We bought a superb from grand auto capital, neatji subash place, new delhi on 5th jan 2018 and till 20.03.2018, despite repeated calls and visits we have no information on why our number plates are not being issued and what is the status of registration certificate. The staff at dealer is very unprofessional and rude and retorts to lies. Our experience for delivery, which was delayed a lot was also the same. There war no response for 5 dys from the dealer about the delay. We had exchanged our old car, payment for which was released by grand auto capital after many calls and visits after more than 30 days of the delivery.

    First of all i'm writing this email to the core of disappointment. This is only with service & pathetic experience.

    To let skoda india know that i'm not a beggar for your dealer vinakaya skoda service to treat like one!!!

    It was waste of time for me, varsha wasted my time asking to wait till thursday for a positive update but i ended up getting a insulting reply from crm shantha, utter waste of time, vinayak skoda at service pathetic experience.

    First off all the service advisor (Its important i respect every new guys job, so i'm not going to mention his name) did not tell me that my abs issue will not be covered under warranty then he mis lead me by charging 5900rs, thats because he has been trained like that but obvious when you have crm like shantha.

    An advice to ms. Shantha learn some softskill, because customers are not beggars & ms. Varsha i would appreciate you wasting a customer's time which you requested me not send an email to skoda india.

    Here i don't blame the service advisor, i blame the kind of crm ms. Shantha vinayaka has hired to be rude to customers

    Now when i'm trying to understand why service advisor did not help me? "ms shantha was very rude in her reply telling i'm sorry we cannot cover it under warranty after fixing my abs, if my bumper paint had come out & when i fixed the painting why would it effect abs, where is bumper & abs??? For this ms. Shantha's reply was may be you have met with a fatal accident, did she expect the customer experience a fatal accident or may even die & thats the reason abs is not covered under warranty", "why wasn't i educated???" in that case starting from now everything issue of my vehicle will not be covered under warranty?? Bcause of the bumper?? Utter non sense talks & time waste. No brain talks from ms. Shantha & varsha. Keep my car 2 days & get the car in return with all dirt & dust. Is this is how you treat customer. Oh i see, first check the customer if he is a privilage customer or not. Basis on that you differentiate if the customer is privilaged or a beggar & that is why ms. Shantha had that odasity to speak to me.

    Ms shantha's reply,
    "i'm sorry" which means "do whatever you want to do i don't care" is this the kind of attitude of crm??. She & her team here in vinayaka needs to learn not to cheat or misguide the customer.

    Ms shantha was very arrogant to me which made me to put my head down & step out of the service centre.
    Ms shantha is of the worst ever crm i have ever met, i'm still in a state of shock being at their teams fault she was trying to put the customer at fault end & stating that her team is on right side. The pathetic crm i have ever met. The management really needs some learning & stop mis leading or cheating the customer. It was so disheartening that ms shantha was replying me with hypothetical answers.

    !!! Is this the simple clever moto of skoda!!!
    If this was not going to resolve then why was time a waste, straight forward the reply should have been "we here in vinayaka skoda like to mislead & cheat the customer, it doesnt matter customer is always at fault & we speak rude & arrogant to customer".

    Another simply clever moto of skoda, when ms. Shanta spoke to me was it professional?? Here is the super & professional, note: the below is based on true stroy & incident

    Pathetic & funniest part is to pick up my car the driver calls me asks "sir i will come by rickshaw, will you pay me the money" lol... Looking at ms. Shantha's proffesionalism then what else i will expect from a driver... Kudos to skoda india for having such an amazing dealer. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

    Varsha thanks for wasting my time & ms. Shantha so called crm thanks for your sorry its understood what the skoda all about.

    Does skoda india wants to treat their customers like this???

    I have been facing lot of problems with Skoda both from sales & service. I called several times raise complaints against Vinayak Skoda Bangalore. Have spoken below 4 members & none of them are able to assist me. I have neither received any call.

    CSR Heena promises I would get a call withing 2 hours but there has been no acknowledge email.

    Megha puts my call on hold & then disconnect when called back she says she will call me back.

    Is this is professionalism ? Hope you guys know what is Skoda. If you can't help the customer then please bring sales in India.

    one of the worst experience with Vinaya Skoda Service Center. They are the most unprofessional people leading from the front Ms.Shanta the CRM then the team who speak utter non sense to fool customer on top of it she is arrogant. Varsha the landy who made me waste my time made me wait for 4 days & in return she made to get insulted from Shanta. Shanta at Vinayak Skoda & team are very unorganised & cheat people by fooling the customer.

