This is really a pathetic service from mahavir auto.!!
I have been waiting that someone will check and call me on the complaint that i’ve raised over phone to the sales guy and also the crm, till now there is no response.
I’ve asked for itemised billing on the amount that has been taken from me and also on the loan amount that i’ve got.
How much is that i’ve paid and how much is the cost of the car, i’m yet sure i’m supposed to get some balance amount apart from the exchange bonus that i’m yet to get which was promised within 15days, till now i don’t know to whom the car was sold and not sure if the rc has been changed etc.,
2 issues there - 1. Itemised bill ag what i’ve paid and 2. My exchange bonus that i’m yet to get

Apart from this, not sure why the insurance detail was also not shared with me, there are 2 insurance schemes and was not even explained but mahavir had chosen by its choice. There is a diff in the amount charged ag what was there in the price list
I was asked to pay additional tax at rta office of some 32k, but i was informed i might be charged only 2.3k or max by 5k, i’m surprised how and why are these wrong and false commitments given to me. Between why am i supposed to pay and what is the total amount of 15.42+ lacs that i’ve paid, does that not costed my full tax, when the same was collected, why do i have to pay from my pocket, isn’t this monies coming to me??
I was given some corporate discount and service package discount of rs. 20k + rs. 15k of corporate discount, where is all that money when i’ve paid total 15.42lacs includes premium insurance and others...
Mahavir is yet to teturn me more than what was returned of some 35k.
This needs to be addressed immediately and swift and fast, if i don’t hear from you, will put this in social media and also to skoda india without fail.

My rating to the company in written is 0 truly and absolutely 0. I’m giving it in writing it deserves 0 just because of few people, per say skoda and the vehicle i don’t have any regrets.

I’m yet to get my belongings of my sold/exchanged car, my exchange bonus amount and also the itemised bill and the additional money that was not refunded yet, except 35, 515 which was already paid.

    Skoda india - pathetic warranty service

    I have skoda rapid ambition plus 1.6 tdi mt 2014 model, it ran for 17.4k kms in 3 years and all of sudden got breakdown without any alarm, warning or performance issue, towed car to skoda service center, after inspection they told that clutch plate, pressure plate, release bearing and fly wheel got damaged and has to be replaced.

    My car was under warranty but skoda service center told me that these parts are wear & tear parts and not covered under warranty, after having long discussion they told that (Clutch plate, pressure plate, release bearing can not be covered under warranty) but fly wheel will be covered and they need 2 days to get it aproved from warranty team, i waited for two days then skoda service center updated me that they got the reply from warranty team that fly wheel is not having any manufacturing defects and it got damaged because of cluch kit got damaged and improper driving.

    In extended warranty document it was clearly mentioned that clutch disc and clutch kit can't be covered under warranty but no where it was mentioned that even fly wheel will not be covered.

    I have asked skoda service center and skoda customer care to justify the reasons given by them with warranty coverage clauses, also the reply they got from warranty team but they said that its internal to them and they can't share it with customer and they are not ready to help me with the warranty coverage and keeps on repeating the same thing again and again that "fly wheel got damaged because of clutch kit damaged and improper driving" so they can't cover fly wheel under warranty.

    For running car only for 17.4k if parts like fly wheel (Cost approx 25k) will be damaged and will not be covered by skoda because of reasons which is no where as per the clause mentioned in extended warranty document is really pathetic.

    Finally, i have lost my hope to get the fly wheel coverage under warranty and getting it repaired with my own expenses, i am deeply re-grating for buying car from reputed brand like "

      Hi, this is pertaining to our skoda rapid vehicle with registration no mh 02 dg 7333, which is now lying with skoda jmd since june 19, 2017.
      We seriously apprehend the ethics, work culture and proficiency of the skoda workshops esp in mumbai esp the ones where we have given our car.
      There are many deficiency in services, we've been charged but the service/ product not provided. The service officials will keep you hanging but when they feel like they believe you have to be available at their disposal. The follow up are pathetic and also this time i've been given an estimate of around inr 1.5 lakh for a car which wasn't even four years old for problems that i have been complaining about since the delivery of the car and since more than three years the workshops have been saying it's fine and now i'm getting a huge estimate for it besides they also estimate me for in warranty parts which is explained to me by the service advisor who apparently had the history of our car but when i pointed to him that some parts are under warranty, he initially got baffled and told me that the technician might have over sighted it but when i pointed out that he has the history and that he is the one explaining all part charges to me he claimed that as per skoda policies if i don't replace the other parts as mentioned in the estimate thorough them i wouldn't get replacement of skoda warranty parts to which i seek clarity and explanation but to date have not received any. On some pretext or the other they have not been giving to us the skoda india and skoda parent company details and instead one ms. Archana keeps promising an illusive call from their manager at jmd all of which has not happened in months. This is disgusting, distasteful, horrible and anti consumer rights behavior apart from being fraudulent, cheating, breach of trust to say the least.
      We want to know is this skoda and skoda india's consumer policy and do they appreciate and acknowledge all of this.
      We are very apprehensive of the mischief meted out to our car. Also upon the estimate when we requested for a thorough investigation by skoda and skoda india for which also we have been seeking the relevant details but not received yet.
      After time passing they said they will charge is in excess of about inr 15, 000 for the photos to deter our sincere efforts to reach the depth of the matter since they were rendering us helpless.
      Now we're very apprehensive of taking the car back after all of this and seek immediate skoda and skoda india intervention and investigation. Will produce and rely upon the various email trails as and when required.

