I am owner of skoda rapid elegance.
At nasik on highway my cars engine belt was cut and car was stopped. We toed it and took to heak auto of nasik.
The engineer over there examined and told that it will need engine work.. Engine down etc etc. They told me expences of rs 1.5 lakh!!!
They said belt need to change at 105000km... But when they did our klast servicing they did not told us.
They without my permission opened head and downloaded engine.
On inquiry outside with ex skoda fitter, he examined the car and remarked that it is not needed.
Only bely aplication and servicing will solve the problem.
So we did the work outside.
Heak auto charged rs 8000/- for just giving wrong advice and opening it without my permission.
Also inadvertantly told me exggerated costing.
In this way heak auto nasik people are big cheaters.
They damaged my car.
Now i, the lover of skoda dont even wish to re-purchase skoda.
Kindly improve your service department.
Take action against the wrong treatment given to me.
Let me know about the action taken.

last time same review was given on telephone but it was not uploaded...
While i leave my car for ac complaint no oil pan warning light glows after they
change wire kit new problem arise i ask them solve it but simply give one job card and delay continuousy. kindly resolve my problem it create more stress.

    What happened

    I am using car in pune (Been serviced twice in viraj skoda shivajinagar in pune and repaired once for stray accident by another faulty driver in viraaj skoda baner branch)

    Date 04/05/2018 time : 5.00 pm place : nsg it park aundh pune

    Yesterday my skoda rapid (May 2015) model wouldnt start after i put ignition while my office finished. Realizing it may be battery problem i called your latest toll free number[protected]. Csr was all confused as usual as our car is financed through defence canteen stores and in name of my father

    Csr informed that roadside assistance is over and i will have to pay. I agreed and waited for an hour to send me the link on mobile or email. I had already cleared with him to send me on my mobile so that i can proceed

    Realizing that this is going nowhere i decided to call skoda baner branch so that if they can send in somebody to check as it was near to my office in aundh pune. They gave me a toll free number (Your previous one, very good service advisor is not aware of the changes in your toll free number) i informed them that i have already spoken to roadside assistance on your toll free but on good faith if they can help me as they are very nearby in baner pune. They then gave me an exide battery number which was out of service (Wonderful help again out here)

    I called viraaj skoda shivajinagar too so that if they can help me out (After all they fleeced me 29000) in the name of service in these two years but nobody picked up the phone again (Around 6.30 pm)

    Fanatically searching for some help somebody in nearby petrol pump told me that there is battery shop of exide nearby and they replaced my battery with new one and was reluctant to take a paisa more i had to forcibly put 100 rs in that mechanics pocket.

    Around 7.38 pm someone from mumbai called that i was having problem with my car. I said its done now thanks for calling and i will complain

    Summary

    1. There is something called as good faith which was clearly absent (Viraaj skoda service center pune). You take 15000 per service and reluctant to help customer in dire need of emergency. Roadside help refusing to take the money inspite of helping me everyway he could
    2. Whats the point of bragging and service in-charge managers giving their cards when nobody helps when you need the most
    3. What kind of service they do when call in car after one year. Why was this battery problem not picked up. Why didnt car show battery red light if its charge was failing on dashboard

    3. Not updated about latest change in toll free numbers
    4. Absolutely poor quality of help and service displayed by skoda

    T is your policy to not repair minor scratches and paint abrasives. Viraaj skoda denies it they never ever touch up those minor scratch marks or paint abrasions in servicing. Also car is never washed thoroughly is what i have observed.

    Your action

    Now i want written course of action from you to how to mend this sour situations in future. What actions you guys are going to take for this faulty service

    Tomorrow god forbid if i am in some really really bad situation.. Are you people going to help or leave me stranded way you did yesterday evening

    I am not leaving this complaint here i will be taking this to your ceo and all international forums

    Further more i am not going to advise anybody to buy skoda

    I am really dismayed by the behavior of such servicing

      I have skoda rapid which i purchase a couple of years back, the car had no issues until 2 years but after that there was a problem with the dsg in january 2018 and i sent the car to service center to get it repaired the dealer said he don't have the parts and it has been 5 months since them and i haven't received back my car. I have complained to the skoda coustumer care directly but no action has been taken since and not i am tired of this crap service and will be moving forward to suing skoda in the courts.