    Worst ever experience & had to step out of the service center for the sake of my self respect.

      I bought skoda 4years back & i am feeling cheated with the promises made of low maintenance car.
      In less than 4 years i have paid 1, 25, 443/inr i. E. 1.25 lakhs in maintenance.
      Summary below -
      Car bough on august'2014

      Amount paid on different servicing as -
      Nov 2014 - 19, 103 inr
      19 june 2015 - 7, 270 inr
      12 dec 2015 - 25, 000 inr
      29 july 2016 - inr
      27 feb 2017 - 25, 720 inr
      24 feb 2018 - 48, 350/- (Cluth changed twice)

      Surprisingly my clutch is changed twice in last 1 years. Note: its a doctor single hand drive car always.
      While the reason was asked to change clutch twice, in less than 1 year, i was told it was mechanics fault who repaired last time & not the whole staff & team have been changed. Surprisingly, why is customer being pushed for wrong service!
      While clutch was broken, we paid the transport charge as 6000 inr/- shouldn't this was promised to be taken care by company.
      Other items changed are -
      Horse pipe was broken & radiator as well changed, which made us pay during interim servicing.
      Pls note: battery has been changed twice i. E. 3rd battery now running in 4 years.
      Is this justified??
      I am looking to escalate this care to highest level & put this across on all social media & all in my knowledge, with the servicing bills - how is customer being fooled!

      Appreciate a justified reimbursement of my money.

      Note: i have raised a complaint with skoda service center.
      Please share me customer escalation matrix, so that this can be taken at highest level.

      Ps: feel free to ask me all copy of bills.

        Dear tijo,

        Hi, i bought skoda octavia on october 2016. It's just 17 months and i discovered that the battery issue. I was stuck on a mumbai highway, after 1 hour road side assistance fixed the issue of my car. Then i come back to nashik. Again after 15 days, the same problem, i had booked a jump start from road side assistance.


        Today i send the vehicle to your workshop (Heak auto) & really surprised when told by the service engineer you have to replace the battery with the extra cost as warranty of the battery is just one year, which is not understood by me. I have taken extended warranty but they say battery is not covered.

        I am really disappointed. Need your help in getting this sorted out.

          First incident of fuel injector in the month of may 2016
          Second incident of fuel injector in the month of dec 2017
          Third incident of glow plug warning 10th march 2018
          Despite raising serious concerns, without giving proper solutions replaced only the faulty unit pushed back the car stating all problems are resolved. It is seriuos concern of reliablity of the vehicle and road worthiness now and this time i have no choice than going to file a suit if a proper alternative and compensation is provided. Opening and seeing the consumer complaint forum seeing numerous same problem of the fuel injector for skoda rapid. Having no trust anymore with this skoda rapid and certianly not possible to use for long drive or rely for any emergency or urgent travel needs. How skoda going to provide a solution i wonder.
          Vehicle reg. No. Tn49 bz8669. Everytime claiming and taking the vehicle in flat bed looks really bad and morally down selecting a brand which couldnt promise and respect the customer.

            Hi guys,

            I bought skoda rapid on nov 2015. I also faced the same kind of issue while going for a ride. Suddenly the coil light in dash board started blinking and i started feeling vobbling of the car while driving and the pickup was pretty much dropped. After i switched of my car and started ignition, then engine problem indicator light started glowing. I immediately contacted skoda road assistant, they informed me that my 2 years warranty got over and i have to pay for the tow option which was around 4.5k. For ememrgency purpose, i called local mechanic for checking the vechile and he informed me that a particular part in engine has been damaged and need to be replaced. Since i was not having faith and i informed salem service station regarding the problem and towed the vechile to same. Initially when they made the analysis they informed me that there is no problem in the vechile and vechile is ready for delivery. Then i informed them regarding the local mechanic word, then again they made observation and found that one of fuel injector has been damaged.
            I am seriously wondering, being a big reputed company skoda is not looking properly into the service they are offering. My vechile really ran around 14km only, in which am really facing the issue and though skoda mechanic's are not able to figure it out.
            This brings a bad reputation to the company.

