Had ordered a product on 14 may and paid the full amount. Received an email from shopperstop confirming the order. The order no. Was assigned as[protected].

Out of the three products ordered, one was delivered but 2 products remained undelivered till date.

Raised concerns, requested - at first a case number was assigned - cas[protected]h3f8q8 crm:00019603 on june 16, 2020.
But there was no action taken and no refund made.

Each time i raised a complaint a different crm was issued on the same matter but the company refused to refund or provide the replacement. The different crm no. Issued were:

On july 05, i once again received an email that they were still looking into my issue!!! 3 months to look into an issue!! Speaks volumes how far the company has travelled!!!

    Shopper's stop
    I have been informed via mail and message that two of my orders have been cancelled, after almost a month and regular queries. Would like to know about the amount i had paid for the order.
    Where did the amount go, its not being reflected anywhere in my profile.
    Kindly, for once seriously look into my request and don't be disappointing this time.

    I have been following up with your team consistently since one month and nothing has been done at your end.

    Please stop giving useless excuses and stop harassing your customer like this.

    The order was placed on 31st may. And nothing, nothing has been done. Order not delivered, refund not processed.

      I've ordered a product on june 12th. As the confirmation is taking way too long, i've cancelled the product on june 20th, still the refund is not initiated. It's been a month i'm trying to get the refund, calling you hundreds of times & sending numerous emails, yet the refund is not initiated. I neither got the product nor the refund.

        After so much follow up return initiated in june

        Reached warehouse 25th june

        No action on delivery on cooker or refund

        Got fed up with this company. Followed up more than 30 times. No use

        Very bad service. Ask them when it will be refunded

        They dont bother customer complaints

          I placed two orders in the month of june from shoppersstop site.. One of them was delivered but it was defected one so i initiated the return request and its been a month no sign of refund and hv been getting the same response that you will get next week don't know when they will refund
          The other order was never delivered so gave the cancellation request after 3 weeks and yes that refund is also pending and same response i am getting.. I am really tired of following them up. I don't get reply on emails and customer care no don’t get connected so easily.. Need help

                Case 1- i ordered 6 coffee mugs from shoppers stop online website which was delivered on 17th may. The product cam completely broken and damaged for which i immediately raised a complaint and return request.
                Since the. More than 20 days have passed
                But no action is initiated by shoppers stop.

                Case 2- i ordered a wonderchef blender on 19th may which was delivered on 30th may. The order came in a box which was marked as defective not to be sold. It was clearly mentioned on the box that the product is defective and it is not to be sold to any customer. There were missing jars and lids in the box and also it was used by somebody before. Moreover the blades in the jar were stuck at the bottom therefore unusable.
                Immediately i raised a complaint with shopper stop but sadly today 5-6 days have passed but i have not received any response for the same.

                This is highly unacceptable from a prestigious site and brand like shoppers stop. I trusted shopper stop for the authentic and proper delivery of my product but both the times i faced harassment as wrong and damaged products were delivered and no refund has been initiated for either of them till now.
                Number of days have passed since i complaint, i am making follow-up calls and mails but to no avail. Every time there are excuses made by the customer care persons that due to covid-19 things are getting delayed. But other websites like myntra amazon are working in full capacity and delivering properly. Covid-19 is no excuse for delivering damaged products to the customers and not issuing refunds for the same.

                I sincerely request for urgent intervention and action in this matter otherwise i would be forced to escalate it to consumer complaint forums which would not be advisable for any reputed brand like yours.

                      Hi i returned an order on shoppers stop on 6th february. However have yet not received the refund yet order number[protected]. Everytime i call them they inform me the refund will be there in the wallet today. And it has been a week since i am listening to the same excuse everyday.

                      2nd complain is regarding the order placed on 12feb[protected] it has been 5 days since the order is placed and it is yet not confirmed on the app and it is yet not processed.

                        I had purchased a wooden study table from shoppers stop (Home stop) at inorbit malad, mumbai on 29.12.2019 with cash memo no 6914, register 142. The said table was delivered at home sometime in 2nd week of january 2020.

                        It was then also and during a week after during a visit to shoppers stop after delivery informed that one of the drawer is not polished from inside (Appears as if from some old table it has been taken out and put in this table), some nails were not properly fixed and were coming out which can cause injury and at some places the finishing is very poor. At shop it was assured that complaint has been taken and a person would visit the home and address the issue. But no one visited from the shop and the defects has not been rectified.

                        This is very unfair and not acceptable particularly from a reputed seller like you where we thought that after sales service would be very good. I expect a prompt and proper attendance to our complaint.

                          I cancelled items in my order two days ago but i didn't get a refund till now and have been calling them ever since but they haven't picked up the call. I mailed them too. When i wanted them to cancel, they responded in an hour but when i asked for a refund, they never replied. My order id is [protected]. Highly disappointed in the brand and not shopping here again. Please give me my money back asap. Also the app user interface is really really really bad and pauses every five seconds. It's impossible to use it without getting frustrated. Even after multiple calls and emails, they haven't gotten back to me. This is highly unethical if they're planning to just skip refunding their customers. This is not at all responsible on the part of a brand which has a big name. Put some money into building customer care service instead of just overcharging for the products. Highly disappointed and frustrated. I need my money back asap.

                            I have made multiple requests to shopper's stop team through phone and email that i am unable to access my account, so i cannot place order using the money from the shopper's stop waller. It's been close to a week, no agent is being helpful to either refund the money or clear the issues to place a order.

                              I had ordered on 31.1.2020 under order id[protected] four shirts of arrow under a promised discount of 2840 on the mrp under buy two get two/ buy one get one offer. Only three shirts got delivered and the fourth was cancelled stating stock out. No response from the team. If i reorder another shirt if same range i will not get the above discount. The company had taken unfair advantage over me by under selling the promised goods and misleading discount. I need replacement of same brand in same price range without change in total bill.

                              Today again called and they offered compensation of Rs 200 in place of the 1000 odd rupees discount which they conveniently cancelled by cancelling delivery for f one product stating no stock. If no stock, how in first place I could order it? It should have allowed me to order only if stock was available

                                I have ordered two items from shoppersstop.com that is two mac items. But only one of the item was delivered on 4th february 2020 and the other item is missing. The other item is not delivered and its showing the order is completed for both the orders in the orders section. I have tried calling them many times and i have sent many mails but there is no response from their side and when i call them, they make false promises.

                                    I have purchased a salwar in august'2019 from shoppers stop of rs. 1799. But because of quality issue, have to return the salwar. I returned the product in august'2019. But they haven't refund me a single penny till date. Whenever i called them, they assured me with false commitment "we have some technical problem, you will get refund within 2-3 days"

                                      We when to shoppers stop soul space arena in bangalore and physically bought 2 curtains. They gave us one 7 inch and another 9 inch. Then we went back and asked to exchange the 9 inch to another 7 inch. They said they dint have and there was nothing they could do.
                                      Then they only suggested we place an order online and have it delivered home.
                                      They did it for us and the parcel said quantity 2 but they sent only 1 curtain which got delivered to us.
                                      Now that packet is so small it possibly cant fit 2 curtains they are arguing that they have already delivered both the curtains.
                                      This is the most annoying thing shoppers stop can do. Ridiculous for one curtain!!

                                        I ordered 3 products. One was good. Other two had some issues. Trowsers i received wrong size what i ordered so i exchnaged it and very frustrating i received the same size again.. Pink women pant - zip was defected so i exchanged it and same issue.. I received the same defected piece again.. And this whole order process and exchange experience was very disgusting and time consuming. We do not expect from shoppers stop : (