        I had both my vehicle mh43 at 9068 in feb 2016. Jan 2017 my vehicle breaks down on highway with smoke coming out of the engine and over heat.
        My vehicle was towed to baner service station in pune.
        After a week i got my vehicle with heat shield installed as there was fault in the part and was replaced for majority vehicle.
        With that i was told my steering rack is damaged and needs replacement with front shock absorbers.
        Both were replaced under warranty with the break down issue.

        Since then i have been complaining about my steering being hard and shock absorbers not being good with zero solution (All on email). Top of that service manager madhuri ask me to rate good and she will take care of issue which is not done and she has left the showroom.

        Right after a year my battery died at the airport and had to jump start.

        Service center at kurla says it needs replacement and is not covered in warranty as it is over a month back (I have 2 years extended warranty).

        For steering issue he says steering rack is damaged which was replaced a year back for faulty part and here it is again.

        Started regretting my decession of buying skoda.

        After sales services is pathetic and never ever have i left the showroom satisfied in one visit.

          I sent my skoda rapid to Sheil auto agra on 20th march 2018.there was a problem of sign display.
          May be related to injectors. So I told company to
          Resolve this problem as quick as possible
          But wow what a level of customer satisfaction they maintained.they play passing the passing or
          Hide n seek with customer . Change of contacts,
          Change of staff, No call receiving, irrevelent argument sound like joke. Theydon't care about customer time n money.i can't say what they are actually doing with my car.i purchased it because of brand name. I thought german car can actually beat at level of performance. But now i realize I was wrong. That was a big mistake of my life.
          Problem of injectors are common in skoda rapid.
          Its a manufacturing fault why customer will bear it. Suggesting skoda rapid to any one like take revenge.thnx skoda for this wonderful experience.

            We experienced a worst situation with so called 4*4 powerfull engine of yeti (Mh 46n 1139) it got stopped like someone applied sudden break when the vehicle was at a speed of 50kms on 20 apr 18. Wheels and everything jammed on its own and we tried to control to avoid slipping because of sudden stop. What could be my situation if vehicle was at 100kms/ hr. This is worst behaviour of a car. No one is resposive on 24/7 help also. Vehicle not moved an inch further. Total service done by skoda then also car faults create vey dangerous situation to the lives of people. Till date no one from skoda have courtesy to call back. Come and take ur car to scrap.

              I got my car skoda rapid from coimbatore sag cars last november. After i receive my car no one called me for registration... So i called them after a month and asked about registration... They dint give me proper details again for a month and no one responded me properly about this... So after 2 and half month i called them to take my car and i don't want skoda anymore... After that they called me for registration... And while registration they asked me β‚Ή8000 as late registration fee so i asked them why should i pay and they said it will be given refund from the company within a month... Till date i dint get any calls or refund from the company... And they are not responding for my call...[protected] this is the number for skoda india coimbatore manager who i followed and he never responds and won't even atten the call

                If you are Skoda customer you expect a Extended help in case of emergency break down. I was driving my superb from Mumbai to Delhi where on the way near superb my car broke down and it showed a check engine light so the closest service centre was Baroda but since it was such day they were closed but somehow customer care helped me to get in touch with the service manager who 's name was KARTIK and there he met me at Baroda and put my car into their regular scanning process which take 10 mins and then he confirmed that it's the problem of EGR VALVE which was not available with them for replacement but be assured me that it's nothing to worry about I can reach Delhi safely but ibhVe to drive at 80km/he. So I paid the 2500rs for doing nothing just scanning and they asked us to drive to Delhi. Now since it was Sunday they said will send you the bill time on Monday but I didn't get it now after I took my car to device station I realised that it's been 10 days I haven't got my bill and. Either the have made any entry on their system. ThT clearly shows the money went into their pocket and it's a sheer fraud practice that they follow.

                  Two months ago i gave my skoda rapid wb 08 b 9759 car for service at jai auto gurgaon and when i received the car after service my side mirrors switch was damaged and again i gave my car for service 1 week ago this time after i received my car i noticed my day lights were not working on both sides and even after complaining the engineer came to check it. After inspecting i noticed that day lights were not even properly fixed and even the wiring was not connected and also engineer refused to take car back again for service and said i have to wait a week for this to be fixed and even i didn’t receive proper explaination that when would my problem be resolved. Pathetic service from jai auto

                    This is in reference to my experience with arya motors, moti nagar, new delhi, skoda service. They took my car on 04/08 for service and i shared my inputs with them. After 3 days of extensive servicing i went to take my car today (04/11) and found that none of the inputs shared by me were worked on. They have changed a lot of spare parts while they informed me that changing them will solve for all the issues that were raised by me.

