Hi, my skoda rapid ambition 1.6 tdi, bought in jun 2012, recently had an issue of a blinking "emission and coil" indicator, in between a drive. When it was towed on a flat bed to the service station jmd auto (Bhandup), they diagnosed and the issue seems to be with fuel injectors. The service station has informed us that the cost of 1 such fuel injector as rs.23000/- and since it is outside our warranty, we may have to bear the cost. After i checked online, i found that there were many vehicles with the same problem, which definitely raises a question on the reliability of skoda rapid cars. This part should be recalled and replaced as this is a recurring issue faced by many skoda rapid owners.

I still haven't been contacted about this issue by Skoda India, The car has clocked just 39000 kms and has been serviced 1 month back at Skoda.

    Hi,

    I had taken my skoda rapid 2013 for wiper blade change at tafe access in sept 2017. They said they would be doing a software update and without my knowledge they did the emission correction. Post emission correction the vehicle power has reduced and within a span of 2 months have an egr failure. When contacted tafe they state the part will cost inr 43000 +. When checked across the net understand that the emission correction is causing failure to the egr and fuel injectors and this is seen globally.

    Firstly tafe access had updated the emission without my consent and now post the correction the components linked to it are failing. And i am forced to cough up a huge sum for and at the mercy of skoda and tafe access.

    If the company is considerate about its customer 's i would urge them to in and look into the issue.

      I booked my skoda rapid from ur dealership sidak automobile karnal, as per salesman promise agreement was framed with me with in buy back option of my car (Breeza) after all the paper work was done and my car was sold by ur sales person with an assurity of delivery of my car that is skoda rapid 21/12/2017. And on delivery date they denied tha delivery with some non practical excuse. Now the situation is i have no car for my official and personal use moreover ur salesperson is telling me the definate delivery date, look into this matter asap. Or otherwise i will lodge a legel complaint in the court against u my contact details [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

      My name is Himanshu Arora. I am from Jalandhar, India. I was interested in purchasing a Skoda Superb L&K and a Skoda Kodiaq. I inquired about the same from your Krishna Auto Sales dealership in Jalandhar, Punjab. On 10th November I went to check the car. I was interested in purchasing both petrol cars and asked for the test drive of the same but since the Superb petrol was not available and the Kodiaq came in Diesel variant only, I came back with the quotations of both. Then I asked them to show a petrol variant of the Superb, they didn't have the same so I went with them to a nearby city Amritsar to inspect the petrol one, as they didn't even have the brochure for the latest version. The same was finalized. It was decided to take delivery of Superb and then of Kodiaq. When it was the turn to negotiate on prices, I was handed with a new quotation of both. I was told that the initial quotation was wrongly given to me, which is inspite of the fact that it was verified by the sales guy Sh. Rupinder and the branch manager Sh. Manik. In the initial quotation both the insurance and the kit was given to me free of cost along with the waiver of the logistic charges. But with the new quotation they said that insurance will not be free. Then after many discussions with the MD and VP, who are very nice and down to earth people btw, the price of insurance was slashed to a much extent. So, the booking amount was transferred on 27th November of Rs. 1 lakhs, As soon as the UTR number of this amount was shared with Sh. Rupinder, I started getting calls from a person who claimed to be an employee of a bank. He said that Sh. Rupinder gave him my number and started giving me interest rates for loans. He kept on calling me multiple times everyday despite the fact that I told him very humbly that I will contact him myself if I needed any loan. Then in about the second week of December another Rs. 8 lakhs were transferred. Sh.Rupinder was also pressing me every now and then to clear the payment and then and only then they will arrange the car for PDI and not before. In the mid of December Sh. Rupinder called me and told me that if I do not deposit the remaining amount before evening then they will give that car in Amritsar to some doctor, I don't recall his name. I told him to do the same as the payment from my side will take another few days as our CA told us to go for Auto loan. Then I went out of city for professional and personal commitments. Sh. Rupinder and his loan guy kept on calling and messaging every now and then in the meanwhile. When I came back I inquired about this loan guy and I came to know that he is not from a bank but is running a loan agency. Sh. Rupinder recommended him and not Skoda/VW finance as he was getting monetary benefits from this guy. Anyways 2 days ago, Sh. Rupinder very rudely said that because of me they have lost 4 of their customers. I told him pretty clearly that I told him to deliver the car to the first person who came with the money as I will always get a new piece. Then he said that he has arranged an October make car for me and the same is reaching with a Rapid from the plant. The Rapid will be delivered in Chandigarh and the Superb will reach our city on Sunday. He told me to come for PDI on Monday and told me to deposit around 50-60% of the amount so that they can raise the invoice. The loan amount of 18 lakhs was released today. I confirmed him the same and he said that the car is in transit and will reach by tomorrow. I called him again in the afternoon to give him the UTR number of the amount but he didn't pick up. Then I called the manager Sh. Manik to inform about the UTR number. But he said that no car as such is coming from the plant and the information provided to me was once again wrong. Sh. Manik called Sh. Rupinder while I was on the phone and he admitted of providing wrong information. Now Sh. Rupinder is not picking up the phone. As you can clearly see I am getting harassed by the showroom, by the sales guy especially first about the quotation then breaching my privacy and sharing my number with some third party for his monetary benefit, then forcing me to deposit the money and then eventually about the delivery. This whole experience has been pathetic. I would have loved to join the Skoda family and be associated with you for years to come. But this whole episode has been just so poor that I guess I will stick to the good old Jap cars. Kindly refund me the money along with the bank's interest that will be charged by the bank immediately.

