package (all 3 curtains). After writing multiple times, only an acknowledgement was being sent by them. Numerous phone calls made to CustomerCare also were answered and was always told that a feedback would be provided within 48 hours.

                    Until 28th October 2020, this order number was listed in the ShoppersStop mobile App. But after that day, upon entering my email id and Order Id, blank page following message is being displayed 'Oh! 503 Our server is little overwhelmed! We should be up in a few minutes.'. No action has been taken for this as well even after reporting it multiple times.

                    On 10th October 2020, only one curtain was received as exchange. Not been getting any proper feedback on the 2 other curtains which were also returned along with the faulty one. As per the conversation attached (30th Oct 2020 2:05 pm), was supposed get updates by 2nd Nov 2020. Since this is the same response past a month (CAS[protected]F4V3P7 CRM:[protected].

                      I'm really surprised with shoppersstop policy,

                      I bought Ray-Ban sunglasses unisex, but delivered kids size(not returnable), I called customer care and logged a complaint with pics, after 2 weeks of follow up finally they arranged return and refund, return pickup is done and I don't know since last 7 days it is still in transit, sometime it shows pune, chennai & Bangalore as destination.

                      Refund will be done after reaching the warehouse & quality check which takes 10-15days. Then refund will take 5-7days to reflect in my account.. this is insane.

                      Not for customer mistake shoppersstop locked my money and simply saying as soon as possible every time I call.

                        I got 2 perfumery products which are completely fake. I have genuine versions and I compared both of them.
                        Both perfumes are complete fake. I also compared the boxes which are completely different from the original one.

                        I received Perfumed deodorants instead of Original EDT.
                        I'm a regular customer of ShopperStop and I feel cheated. Please contact me for refund/return.

                        Please refund my total amount which is Rs. 6948 or provide me the original product which are officially released companies Dolce & Gabbana & Versace.

                          Dear sir/Madam, I have received a message to avail SS250 EXTRA OFF on shopping above 3500/- on 27.10.2020 and went to shopping at your Begumpet Store(103) on 18.10.2020 and billed for Rs.5398/-. I had shown the same message to cashier (7063326 Askul Arun) to avail 250/- Off. But they not reduced the same in my bill amount. Kindly verify the my bill and refund the amount of Rs.250/-

                            Purchased a product through online portal of Shoppers Stop 25 days ago still there is no revert on the product. My order number[protected]. Since past 25 days i have been sending emails on which i get an standard revert saying that we have to taken your complaint and we will revert asap. They give an complain number which is CAS[protected]F4T0N7. Would appreciate if someone can revert with proper answer as to when my product would be delivered or not.

                              I am expecting refunds for below 4 items immediately -

Order #[protected] Boys 5 Pocket Mild Wash Jeans - Rs. 389 - Product was missing in the parcel received - Registered the complaint with customer care immediately on receiving the parcel and shared pics almost one month back. Nothing has been done yet. Please refund money immediately.

                                My order id is #[protected]. I had asked for refund into my bank account to the customer executive of shopper stop and to my surprise it was credited into my shopper stop wallet. Since then i had emailed and called numerous times but all in vain. It has been two months and they just don’t transfer into the bank account. Calls are not responded most of the times and emails are responded with a positive note but nothing seems happening.
                                Please help.

                                      I am writing with respect to the online shopping done through shoppers stop. I have made a purchase from the website. The amount is debited from my account but i have not received the order number nor confirmation.

                                      I have made payment through credit card. An amount of inr 3000 has been deducted from my account and shoppers stop has neither confirmed the order nor responding to my emails.

                                        I purchased two watches both valued around inr 10, 000 on two consequent days.

                                        On both days, although after explicitly asking about eligible offers, i wasn't provided enough information at the billing section.
                                        They weren't willing to listen properly and at the same time, they didn't give me the exact information that i asked them.

                                        I'm at a loss of minimum inr 2, 500, since i was billed by unqualified people.

                                        I realise that they haven't trained their billing section properly, and thus my hard earned money is lost.