                    The total billing for service is rs 30000 and still none of the issues raised by me regarding the vibration from the front of the car and suspension noise have not been solved. My service representative jaspal singh is also not well equipped to handle consumer queries and does not have the expertise to manage technical issues pertaining the car.

                    They are cheating consumers and forging issues to get more money towards the total servicing of the car. They are also misleading the consumers by providing fake information about the car.

                      Surprised to find engine oil leak in 3 weeks time since vehicle was serviced.

                      Oil replacement an amc parameter was done yet damage in engine valve door if it was persistent then wasn’t identified.

                      Is engine valve door a normal wear & tear component?

                      What is the proof that damage isn’t due to mishandling during service

                        I am using multiple brand cars from these years and i have never ever faced so much problems as i am facing with my skoda yeti. Its been just 22 months we have bought the car and now facing issues with battery. I immediately consulted skoda service centre and they are saying warranty is for 1 year only and i need to buy new one. I am very much disappointed with the service and quality. I strong need solution from skoda india why i am having this problem.

                          Dear team,
                          I would like to share my experiences of skoda fabia which was gifted to me by my mother in 2012 (Apart from some inconvenience due to its service related issues) with you.
                          β€’ it remained a wonderful experience to have and drive skoda fabia since january 2012 because i purchased due to its robust & toughest designed car of the market at that time. This was purchased from your newly opened showroom diamond automobiles in our city.
                          β€’ it was our (Skoda consumers) bad luck that diamond automobiles was closed within 2 years time. The nearest service station in haryana was karnal 160 km from hisar as such i was dependent on the services of local market service engineers.
                          β€’ then one day confident automobiles opened as skoda showroom but did not last long. I had a also a bitter experience of the services offered by them for an accident claim. The confident automobiles also left the dealership and i was again forced to get the services of local market.
                          β€’ last year i got a call from new skoda dealer blc auto sales hisar, for free service and checking of some software. Anyway this remained a pleasurable issue to have a new skoda showroom in hisar.
                          β€’ on 11th january evening on route to my village along with my family skoda met with an accident by hitting of a black color bull in front of car after crossing over the roof. Thanks to skoda fabia robust & toughest design that we all were saved. Front side of the car got badly damaged and some part of roof but we did not felt anything inside the car and everybody was safe.
                          β€’ then next day the car was brought the car to nearest skoda showroom i. E. Blc auto sales hisar (220 km).
                          β€’ my car was having full insurance with bajaj alliance since 2012. It was a surprise that blc auto sales refused for cashless service in spite of central tie up of bajaj alliance with skoda.
                          O i pleaded for cashless service which was turned down leaving no other option to except their terms, due to no other nearby showroom except delhi.
                          O i also requested for replacement of every part which is damaged or is not functioning properly and best service.
                          β€’ after 20 days the car was handed over to me after accepting full payment of rs. 1, 76, 000/- with an assurance that insurance claim shall be refunded by bajaj alliance in your bank account.
                          β€’ next day i came to know that
                          O ac of the car was not working properly and there was a noise of fan after the stoppage of car, there is a dent on the roof of the car was not removed, and the paint done on the car is also not good and matching.
                          β€’ hence next day i visited the showroom to tell about all these defects.
                          O blc auto sales service engineer replied that
                          ο‚§ they had not done anything with ac because it was ok and now they will do ac service to check this issue.
                          ο‚§ for the dent on roof and paint defect shall be removed when car will be given for rubbing after 7 days.
                          O after 7 days the car was handed over to blc auto sales for rubbing and removal of other defects.in the evening car was returned with these very funny replies
                          ο‚§ we have serviced ac (Cleaning of ac pipes and compressor).
                          ο‚§ dent on roof is due to jumping of monkey on the roof of the car so cannot be repaired. (Whereas reality is that it was not removed properly).
                          ο‚§ paint is the best they could do.
                          O for all this they have again charged rs. 2000/-.
                          β€’ after 3-4 days i again visited the showroom and told them that while driving i was not feeling the same sound for which i was habitual since 2012. There was heaviness and high sound.
                          β€’ but the mechanics after cheking said that it is normal sound so no need to worry.
                          β€’ i was still not satisfied as i was not feeling the same skoda fabia’s sound.
                          β€’ after another 2 days when i was coming from a customer visit along with my friend a noise came and ac stopped working. We immediately visited the showroom for this issue as it was same sound coming from fan which was coming when i went to address the issue first day.
                          O now the mechanic replied without even opening that part or checking that there is some issue with fan and it has to be replaced. It will cost around rs. 11000/-.
                          O i argued uselessly with him that he is just making assumptions every time but with no concrete solution, where as i was pointing out again and again that there was some issue with the ac compressor or fan of the car. It was blc auto sales mistake that it was not changed or rectified when the car was there for accidental service claim as it could have been easily replaced in full insurance cover.
                          οƒ˜ finally i consulted some local engineer in asia’s best and biggest auto market hisar who was in volkswagen earlier and it was reviled that
                          O the fan of the car was damaged in the accident which was never checked by blc auto sales & was still working.
                          O when the car runs fast ac fan starts rotating but when car slows down ac fan stops because of fan touching to sides.
                          O also when car stops and fan had to cool the engine it tries to run but stops again and again as it touches to sides.
                          οƒ˜ today i could not forget the services given by diamond automobiles. I have no problem with my car except the issues highlighted above. It is still the best except ac problem unattended by blc auto sales. I wish i could get good service.

