Product came out to be poor in quality. The sole of the shoe was cracked and Its not even been a year now and the pasting of the shoes has come out completely from all sides.

I find the shoe for right feet is defective (inside)....

I have ordered a shoes on 24th nov there was no update on the order after 10 days I got mail my order was cancelled without any updates they refund was not initiate till now have send lot of mails no reply from their end

I bought sketchers foamies crocs on[protected]
and it got broken on[protected] while I was just walking. Utterly disappointed with sketchers.

My Sketchers Arch fit has issue with the rear end of shoe area.
The cushion with the fabric is torn off within 3 months of purchase.

I was purchasing shoes from your Rudrapur store in February and use it from the month of June because of COVID and in 5 months the shoes condition are so worst like a non branded shoes I want to exchange it.....

My shoes got tear from upper side in just 1 month

I had bought shoes from Mbd Mall Jalandhar.It had damaged from one side

I'm writing this mail to complain about the poor quality of my newly purchased skechers sports shoes (skechers sports 8790015 bkw size uk10). I purchased these shoes from kamal footwear (sector 10, faridabad) on 20th nov 2021.I paid rs 2, 999 for this (cash memo attached).
Unfortunately, the product quality is not up to the mark. After wearing them for 3 days I had a bit of discomfort in my right foot, as one of the memory foam is small in size and my toe is not fitting properly on the base, which is causing me problems while walking and running. The main reason behind the purchase was to get a good experience and comfortable shoes for gym, which now seems to be unfulfilled. Also, the colour from the front is fading and white patches are visible which gives a very bad and ugly look to the shoes.

I went to the shopkeeper but he is not able to resolve the problem and after many visit no action has been taken, he's just wasting our time.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.and would very much appreciate it if the shoes are replaced or appropriate credit is redeemed.
Please do this on an urgent basis.

I purchased a product on Skechers on 27th November..the tracking page now says it does not exist...order is still processing.. Customer care nobody picks up...worst experience from such a brand

I have ordered shoes from skechers.in on 25/11/2021 but still delivery of shoes is not initiated further I have not received any communication related to delivery of shoes. I have already sent mail to [protected]@skechersindia.com but haven't got any reply. I also tried to contact call center number provided on official Indian web site between 10 am to 6pm IST[protected] and +91 [protected]) many times but no one pic ups the call. The website is even not allowing me to login my account from last 3 days. Its too frustrating. I am afraid of loosing my money. I want my shoos.

I have ordered a shoe on line through the skechers website as on 21st November & made rs5499/=. I have also registered on their site with my email ID. My order no is : SO[protected]

I tried tracking order directly through the website. It says order no/ email doesnt exist. I have written 3 mails over the last few days asking for help. The automated response says some one will contact me within 24 to 48 hours but there has been no response at all. I purchased sketchers ladies slippers. It had crystal all over.
My complaint is that within few months the crystals started coming off and one side of loop is also broken. The product was purchased in March 2021.
Request you to address this concern as earliest and send me the replacement

The support has already been informed and do the opposite of what they promise. They also do not answer all the questions or take pain to improve the customer experience....

I bought Skechers Archfit on 10th September 2021 at Prozone Coimbatore dealer and hardly used for a week's morning walk. I am a 67 years old man and used this shoe was hardly used.
