I had purchased some items from Skechers, VIOM ENTERPRISES Haldwani (Uttarakhand) Store, on 26th september 2022, the bill of which you will find attached. This purchase included a pair of shoes, which have been torn from front and back sides within a span of roughly 3 months, pictures of which you will find attached. I noticed this around 2 months back but because of my busy schedule I could not visit the nearest store in my locality. Yesterday i visited the store and they directed me to mail to the customer care directly.
I humbly request you for an exchange of this product in the shortest time possible.
(NOTE: The other 2 items which I purchased along with the damaged shoes show no complaint at all)

      I have ordered Skechers women black GO WALK STRETCH FIT shoes on 27.09.2022
      Within 5 months of purchase, one of the shoe has worn out. This is not expected from a brand like Skechers.
      Please arrange to replace my shoes at the earliest.

        Hello,
        I have purchased Skechers Mens Flex Advantage 3.0 Sneakers from Amazon on 6 October 2022. I have purchased the shoes only for Morning walk purpose as I am suffering from hill pain and I have used the shoes only for Morning walk purpose just twice or thrice a week and never used for a whole day. As the product is from brand like Skechers I was under impression that it will not get damaged/Scraped or torn so early, so I never checked it, but one day while wearing it I found that the internal lining of the Left shoe is damaged/scraped ( torn ) and the lining of the Right shoe is also about to scrape (Torn). It is surprising that so costly shoes are scaped/damaged in so less use, because I am using sport shoes of other companies for more than five years without any damage, so I am very disappointed with quality of material from brand like Skechers. It also creates doubt regarding the quality of products sold on Amazon.

        As the Product is not up the mark in term of durability and quality, I want to return the product and get my amount back.

        I am attaching the copy of Invoice and Warranty as well the images of the damaged/scraped shoes.

        Please get the shoes back and return my amount immediately.

          Bought skechers shoes with article no. 52767-BBK ULTRA FLEX 2.0
          Invoice No. B83/FCM/01565/Sep/22 from Skechers store in Aligarh for a wholesome of Rs. 5499.
          In two weeks the shoes started losing the pasting which I have asked them to replace but they said to repair it. After repairing, in the next 2 months sole torned out and now it is not in a condition to use. If you are not going to replace it, what is the purpose to buying it by paying such big amount.

            Dear Sir/ Madam,

            With great regret I beg to inform you that yesterday (31st Dec 2022) at 8 PM, I purchased a pair of shoes (GO Run Pulse) from one of your stores at Jayanagar, Bangalore. After wearing it for just 20 mins there was tremendous pain in both the feet.To address the pain I had to take medical support as well, the edge of the feet were deformed after wearing your shoes.
            Today morning (1st January 2023) at 12:30 PM, I went back to the store for replacement, but the store manager Mr. Karthick refused to do the same. He has kept back my shoes and neither returned my money of Rs 7499/- which I have paid yesterday. He stated that he would take 20 days' time to initiate the refund/ replacement policy, which was a big surprise to me as he never mentioned about such return/ refund policy at the time of purchase. As on date neither I have the shoes nor my money, both are with you and moreover I am having pain at my feet.

            All the relevant documents (images and bills) are attached herewith. Since your shoes have created medical issues, hence kindly arrange for a refund of my money (bank details attached herewith), otherwise I would be forced to take action legally against the company.

                  I have purchased brand new shoe rupees 7500 from skechers show room and they assured me to replace it if its pasting is removing or any defect but in 2 weeks within a month pasting is removing and show room staff are only wasting my time not replacing it.                       I have ordered shoes in AJIO app on[protected] and received on[protected]. Order #FN[protected]

                      The shoes are perfectly alright, but now after using one month the logo is dissappearing and the side soal is removing as shown in the below pictures.

                      Order invoice is attached here for your reference.

                      I have a good opinion on SKECHERS brand, please don't remove that opinion or fame from customers by making these type of mistakes.

                      I need an urgent replacement of shoes with in a week. I hope you will make me a favour by replacing the shoes to make customers opinion or fame to be stable on this brand SKECHERS.

                        My 6K shoes were damaged within 2 months of purchase. I am a long-time loyal customer and I have only used Sketchers for the last 5-6 years.

                              On 27.12.2021, I purchased a shoe in your Chennai OMR Store. (Bill attached).

                              I am using it very rarely as I have many pairs. Today I found it is started damaging upper side (photos) attached.

                              I understand it is a manufacturing defect. So now I visited your OMR CHENNAI STORE and shown that damages to them. But they ask me to send email to you for the replacement.

                              WHEN SENT EMAIL TO SKECHERS, THEY REFUSE TO REPLACE.

                              PLEASE HELP

                                After purchaing of the shoes it got teared within a short span time of 5 months from inside (heelside) as well as outside which is not expected from such a premier complany of repute. Company denies for repkacement of the shoes, I have spent of huge money 7K to purcajse the shoes but could not utiilze even for 5 months. I wanrt urgent replacement.

                                      I recently placed an order for Skechers New Moon- Callisto (black) from "skechers.in" . Payment has been completed but neither have I received any confirmation email nor is it showing in the Order history.

                                        It is informed that I had purchased a pair of Shoe from Skechers outlet at pacific mall in Netaji Subhas Palace, New Delhi. This shoe got damaged within one week (pasting of the shoes has been come out) and quality of this shoe is not adequate as the branded shoe. I immediately sent pics of this shoe and wrote a complaint to skechers, India. subsequently a ticket number 282592 was issued to me regarding my complaint. In response of this complaint, an email dated 11.07.2022 received from Balpreet kaur, customer care, skechers India that the product does not qualify for an exchange. As I request many time to Skechers outlet and try to connivance regarding the quality of the product but all my efforts goes to waste. Staff of this outlet not even listen my problem and misbehave with me.

                                        In the view of above, I humbly submitted to look into the matter as the high valuable product of branded company can not get away with it only to say that this product does not qualify for an exchange.
