Very sad to note that the product from chandigarh reached jammu hub on 20 june but still not recieved on 24th. On making a telephonic call, the person enquired landmark. If i had not called, the product (Medicine of mother - senior citizen) would have remained there.
This is a very lax attitude on behalf of the company.in this pandemic essential services must be taken care.

Damaged product has been delivered by delivery agent of shree maruti. It was an musical instrument and its broken from backside..

I have called 3 times to shree maruti courier ghaziabad center and the person said he would call company and confirm. There is no call from his side and after following up again, he said he will call and confirm.

Info of broken product was mailed to customer care of courier services imediate after recieving product. Pictures are attached.

My courier is Delhi to guwahati date 10 June 2020 but not received is 19 June 2020 recipt no [protected] How many days you deliver parsal is Delhi to guwahati

I have booked a courier on 13th june and tracking has not been updated since 16.. I have also tried to call helpline number but no response... It's a birthday gift... Here is the tracking number -[protected]

Docket delivered from new delhi to varanasi 1 month back. Their customer care is neither responding to my phone nor my mails. Local number is not working. Not expected. Very poor service.

The tracking no. Is [protected]. I needed the parcel urgently. I was told by the branch that it will get delivered in 7 days however, 10 days have passed but the parcel is still in delhi. If there is so much trouble then atleast send my parcel to the origin i. E. Etawah, up.

Its been 2 month and still my package has not been delivered.

I availed service from shree maruti courier service on[protected]Shipment no. [protected]) the day i availed their service they haven't told me about that area where i am sending my parcel is the area they can't deliver and after couple of days i get call from the local office to collect the parcel own my own. I sent medicines to my mother as she isn't able to go out and buy required medicines, therefore i trusted them and sent the courier they promised me that parcel will reach with 2-3 days but there is no clue of my package they havn't deliverd it. I dont understand if my mother could go out and buy medicine why would i opt send courier what is the fun of paying extra. Specially requested them to please deliver the parcel but there is no response from them. Now my mother and me facing the harasment.

But as i have confirm with upsc cms department... Courier was not delivered.
Courier service guys are telling that they have delivered.
I had sent my original ews certificate in that... And now my job is on steak because of this...
I need immediate action on this.

Docket number [protected] contains raw mangoes (Weight-23kg / 07 dozen i. E. 84 nos) which is food item (Perishable item) the same was couriered from pune dated[protected], received at ramol mini hub on[protected] but it was not delivered (May be intentionally) till[protected] after taking multiple times follow up it was said that the parcel had no proper address mentioned but actually it was mentioned correctly. On[protected] at 7:30pm the parcel was present to me and asked to take delivery of weight -13.5 kg. No justification from mr. Mehulbhai joshi for delay as well as damage and less weight of parcel.
This is clear case of stolen mangoes by breaking the box.

I want total refund, which cost around 2700 (Goods value) + 2100 (Courier charges) = total 4800 (Inr)

Needa husain memon here. I want u take a legal action on akshita who is working with shreemaruticourier ram mandir goregaon branch, she is very irresponsible with her work. My parcel which was dispatched from delhi sadarbazar on 14th has been handed to unknown lady on wrong address. I came to know this when 20th morning i got my docket no and tracked my parcel and came to know it has been delivered, for which i called 👉[protected] and came to knew it has been delivered. Firstly she wasnt knowing where it is then not confirmed with the room no where delivery incharge has handed. She gave me a lady name and contact and said talk to this no and go collect your parcel. Why will i go? For this a paid charges of air shipping? I also have her options either u send ur delivery boy to the address where he has delivered and recollect my parcel and hand it to me or else send him to my address i will personally go with the guy and get my parcel as she was not knowing the building no except room no. But she was not taking responsibility and only saying aap jaake lelo (And to my husband on phone call she said, aye kutte chal phone... The only thing he said was do ull take money to deliver to wrong address, if this happens why ull not take responsibility to arrange) but she said kutta and disconnected call. I went personally to the doorstep where they had delivered and got my parcel.. Plz do take legal action on this irresponsible lady akshita inorder to well maintain your courier service and hire some good spoken persons. Thank u

I have checked with my destination recipient but courier is yet not delivered at their location and while tracking it is showing as deliveeed on 28th feb 2020. Kindly share pod report (I. E. Proof of delivery report) whereas in the receiver's signature and stamp available.

Dear sir we doing business woth maruti last 15 year but in surat ringroad branch too much costly daily rate change like sherbazar. Nd too much misbehave

Right now we courier with akash ganga tirupti till this type of serviece close.
Every time rate change.. 3 days ago i give parcel he says 350 for 2 kg... Then i give tirupati. He take only 200. Also today i regular send parcel mumbai always maruti take 60 per kg in ur computer history also watch... Today say me 70 i[censored] want then give otherwose u can go... Wts this???

This is the second worst experience with shree maruti courier services"we had first they lost our courier" 2tb hard disk" from bhatapara to amravati and now their pets (Rats) ruined our other courier too. We received our courier after 1 week from the day it was sent from ujjain to amravati and that too all eaten up by the rats. And the worst part is they have covered the hole with tape so that they can show nothing has happened. Like how more careless these people can be. I want compensation for this.

Dear sir this is very bad experience i had ever from your service one of my courier which was sent on[protected] but not delivered till date[protected], my pod no [protected] from ratlam mp to mhow or indore what ever it is, now tell me what should i do to whom i should complain, no body is listening. The courier man is replying that what ever reply comes from indore i will intimate you but now the party to whom i delivered they are saying that you makes us fool, you lost that goods and now you are making us fool, it's really damage my image infront of my infront party, it's my humble request you to please take it on priority and solve my problem for which i already paid approx 150 i don't remember exai amount. We have send an parcel through shree maruti courier service on 6th january 2020 from buldana, maharashtra to uran, maharashtra.

The parcel is at its final destination from 8th jan 2020, but the courier company has not delivered yet.

We asked them about this, they argued with us.

I have send a Document whose tracking Number is -[protected] from your courier service which are located in Nehru road near banarasi sweat Santacruz East Mumbai to Bhadohi uttar Pradesh . At the time of booking they said that my courier service are to good I can deliver your documents in 4 to 5 working days .so I left my courier in your company on 30/12/2019.but till now the receivers doesn't get the documents which I have send from your courier service. When I went to check my status from where I have done booking they saying only I will deliver today but doesn't deliver that. When I go next days then again said my courier van is damaged. So finally I can say that the service are not good.