            I din't receive any update or follow up from SKODA India till now.
            My car has a rough start because of faulty injector. We always get oil filled from standard petrolpump.i will be greatful if the company replace my injectors at their cost .mode skoda rapid 2013

              Recently i have purchased skoda rapid-ambition, automatic model. The biggest problem is the side mirror & inside mirror are too small & the objects from behind are not properly seen. With in a week i missed three collisions. The side mirrors do not cover the full road. I tried to adjust the mirrors from various angles, but still not able to have full rear view.
              At the time of entering highways, or exiting the road, it becomes very difficult to judge the vehicles following.

              Secondly whenever the seat best is not fastened ideally car should alert regarding that, i think this is one of the very basic feature.

              Kindly suggest what can you do on this.

                I would like to express displeasure my experience at your skoda – hsr layout branch, near silk board junction, bangalore, india.

                When i visited, was introduced to mr. Jithin c jaison, team leader, (Ph:[protected] and asked to explain octavia, i am interested. I took a test drive octavia and on 21.2.2018. I gave the advance of rs.50, 000/- (Icici bearing no: 043159 dated 21.2.2018) they told to get financial assistance contact mr. Jaganath[protected] he is more helpful and explains in details, i gave all papers he verified and checked all documents.

                Next instant on 23.2.18, we went to the showroom, i liked skoda octavia, style, petrol, mt. I negotiated the price. Jithin and sales manager regi j (Ph:[protected] agreed to give the discount of rs.75, 000/- after some calculation, we were asked to give cheque in the name of tafe access limited for rs. 3, 69, 400/- so i gave icici cheque 043160 on 23.2.18.

                They confirmed me within a week or 10 days you will get white, skoda octavia, style, petrol, mt. We were happy and came back. Mr. Jaganath called and confirmed loan is approved. We enquired about the delivery with jithin, we were asked to give some time, later told us to talk to manager regi j, he told us some quality problem in the allotted vehicle!! Asked to wait they he is working with other branches.

                Later he confirmed that on 5.3.18, monday, we will confirm the order. After continuous follow up 5.3.18, to our surprise, i have asked to cancel the order!

                Following to be clarified:

                1. Why they took rs.50000/- 0n 21.2.18 and after confirmation they taken given order copy, dated enclosed herewith

                2. After confirmation, why i have to cancel the order?

                3. Why they approved loan?

                4.in the first instant why they took the order and confirmed the delivery of the vehicle

                5. Till date, there is no response, no proper reply from 21.2.18

                6. Is there any written confirmation from skoda? Or proper reply from your company?

                Can you please intervene and sort out this issue? Really, skoda want to be customer friendly or want to harass genuine customer? I am enclosing all the documents. Please call me for any clarification.

                      I bought this skoda rapid in 2012 (Diesel), i had been complaining about the battery getting drained from the begining, but the team is not able to rectify the same. Everytime i have to jump start the vechile (If not driven the car for 2 days).

                      Is there a solution??? Currently my car is in guindy industrial estate chennai show room, handled by advisor "ashok".

                        I got my superb accidental repaired at sidak skoda karnal now after paying 187000 rupees the light of my car is not being allingned proprerly and the focusses are varying and secondly my cars rear seat has also been torn by rats there and my car is running towards left side and the alighnment has been twice but they say there is a problem in the vehicle please help i live in dehradun and have visited karnal twice please look into the matter as this is my third skoda car

                          I own a 2014 skoda rapid ambition plus model. I got a letter from skoda regarding the software upgrade of car. I did the same in december 2017. After the upgrade, the engine is very noisy. The noise makes me feel like i am driving a lorry. I used to love driving my car and cruise in it. But after the upgrade, i hate driving my car. This is not the car i purchased by extending my budget.

