This is the second worst experience with shree maruti courier services"we had first they lost our courier" 2tb hard disk" from bhatapara to amravati and now their pets (Rats) ruined our other courier too. We received our courier after 1 week from the day it was sent from ujjain to amravati and that too all eaten up by the rats. We have send an parcel through shree maruti courier service on 6th january 2020 from buldana, maharashtra to uran, maharashtra.

The parcel is at its final destination from 8th jan 2020, but the courier company has not delivered yet.

Very pathetic service by maruti courier service. Staff is rude and highly unprofessional. They took 8 days in delivering a courier from one city to another which is 50 km away. (Ujjain to indore). Reason asked is that they don't have service in that location (Indore is such a city where every courier company has service). This should be told at the time of picking up the courier. Your company informed to me my courier will delivered by air. I got this information from your booking center (Shivaji enclave). But your center without update my courier ll delivered by surface. And i require by air but your company not required that facility. And i paid for by air so when will i get my refund back. Because by air charges 700 that i paid.. My friend sent this parcel on 26th oct, 2019 as urgent delivery and paid 4, 900 (From gandhinagar to sydney, australia)
This parcel was received on 9th nov, 2019 and i have to go and collect this at fedex depo.
By the way i had to coordinate this with fedex myself that parcel will get delivered on 9th at night (Arrived in australia on 9th 5pm)

So why did i pay you for urgent delivery,...

I am branch manager of uco bank katwa i have submitted my hospitalization claim to maruti courier for early delivery uco bank zonal office burdwan instead of uco bank zonal office burdwan your office deliver it to lic office burdwan if claim around rs 50000/ will rejected due to non delivery on time i will file consumer case against you. This is my 2nd complaint against maruti couriers, sec 45 gurgaon. The first complaint was filed yesterday. After filing the first complaint & followig up with them repeatedly for an undelivered parcel from vadodara which was lying with them for the last 5 days, they finally sent a guy to deliver the parcel at our place yesterday evening. The delivery address was my office address.
After 15 days also i didn't get any delivery and upon calling the delivery boy and he even refused to deliver in home address also that is in wakad.
This is worst service considering the medicine has to be delivered....