                          O i had never thought that i would face such pathetic service issues with such a renound and trustworthy car brand in the world.

                          O i am badly harassed and fed up with the local blc showroom hisar of skoda.

                          O alas i have approached local asia’s best and biggest auto market hisar and i could have much better accidental repair services, ac & paint etc.

                            My vehicle skoda rapid is at present with sewri service centre for the replacement of the wiper motor. I had given my car for repairs at their workshop on 22nd march 2018 morning after confirmation with the asst. Manager mr. Vishal sonawane that motor worth rs.28, 000/- will be replaced under extended warranty purchased by me at the time of buying the car in august 2014. Upon the said assurance i handed over the car to the workshop and i was told that the car would be delivered by 23rd march evening. I am following up with skoda service centre for the delivery of my car everyday (Leaving sunday apart) but till date no concrete reason has been given to me by the people at managerial level. I am really unhappy with the services provided by a reputed company to the customers. I have to leave my work apart and call your managers/advisors to know the status of my car.

                              The air conditioning starts effectively but stops cooling after driving for about an hour. The cooling just stops. Its 4 years now and i have sent it several times to the service centre vinayak skoda for repair but has not helped. They just clean the filter etc and say it should work fine now. It works well for an hour but stops after that. Problem remains unsolved

                                I would like to let you guys know on how i am dealing with the problems related to skoda rapid 1. 6 tdi 2012 model assembled in india.

                                Here is a story on how the problem occurred and how did i solved it. It’s a problem related to diesel injector, abs, start up problem and normal servicing. From zero knowledge to a stage where i could handle most of the problems related to my skoda rapid. All by myself!