        I had given my skoda rapid for servicing at the sewri centre as the car refused to start. After the first service and a charge of inr 11000/-i got the car back and in 2 days itself the car refused to start again. They took the car for servicing again and said they need to replace the starter itself (Don't know why they didn't do that first). Now when they returned the car we did not drive it on the day of delivery and the next to day to our astonishment the car a/c refused to work. Now, let me be clear there were no a/c problems with the car whatsoever before this. The service centre collected the car again (For the 3rd time now) and then has the cheek to send us an estimate for inr 35000/- for a new ac assembly. I think this is an outright abuse of consumer rights. They know in a city like mumbai an ac is required which is why such audacity. I hope this gets taken up with skoda as we have not collected our car from them as yet.

          Got my skoda rapid software update from the showroom and since then my car has been giving problems the showroom did not entertain our complaints.
          but only after the software update did the car started giving jerks and started leaving smoke and the firing also changed and also started knocking after showing to a garage outside did they diagnosed that the cars injector has failed due to which all these problems have come I guess the showroom people have changed parts very poor service. in nashik showroom

            car key remote not working

            I have purchased skoda octivia, style plus in august 2017 from mahavir auto, hyderabad and since then one of the car key remote is not working.

            The car have been in & out workshop 3 times without any resolution. When asked to replace the as remote /car is warranty, service guys are not providing any resolutions. Every time they reply that they will check and revert.

            Also, they confirmed that their is nothing...

            In my skoda octavia elegance there is some strange noise occuring near the hazard indicator switch which was not able to rectify by the skoda service centre in s7 car salem and sga coimbatore. I got a cool answer from service advisor that the problem is very common in all the octavia. It sounds weird. No help from anyone. Customer service is too poor

              Hello sir,

              I am nikhil chikode. I had sent my car skoda laura mh12gr0629 for regular check up and servicing in viiraaj skoda baner pune.
              Since my last visit i have been facing grave issues with my car which i had never faced previously.
              I doubt that your service team and advisor has conducted some malicious activity on the car i own.
              His behaviour is very rude and indifferent towards my request.

              Kindly lookinto this matter with priority, this is not acceptable behavior and treatment for your brand name

                Hi team

                I am one of the proud owners of skoda rapid. I have been giving my car for regular services to the dealers here in kerala. So everything was going fine until one fine day my car met with an accident and was carried to one of your new service centre in cochin (Manikandan skoda). I gave the car on 14th feb 2017 and i got it back on or after 4 or 5 months, which i don't think is acceptable at all. I have requested for a spare vehicle at this time for my use and they have denied my request every time.

                After the service and all the major work was done i got a call from the service centre, informing me that my vehicle was ready for delivery. I went to the service centre to get the vehicle. The first thing i notice on the car was a big crack on the rear tyre which your technicians have not seen (This is happening after i was charged for wheel balancing and alignment) i was really not sure what your guys might have done while doing the above mentioned process and this was also supervised by one of your service centre manager. Upon on checking further i notice two other wheels also with cracks. When i informed the same to the manager he told me that he could replace two for me by claiming insurance, but the third one has to be paid. Agreeing to that i further went on for checking the condition of the vehicle, i was informed that the steering column would be replaced because of the damage and i drove the vehicle for a test drive the same rattling noise was still there on checking the bill the informed that it was not replaced and if i want it to be replaced i will have to wait again for another week.