                            sinse last 12 years i am using scoda car .First one is scoda fabia, scoda laura,

                            i am always satisfy with scoda car but from last 3 years i am very disturb
                            due to my scoda octavia car.
                            I am telling you my history what happened with me, first in 2015 my ac colling coil
                            is not working, go to service station they replaced cooling coil within 6 to 7 working
                            days free charge .
                            After that my car is always in technical problem.
                            Then change the battery 2 times in last 3.5 years. Then also again repeat problem
                            in ac cooling . Then they change air condit and drier insert with mo within 15 working days. After that there is esc error on my screen.
                            But i am not satisfy from technical person who handle the my car.
                            After that too much noise in my car then your technical team replace
                            the fly wheel 2 times . I am not understand why they replace new parts two times.
                            After that they said this noise is from water pump so they are changed what they guess problem in water pump.
                            I am surprising because they cant understand the problem of car noise from last 6 to 7 months every time they said problem is solved but problem is always as it is .They are trying to ignore the fault .
                            After they change clutch plate and pressure plate without any confirmation, i am paying amount 21223.00 on date[protected] for that problem and also they told me for early service i am also ready for that then they change break pad before 8 days also paying rs.17707.00 on date[protected]
                            after that my brother is coming from usa . I am giving this car with driver to my brother for some urgent work in surat on dt.[protected].
                            There is also some noise in car so we take the car to service station at surat.
                            Now they told that startor motor of my car is dameged.
                            And they have no parts which one is required in my car.
                            They give me time for 7 working days.
                            Now in surat i am helpless and my brother also suffering he will not attend the important meeting due to not helping from scoda service station and not arrange any
                            other car.
                            I am lost my pations so i am writing complain.
                            In ahmedabad torque service station security guard and gate keeper also know
                            about my car problem now they also open the door for my 8190 car without any entry.
                            I am always cooperate but now i understand that they cant solve manufacturing defect .
                            But from last 6 months my car is always in company service station for technical and manufacturing defect problem one by one .
                            Now i am totally mantaly depressed from torque automotive and their technical team due to my scoda octavia car manufacturing defect. They cant solve and they cant said about manujfacturing problem.
                            I am too much suffering and also paying money too much for maintanance.
                            Please check my car history and give me new car due to manufacturing problem
                            for the car no.Gj-27-aa-8190 scoda octavia.
                            Now i don’t wont to drive this car which have manufacturing fault and safety issue.

                              we have leaven the skoda rapid 2015 december model car for a engine oil changing and for break check up but your company not taken any proper care about it and a bolt is broken in wheel and now they have given the car to a private workshop and in their also they said they cant do anything, as a customer i am submit a complaint about this and please take quick action about it.

                                This is regarding my vehicle insurance claim was reject. We received insurance decline letter after five month.
                                Attachment is done, see what your insurance person is saying, that delayed by 12 days and no damage.
                                So you can check the job card date or gate entry date, there is no need that i should say the date and
                                He telling no damage then i think so skoda is not using good quality of product. It means that you are
                                Fooling the customer or you have give me the defective vehicle. Why i should bear, i want the solution on it.
                                Insurance company clearly mention bad product quality.

                                  I have purchased skoda rapid on 23/9/2015 from mahavir auto hyderabad and on 1/2/18 when i tried to start the vehicle it did not start. When called the roadside assistance the company mechanic came and told the the battery is failed and it has to replaced. I paid rs 8200/- for the same which is under 3 ys warranty.                                   I have octavia 3 2017 facelift l&k model. While buying i could see multi function steering wheel on displayed vehicle, which surely i got the same, but to my dismay i found that the switches displayed on steering were not functional, like, voice command and lane assist. When i asked dealership about this they said that as the vehicle displayed is not an l&k model but a lower one and i have booked l&k so no worries it will be functional and few things, like adaptive cruise control which i saw when i was shuffling owner's manual i presumed that all this is available on the model that i had selected for purchase. I got the vehicle and was after the dealership sales guy as the functions were not working. He told that he will contact skoda and get back to me, which he did, but with the answer which i was not expecting and ready to hear. All these functions are not available in india bound model. If so why is company displaying them on their vehicle and owner's manual. It is misleading and intentionally wrong. I am feeling cheated as i believe that i paid for all these functions as they were displayed on the vehicle. I need you to resolve my grievance.

                                    Hello concern,

                                    This complaint is regarding shocker leakage in right side front wheel of my car... Here oil leakage is found on my last service when the service partner from your team (Giriraj skoda gurgaon)... And they told me that new shocker is also not available here and also not manufactured from company, so do something for this issue as it has been 1.5 years of purchase and 50k running only. Model : skoda superb (Petrol, automatic variant)... I need urgent solution for this problem... Also car is under warranty stage.

                                      Hi, i bought skoda rapid on october 2015. It's just 27 months and i discovered that the battery was disclosed bad by the service center here at gurgaon. I was really surprised when told by the service engineer that the life of the battery for rapid diesel is just 2 or 2and a half year, which is not understood by me. I have taken extended warranty but they say battery is not covered. My car runs approx 50 kms on daily basis which clearly indicates the reason for the failure is not usage. I am really disappointed and have decided to buy it from outside so that the duration is justifiable. Need your help in getting this sorted out.