                                Here it is. 2 years after i purchased my car, we moved to germany and since it was my first car and i trusted this brand, i was not willing to sell it and also it was just driven for 20k kms. So i decided to send it from pune to silchar, assam which is my native place. Before sending the car to my native place, i confirmed with skoda about the servicing possibility and they mentioned me that i can do it in guwahati where technician from kolkotta comes for a regular servicing.
                                During my first holiday to india, i planned to meet my engineering college friends in barapani shillong. So i started at 05:30 chilled december from silchar to shillong. The route was scenic with beautiful view of rivers and gorges and it was also a misty morning. I was enjoying my drive …….. Buttt……. When i was at half a way from my destination, my car suddenly lost power and it was not able to drive up the hilly road. Damn….. I have no idea what’s going on and had β€˜ 0 β€˜ zero knowledge about fixing problems related to engine area. I was stuck in the middle of the forest and somehow drove the car to find a small workshop. I spoke to skoda service and they informed me that most probably my diesel injector got failed. I then talked to the road side assist to tow the car to the nearest skoda workshop which was 1, 200 kms in kolkata and since my road side assist expired, they quoted me around rs 82, 000 /- only for the towing. I had only few days left to return to germany and so sending the car to kolkatta was not possible. Moreover, the workshop guy where i parked the car in that forest had no idea about such cars with lots of electronic devices in it. This is where i dared to take the matter in my own hand. I wanted to check which injectors and how many of them got effected. So i kept the engine on and plug out the injector connection one by one and this way we could identify that 2 injectors are either having electronic problem or got chocked. And that workshop guy said’ may be we could just clean it and could work’. Having no option left, i agreed and asked him to open the injectors and clean them. Man…….. What happen next is where things went worst…. He removed all the four injectors from the cylinder head and….. Tried to open the top part of the injector where the electronic chip is fitted…. Mann oh mann….. Only the laboratory guys should disassemble the injector individual parts…. (Never open an injector parts) you should take out of the cylinder as a complete unit but don’t even try to open individual part of the injectors. …. Very important…without knowing the consequences, the workshop guys cleaned it, assembled it, and fitted it back to the cylinder…. And…. Now non of the injectors worked …. Yes…all the 4 injectors failed.in india one injector cost rs 21, 500. So the cost of towing + 4 injectors would cost me 1, 68, 000 inr…. Hmmm…that was my worst day of life with no solutions left.
                                By the time we finished assembling, the car completely broke down. It was dark and so i spent the night sleeping inside the car. Luckily i was alone and my family didn’t join me for the trip to shillong. The next morning i searched for a tempo traveler or a truck to pull my car back to silchar, my home town, but was hard to find one in that isolated place. Finally i could manage a person who have a tempo traveler and he agreed to pull the car until my home at silchar. By the time we started, dusk set in and the matter became worst again. One more challenge to face. The journey back to home from the workshop was terrible. Why? Because the engine was not starting and so the power steering, brakes are very hard to operate and no lights as the battery went down in making several attempts to start the engine. We need to drive downhill and the only way to control my car is to use hand brake or shifting to small gears. The road was not good and to make the things worst, it started to rain heavily, typical meghalaya heavy rainfall. But at the end we managed to reach my home with a minor scratch on my car.
                                I lost hope on skoda service and so i left the car without repairing and came back to germany. As i said, at that time i had zero knowledge on how to repair a car. Not even the basics. Once in germany, i started getting knowledge about repairing a car, visited some vw service here in germany, googled it, watched you tube and most important is the blogs. Also the team bhp website helped me a lot. I decided to buy a refurbished injector here in germany and there are lots of small companies who sell such refurbished expensive parts of cars here in germay. I bought 4 siemens injector (Part no. 03l130277s) at 1/3 rd the price quoted by skoda india. I got it tested infront of me at their lab to make sure all 4 are functioning. That person was very nice and he explained that i would need to updated the codes in ecu after replacing the injectors and for that i would need the diagnostic software. Oh…. One more twist for me…. I have no idea what was he talking about…then after a lot of study, i came to know that i need the vcds diagnostic software sold by ross tech and which the vw group uses for their cars. I talked to the vcs dealer in us, india and germany and finally decided to buy it from a german dealer…. Thank god that i live in germany and that everything works here fine. I bought β€œhex v2 for 3vin” and it costed around rs 18, 000/- (240 euro). I registered the software online and tried it here in germany in my audi a3 and works absolutely fine. So in my 2nd trip back to india after a year, i have the vcds software, tools, injectors and workshop manual with me…. Jung ladne ke liye tayar…as soon as i reached my home in silchar, the next day i started alone with my task of replacing the injectors…my parents asked me to call for some mechanics but honestly i have no faith on anybody including the skoda guys. This vcds software is a must have if you want to repair such cars with electronic controls. As you read along, you will come to know how this software made my life easy. So, after replacing the injectors one must update the code through vcds software and the fuel system must be primed and priming fuel system is so easy with vcds without which would be terrible. After everything is ready, i turned on the ignition butt…it didn’t start, the ignition doesn’t start at all…i just hear a click sound…something like tak.. Tak like something is popping out and heating something…oh god what this new problem? Then i googled it and came to know that the starter motor mayyyy… be the problem. The diesel car was just standing still for a year and so other problems appeared. So i checked if the battery was dead and i made the battery recharged it at a local workshop and it was perfectly ok. To me its like something got jammed in the starter motor. So i opened the starter motor which is located at the lower most position. I cleaned it with petrol and manually rotated the shaft just to release the jam. Before opening it, i hit with a rod, pushed the vehicle backward but didn’t work. After cleaning, i fitted the starter motor and remembering god (Hey bhagvan!), i turned on the ignition…. Yes…after a long hold, the engine finally started and everything is back to normal like before. Huraah!!!...