                Similarly there are lots of more complaints that have after the vehicle was delivered to me, for which i don't have the patience to sit and type. My vehicle is ready for the next service and i am really not sure if i have to give to them or give it to some third party multi brand service company. Seriously i have lost the trust in them (Manikandan) the quality of the work that these guys provide is very pathetic. Customers are paying so much to enjoy the comfort of your vehicle and this is what we get after a service. I am really not sure what action would you take, but as a customer i would like to see some changes when i visit manikandan for my next service.

                  Dear skoda customer service manager,

                  Our car, skoda superb - mh-43-aj-2651 was sent to jmd kandivali for regular servicing on 6th of november 2017,

                  Work to be done:
                  1. General servicing
                  2. Exhaust filter light
                  3. Fuel cover lid was getting stuck sometimes
                  4. Coolant to be drained & replaced
                  5. Abs, esp &tyre pressure indication comes on simultaneously intermittently & then all indications disappear for many days, pointing to some loose connection in wiring. Asked them to check & tighten the wiring connection.
                  6. (Heads up display) hud wire to be put from behind the dashboard

                  When the car was returned back to us after 3 days & paying repairing charges of rs. 23, 000/-, we observed
                  1. Petrol in car was 15 to 20 liters less (Other than that used in commute), as observed on gauge & also by the average given by car.
                  2. The obd2 port (Where scanner is connected) was completely hanging down with all wires exposed.
                  3. No servicing or repairing was done of the fuel cover lid
                  4. Coolant was not drained & changed
                  5. Nothing was done regarding the loose connection of abs/esp/tyre pressure simultaneous indication which comes intermittently
                  6. The hud had been dismantled & put in the dashboard compartment in parts. When we tried to reconnect the hud, it was not functioning at all, as it had been tampered with & damaged.
                  7. The invoice was made in some other name & has not been corrected till date after 1 month also, even after informing regarding the same to mr. Hari, sachin & mahesh at the time of servicing of car before payment was made & also multiple times after that also.

                  Brought all these points to the notice of mr. Hari, whom we had to call up for multiple days till he sent a technician to our office, who fitted the obd2 connector back in place with confirmation that he will send his accessory person on next day to check the hud. No person came to check the hud even after multiple confirmations by hari & sachin. Then we complained to their head - mahesh, who insisted that the car will again need to be sent to their workshop to check the hud display. When car was sent, we were rudely informed by mahesh that these external accessories (Hud) were not their responsibility & they are not going to bother with same.
                  If their policy was such, they could have informed same 1 month back also, so we did not need to go through so much anguish to call them up every day for 1 month & then again waste more than rs. 2, 000/- in petrol to resend the car to their workshop in kandivali from juhu. Why???

                  We would like to put up a strong complain against the dealership of jmd-skoda-kandivali for doing the most shoddy job in servicing & damaging the obd2 port as well as damaging our external accessories installed & then shirking off their responsibility with no concern to customers.

                  Kindly take immediate action against the jmd dealership to get this sorted out as other potential skoda customers will also be very concerned if this kind of irresponsible behavior is allowed to continue on behalf of such a prestigious car company.

                  Awaiting immediate reply, before we have the need to go through social networking sites to get results.