                                I test driven it in the hills of manipur border and was driving the whole day continuously and i didn’t face any problem. But yes after a week, while i was driving, i had another different problem and that was with abs. The abs suddenly started functioning and it was jamming the wheels…oh…no…once again different problem…i was not able to drive so i decided to deactivate the abs by plugging out the abs fuse just to somehow reach home. Huh!... Needed to google which fuse is for abs…. Stupid skoda designers didn’t mentioned the fuse in the back side of the cover. That fuse cover must have been localised in india or china. Once i reached home, i connected my laptop to the car via hex v2 and scanned the problem. It said β€œ not receiving proper signal from front right wheel” it was something like that kind of information. So i suspected that the abs sensor from the front right wheel was the culprit. I opened the wheel and cleaned the sensor and it worked perfectly ok. The abs error display is gone!!!... So now you understand how the vcds detects problem and is so helpful. Just scan and directly jump into the problem. And off course i asked my brother to buy oil filter, cabin filter, air filter, engine oil nut, which you change during every servicing and the engine oil (Fully synthetic 5w-40) i got it at a local shop.
                                "toi toi toi" the car is running without any problem and my parents are happy about it. I hope i would not face any more major problems with my skoda rapid 1.6 tdi 2012.
                                This is not a rocket science guys. I think everybody must have some knowledge on repairing cars so that the service centers can’t fool you. All service centers and everywhere in the world tries to extract money as much as possible from the customers because it’s their business and i do not blame them. Instead i have learnt to tackle them. My only request to skoda is to have at least one permanent service center in a big city like guwahati. They say that they use to have it but not amymore. Don’t know how true it is.

                                  We have given our accidental skoda rapid ch 01 am 7057 on 23-02-18 to saga automobiles jaipur workshop. Mr. Pushpendra from service has done all the formalities and told us to get all work done with in 5-7 days.
                                  After countionous reminder he said we are not having parts, we are getting it and all like excuses.
                                  When on strick reminder on 19-03-18finally he told that we got the part and we will get all work done by 20-03-18.
                                  I called him @ 11.30 he said all work is in process and it will be finished by 2hr. And will inform you once it is done on positive notes.
                                  At 8.00pm i called him then the man said its march closing and your car will take 5-6 days more. Its almost a month now.

                                    We bought a superb from grand auto capital, neatji subash place, new delhi on 5th jan 2018 and till 20.03.2018, despite repeated calls and visits we have no information on why our number plates are not being issued and what is the status of registration certificate. The staff at dealer is very unprofessional and rude and retorts to lies. Our experience for delivery, which was delayed a lot was also the same. There war no response for 5 dys from the dealer about the delay. We had exchanged our old car, payment for which was released by grand auto capital after many calls and visits after more than 30 days of the delivery.

                                      First of all i'm writing this email to the core of disappointment. This is only with service & pathetic experience.

                                      To let skoda india know that i'm not a beggar for your dealer vinakaya skoda service to treat like one!!!

                                      It was waste of time for me, varsha wasted my time asking to wait till thursday for a positive update but i ended up getting a insulting reply from crm shantha, utter waste of time, vinayak skoda at service pathetic experience.

                                      First off all the service advisor (Its important i respect every new guys job, so i'm not going to mention his name) did not tell me that my abs issue will not be covered under warranty then he mis lead me by charging 5900rs, thats because he has been trained like that but obvious when you have crm like shantha.

                                      An advice to ms. Shantha learn some softskill, because customers are not beggars & ms. Varsha i would appreciate you wasting a customer's time which you requested me not send an email to skoda india.

                                      Here i don't blame the service advisor, i blame the kind of crm ms. Shantha vinayaka has hired to be rude to customers

                                      Now when i'm trying to understand why service advisor did not help me? "ms shantha was very rude in her reply telling i'm sorry we cannot cover it under warranty after fixing my abs, if my bumper paint had come out & when i fixed the painting why would it effect abs, where is bumper & abs??? For this ms. Shantha's reply was may be you have met with a fatal accident, did she expect the customer experience a fatal accident or may even die & thats the reason abs is not covered under warranty", "why wasn't i educated???" in that case starting from now everything issue of my vehicle will not be covered under warranty?? Bcause of the bumper?? Utter non sense talks & time waste. No brain talks from ms. Shantha & varsha. Keep my car 2 days & get the car in return with all dirt & dust. Is this is how you treat customer. Oh i see, first check the customer if he is a privilage customer or not. Basis on that you differentiate if the customer is privilaged or a beggar & that is why ms. Shantha had that odasity to speak to me.