                    Thank you very much for the mail.
                    I would like to summarise certain facts about my vehicle mh 12 rr 1345.
                    1) my car, while driving on the road, and waiting at the signal, suddenly stopped and engine seized on 20th nov. - late evening around 20.30 on vishrantwadi-airport road.
                    2). After many failed efforts to contact customer care/ road side assistance, i could contact mr nirakar pal from shivajinagar (Pune) service station, where i had my car serviced about 2 months back. I also explained him that while starting the vehicle, the firing was different and while idling on the way, the engine was giving jerks / was giving different noise and eventually it stopped.
                    3) mr nirakar arranged for road side assistance and custody at 9.30 p. M. (File no. 538948) and the vehicle was to be taken to the nearest service station i. E. Shivajinagar pune.
                    4) surprisingly i received a mail on 21st nov 17 confirming my booking for service at baner service station - which is a lie - since it was not a service booking and without any information why the vehicle was sent directly to baner and not at shivajinagar - till date i have no explanation for the same.
                    5) i tried to speak to mr. Mahendra from the dealer - our sales person - explained him the situation and asked to find out the facts. He promised and next day simply said that
                    Someone from baner service station would contact.
                    5) on 22nd i received your mail - which says that the cr system needs replacement and the reason is fuel adulteration and the cost estimate is rs. 211745.00.. Which is un imaginable - and would not be covered in warranty as its not a manufacturing defect.
                    6) i visited your workshop on 27th nov and discussed and tried to understand the analysis - which was confirmed that there is no fuel testing done and the conclusion is only on visual basis - fuel in a bottle.
                    7) i also asked about the warranty of the fuel pump - the so called rusted valve is a part of it - which was confirmed as 2 years by the sub-supplier.
                    8) i tried to find out about any other reason for the complaint of jerks in engine - as above and the common reason is lack of / in sufficient oil in the engine - and asked what is the guarantee that the oil was changed / replaced / correctly during servicing and the answer was not clear and i was told that unless the pump / valve is replaced, no further investigation can be done.
                    9) since i said that i would rather return the car and need my money back, and not pay a single rupee - as the vehicle has done around 19000 km only in 10 months and has to be covered under warranty fully.
                    10) after that we received your above referred mail on 28th nov reducing the amount to 17508/- (I really do not know how you arrived at this amount and why should i pay at all)
                    11) on research we found many such / similar complaints (Some samples of which as enclosed for your info.) during 2017 as well as before.
                    12.) it is therefore, established that the fuel system fault and failure is a known defect to the company and therefore on receiving complaint like this the same modus operandi is used - refuse warranty claim on the ground of fuel contamination - give huge estimate - reduce as special discount or goodwill and make the customer pay around 30000 /-
                    13) not to do anything to the vehicle and delay to such an extent that the customer loses patience and agrees to pay.
                    14) it is very clear that i was sold a defective vehicle and now the company service is refusing to accept and correct the defect and instead trying to refuse the warranty.

                    I therefore request to discuss / escalate the matter to your higher authority and replace the part under warranty.
                    I also want to put my claim for the replacement of vehicle as the defect is / was known to the company.

                    It is more than 3 weeks already and my request is a quick response and action on the same.

                      The said car has been sent to your dealerships in moti nagar i. E. Farenhite / aryaveer motors on various occasions starting from 2013, unfortunately for the same issue repeatedly. Below is the detailed narration of all the episodes :

                      The issue started with the mechatronics failure in 2013 which was changed under warranty by your dealership. Post this the car was principally running fine and was being timely serviced by farenhite auto on regular / scheduled intervals. Records for the same must be available in your database. Unfortunately again in sept 2017, the same problem with the mechatronics cropped up and the dsg box refused to function resulting the car to be nothing more than a piece of junk. Now again the car was bought to your dealership aryaveer motors - moti nagar. After many hassles / follow ups / requests / heated arguments with the dealership and yourselves, we fortunately this time again got the issue resolved under warranty.

                      However, as if the misery of going through mecatronic failure wasn't enough, we were given the delivery of the vehicle with a faulty ac, dents on the car & a broken glass holder. Simply can't understand how this could happen in a car that has been parked at the dealership without a gearbox!!! However time and again, we fought with the dealership, by now we had enough experience of the doing the same, unfortunately post many arguments / fights we only managed to get ac functioning properly, took delivery and assumed to drive the car happily after.

                      Now again post driving the car for only 90 kms in 2 months of the above episode, the car again has become a piece of junk with the dsg gearbox not responding and this time with an additional light of esp blinking!! Post evaluating the same at your dealership aryaveer motors, they have this time come up with a new technical term for mecatronics failure and named it "gateway issue".

                      I am sure the above mail has explained the entire scenario and by now you must have gauged our level of misery / inconvenience we have faced because of this car / dealership. I request you to kindly look into this matter and let us know how to take the same ahead. I surely wouldn't bare any cost pertaining to the gear box / esp / mecatronics / gateway etc... This part has been faulty since the beginning itself and surely the dealer has been careless / negligent in repairing it in sept 2017, hence this new problem has cropped up with the gearbox.

                      I could have written and detailed my misery to haymarket / team bhp / automotive india and let the world know what we have been going through, but i have full faith and trust in skoda india, hence writing to you first to evaluate and help resolve our misery.

                        It's a dream for any medium family to buy a luxury car and i did buy a skoda rapid in 2013, with a hope that since it has the european technology it will never give up on any issue. But, the company has failed to deliver...

                        My family with two very young children was travelling late at night from moradabad to lucknow and all of a sudden the fuel injectors failed to work (At 3:00 am), we had to get them repaired anyhow (By paying huge amount of money) to get back home safely. This has happened twice in a span of 2.5 years. Although, the company has a 4 year engine warranty and my car is not 4 years old, so do we get back the new engine under their highly publicized warranty scheme or do we regret buying this brand...