                                      Ms shantha's reply,
                                      "i'm sorry" which means "do whatever you want to do i don't care" is this the kind of attitude of crm??. She & her team here in vinayaka needs to learn not to cheat or misguide the customer.

                                      Ms shantha was very arrogant to me which made me to put my head down & step out of the service centre.
                                      Ms shantha is of the worst ever crm i have ever met, i'm still in a state of shock being at their teams fault she was trying to put the customer at fault end & stating that her team is on right side. The pathetic crm i have ever met. The management really needs some learning & stop mis leading or cheating the customer. It was so disheartening that ms shantha was replying me with hypothetical answers.

                                      !!! Is this the simple clever moto of skoda!!!
                                      If this was not going to resolve then why was time a waste, straight forward the reply should have been "we here in vinayaka skoda like to mislead & cheat the customer, it doesnt matter customer is always at fault & we speak rude & arrogant to customer".

                                      Another simply clever moto of skoda, when ms. Shanta spoke to me was it professional?? Here is the super & professional, note: the below is based on true stroy & incident

                                      Pathetic & funniest part is to pick up my car the driver calls me asks "sir i will come by rickshaw, will you pay me the money" lol... Looking at ms. Shantha's proffesionalism then what else i will expect from a driver... Kudos to skoda india for having such an amazing dealer. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

                                      I have been facing lot of problems with Skoda both from sales & service. I called several times raise complaints against Vinayak Skoda Bangalore. Have spoken below 4 members & none of them are able to assist me. I have neither received any call.

                                      CSR Heena promises I would get a call withing 2 hours but there has been no acknowledge email.

                                      Megha puts my call on hold & then disconnect when called back she says she will call me back.

                                      Is this is professionalism ? Hope you guys know what is Skoda. If you can't help the customer then please bring sales in India.

                                      one of the worst experience with Vinaya Skoda Service Center. They are the most unprofessional people leading from the front Ms.Shanta the CRM then the team who speak utter non sense to fool customer on top of it she is arrogant. Varsha the landy who made me waste my time made me wait for 4 days & in return she made to get insulted from Shanta. Shanta at Vinayak Skoda & team are very unorganised & cheat people by fooling the customer.

                                      Worst ever experience & had to step out of the service center for the sake of my self respect.

                                        I bought skoda 4years back & i am feeling cheated with the promises made of low maintenance car.
                                        In less than 4 years i have paid 1, 25, 443/inr i. E. 1.25 lakhs in maintenance.
                                        Summary below -
                                        Car bough on august'2014

                                        Amount paid on different servicing as -
                                        Nov 2014 - 19, 103 inr
                                        19 june 2015 - 7, 270 inr
                                        12 dec 2015 - 25, 000 inr
                                        29 july 2016 - inr
                                        27 feb 2017 - 25, 720 inr
                                        24 feb 2018 - 48, 350/- (Cluth changed twice)

                                        Surprisingly my clutch is changed twice in last 1 years. Note: its a doctor single hand drive car always.
                                        While the reason was asked to change clutch twice, in less than 1 year, i was told it was mechanics fault who repaired last time & not the whole staff & team have been changed. Surprisingly, why is customer being pushed for wrong service!
                                        While clutch was broken, we paid the transport charge as 6000 inr/- shouldn't this was promised to be taken care by company.
                                        Other items changed are -
                                        Horse pipe was broken & radiator as well changed, which made us pay during interim servicing.
                                        Pls note: battery has been changed twice i. E. 3rd battery now running in 4 years.
                                        Is this justified??
                                        I am looking to escalate this care to highest level & put this across on all social media & all in my knowledge, with the servicing bills - how is customer being fooled!

                                        Appreciate a justified reimbursement of my money.

                                        Note: i have raised a complaint with skoda service center.
                                        Please share me customer escalation matrix, so that this can be taken at highest level.

                                        Ps: feel free to ask me all copy of bills.