                          Bought the car in the year 2015 end feb.
                          Second incident of fuel injector in 2 years
                          Second incident date 10.12.2017

                          Post switching off the engine still the fan noise continues for few minutes to which i was informed that happens in skoda.in the year 2016 i was driving from chennai to pattukkottai enroute almost closer to my home town first time got the glow plug warning sign. On contacting skoda assist i was informed not to drive and vehicle need to be towed in flat bed truck. I was informed from service center there is problem in the 4th fuel injector and needs replacement. Reason was informed to me that it could be due to poor fuel. We are having 4 cars in our family unfortunate only rapid gets into fuel injector issues whereas all our cars are fixed with limited number of fuel stations and fill only in 4 different cities with selected fuel stations although only skoda rapid fell into this trouble. Post replacement of injector, vehicle was running good. Exactly in a year time again caught with the same issue. This time is worst that while i travel with my mother who underwent surgery and returning home post treatments stuck in the middle of the journey. This time it put me really down how reliably i can travel with skoda rapid which is having tagline "simply smart". Skoda road side assistance was keen on getting payment but not to help. Bajaj alliance made nice arrangements but took more than 3hours further continue journey with my mother. Thanks to bajaj alliance to made us safely reach home although it was past midnight. Next day received call from service center stating on diagnosis found fuel injector issue. Within the warranty and extended warranty i receive this problem twice.

                          Now my concerns are:
                          1. Post fixing this issue what is the assurance it'll not repeat again. First time issue i was given assurance that if good fuel quality then such problem will not occur. Since then i am more cautious for the skoda rapid to fill fuel only in selected bp stations. And certainly i cant doubt fuel quality. Since our totoya altis, honda amaze, merc. Benz are all fueled from the same stations.

                          2. If it repeats again by the time my car may be out of warranty, again skoda will rip me with the charges?

                          3.in what trust i can drive longer distance and night journey with skoda rapid?

                          4. Just driving for about 27000 kms i get into such issues repeatedly, how confident i can continue with skoda product

                          5. Always i amdired skoda rapid for safety and security as well the designs. But today it makes me worried choosing this car against my family wish, that skoda after sale is not at all good.

                          Whether to keep trusting and driving safe and secure with skoda rapid and further to drive skoda cars in the future are all depends on how skoda takes my issue in hands to provide a reliable service and compensate or alert families and relatives about skoda is in the hands of skoda only.

                          Following to the complaint and Service Request Second time one of the fuel injector was changed. But Within another 3 months another injector has gone. Despite requesting and pleading to change all the injectors at once it was not paid attention. Everytime Skoda wants us to strangled in the road and NOT to reliably trust having a travel mode with SKODA it seems. After the query from Skoda India on my Contact Details, Dealer Details no one called but marked as Resolved. As of this time 3rd injector also failed. And all the failed injectors were came originally in the car.

                            Please let me know what solution you have received. I am facing the same problem and bought top model skoda rapid style plus at in march 2016. I also got to know that battery has worn out in just 18 months. Skoda is asking to pay for it as battery is not covered under warranty.
                            I can't understand at the time of sale no one clarify that warranty for battery is just 1year.

                              Hello,

                              I'm writing the email to let you guys know that i own an octavia skoda rider and i live in hyderabad. I've been giving my skoda at the mahavir skoda service center, secunderabad, hyderabad since 2014 and till date i've received no satisfaction. Whichever representative i spoke to, junior or senior never responded properly and were utterly rude to me. This whole week my car was at the servicing center (December 4 - 9, 2017), however after paying rs. 21, 000 which is my month's salary has gone into drain. When the car left showroom, after 3 kms my car got shut down and i was rudely told by the representative that nothing can be done, diagnose it somewhere else. Your representatives need a serious training on how to treat customers properly and doing the right things for the customers.

                              Please look into this with utmost seriousness as it looks like a complete scam.

                              Whenever, i gave my car for servicing, i was told that this part or some other part has to be replaced and it cannot be repaired at all. The cost of the part is highly expensive!!!

                              Requesting your intervention on this matter and i want my car to be thoroughly checked.

                                Hi,

                                This is to bring to your attention, my experience at your service center located at kandivali west.

                                My car skoda laura - 2009 had problems with oil mixing in the coolant box, hence i took the car at service center, i explained about the service and option which i had done on this car. I left the car for servicing at your service center. After servicing was done, i went to collect my car from service center.

                                1. Car boo-nut stand bend and notch completely broken.

                                2. When i took my car and started to test for the work they had done, i found and discovered that problem was not solved and still there was leakage of water from coolant box.

                                3. Then the engineer started to check and got the problem rectified.

                                On testing the car for 4 days the problem again started. When i came back to the service center, i am asked to spent again more money to resolve the problem and that also without any proper resolution.

                                This is really bad experience
                                1. I had paid rs.20000 and today i have not received any value for my money, where my vehicle problem remains the same.

                                2. At skoda service center i am told that i have to to get some other service done like head gas ket and i will have to spent more money again.

                                This is really frustration and irritation, after spending rupees 20000, problem still remains the same and i am still told to pay more without 100% resolution. I am feeling like hanging my self to death, because i cannot tolerate this non sense.

                                  I am writing this email after being tired of contacting the tafe access dealership multiple times on phone and emails. I have serious concerns with defective car delivery, false promises, and errors in rc and insurance copies, etc. The below is the email that i had sent after numerous calls to the dealership.

                                  The below is the email that i had sent on 27 november, 2017. I have sent another email now copying the customer care email address. It is early hours and i couldn't sleep with the kind of service that i received from the dealership.

                                  Hello russel,

                                  After our phone conversation on november 6, 2017, november 24, 2017 and today (November 27, 2017), i am writing all my concerns as you had requested this afternoon. I hope you would correct all of my concerns quickly.

                                  For your reference, the executives involved in selling the car to me are:
                                  The sales executive: mr. Naveen
                                  The sales lead: mr. Deepak

                                  Vehicle registration number: ka 01 mq 7022

                                  Issue 1) the power windows are not working as they are supposed to:

                                  The power windows did not work at the time of delivery. Mr. Naveen and the technical guy adjusted the windows to open & close at that time and they told the anti-pinch will be adjusted after using for 2-3 days which is not the case till now (Approximately a month now). As per our conversation on november 6, 2017, you had promised to send a technician to my residence within 5 days but no one turned up till now. Please correct the issue asap.

                                  Issue 2) my name was wrongly spelled on rc and insurance copies even after i provided the supporting documents (Pan card, aadhaar, and dl copies) and which i have been following up with naveen and deepak. They said that will be taken care but i am not sure about the seriousness. The insurance person from tata aig told that he will take care for the insurance copy within 24 hours. Please correct the rc part from your end.

                                  I am attaching my dl copy once again for your reference.

                                  Issue 3) the pms package starting date is october 15, 2017 while the vehicle registration date was october 27, 2017 and i had taken delivery on october 30, 2017. Though i am not worried much about this issue, please correct it if possible.

                                  Issue 4) there was a promise that a car cover will be given to me within 5 days from the date of delivery. Mr. Naveen told that he will need to complete an approval process and as it was month-end (October 30, 2017), he told he will handover all the required documents at my residence. I did not see him till today and the documents which i received are only invoice copy, car manual, and the pms package (Thru courier).

                                  Issue 5) i also reported to mr. Naveen and mr. Deepak that there is a lag in 1st and reverse gears.

                                  The problem is that i have been asked to explain the issues everytime i call which indicates there is seriousness or attention paid towards the problems reported by me.

                                  As all these issues arised at the time of the delivery, i am expecting a resolution for all these after sales concerns.

                                  If issues arise in future, i will definitely visit the service center instead of the sales team.

                                    Dear sir am one customer of skoda car and misguided by one showroom at bhubaneswar who is dealing with skoda cars in odisha named mahavir auto diagnostics pvt ltd for which i pray in front court of law in my province area and received kind order by the honorable court and sent the same order/instruction to the showroom but they are not responding till date. This for your kind information that 1st order has been issued on the month of march 2016, again one more court of contempt order also issued in 24.11.2017 after not responding by the skoda dealer in my area at bhubaneswar, odisha of 1st order, this is to inform you that i dont know whether the skoda india is aware of the order by the respective dealers or not.

                                      I have purchased skoda rapid 1.6 tdi elegance in july 2012 which clocked 32000 km only.
                                      Suddenly a sign on dash was blinking & then car was jerking, so i towed it to service centre in kolhapur.
                                      After inspection they said that one (No. 4) fuel injector is failed & it much be replace, cost is rs. 23000. I have replaced it.
                                      But my question is how the part like fuel injector is failed in more 32000 kms.
                                      It should be skoda 's responsibility to replace fautly party free of cost.