        I have a 2014 rapid elegance black edition. 3 months back software was updated based on the letter that i received from skoda. Engine noise has become very high and the car has become sluggish after that. I have informed this many times to the dealership and as per them if it runs 2k to 3k kms all will be fine.
        Even after covering the said distance, my issue still remains same. I would not have purchased this car if this was so noisy and sluggish. So please give me a solution immediately.

          This is regarding my 1 year old skoda rapid. 10 days back it was stopped while driving and had to be towed to the service station. I was being told that due to faluty diesel the fuel injector is rusted and i need to spend 2.5lks inr for it. Later they agreed to cover the expenses under the goodwill gesture and i have to pay 30, 000 inr for it.

          I fail to understand that why should i pay a single penny towards something where i have no control on. I can only make sure that i fill fuel from authorised fuel pumps, beyond this there is no other way that i can check the quality of fuel.

          Kndly help me in resolving the issue

            Dear sir/madam,

            This mail is with reference to the trail mail and ended below.

            Thank you so much for considering the major part of the expenses towards servicing my car and cover it under your goodwill gesture.

            As mentioned by your executive, this breakdown has happened due to contaminated fuel. I have always filled fuel from approved fuel pumps which are located in the city limits. There is no other way that i can keep a check on the quality of the fuel beyond filling it from the quality approved pumps. This is my 3rd car in last 10years and i have another car which my spouse drives and we fill fuel from the same pumps, but we have never ever faced this problem.

            My car went for servicing a month back and there were no intimation given to me regarding this issue, where as your executives mentioned that this has not happened overnight rather has happened over a period of time.

            It makes no sense for me to spend even a single penny towards something where i have not committed any mistake. The estimate given is around 30, 000 inr, which is a big sum of money and i can't pay it for an issue where i have no involvement.

            I would request you to consider this and cover entire expense under the goodwill gesture.

                I own a skoda rapid since 2016. I bought it with a three years extended warranty. Today my car wasn't starting. Looks like battery has worn out.

                Isn't it too early for a skoda battery to worn out. Given the fact that it has been just 1.5 years...?

                I want to know that skoda cover battery in the warranty or not..?

                If battery covers under warranty then good, please let me know the process to replace that and if it is not cover under warranty then what kind of battery they are giving to customer with the brand new car...?

                  Hi, this is doctor shivakumar, intially proud customer of skoda rapid car. But now i repent for buying the vehicle. Within 1 1/2 year there is problem with battery ingine and key. Is this international branded car?. I have used maruti and ford cars previously, where there was no trouble for minimum 5 years with ingine, battery and key. And you claim that skoda cars are international branded. Iam very upset with your car performance.

                    Had visited the jai auto service centre on 11/09/2017. Couldn't get my car serviced and repaired due to un availability of parts. Since then my booking is getting cancelled or postponed till today by them with only excuse of no parts available for my car and also once they said no space to keep my car.
                    Please do look in to the matter because i am not the only one who is suffering.

                      The mail is regarding issues faced with my skoda rapid bearing chasis no. Tmbbvbnaxhg102125 and registration number : gj 01 ry 0378 bought from m/s torque automotive, ahmedabad on 30/3/2017.

                      After a week of my purchase of the vehicle, i did the complaint about initial turbo lag in the car and i was assured by the dealer that it was nothing sort of any issue and it is the same in all cars, but to my surprise i did not feel the same in the demo car or any other skoda rapid that i drove.

                      So i again sent the vehicle to dealer for check up and meanwhile some noise started which the dealer said was because of fly wheel and the part was not available with the dealer in stock.
                      So after 15 days of follow ups and no response from the dealer side, i registered a complaint on the toll free number on 20th august 2017.

                      After which the company said that the part will be available in 15 working days, and i can drive the car till the time they get the part and it won’t do any further damage.
                      This was told me while i demanded for a loaner car and also they told me that the dealer’s loaner car was under repair. (Wow..!)

                      After 15 days, when i again sent the car, it was after two days that the dealer informed me that the part wont be replaced by skoda under warranty and they will have to do the same under insurance, and then the insurance company denied to do the same under insurance. Please note i have taken insurance policy from torque automotive, in spite of getting better rates for the same insurance, to get a hassle free service experience, but to my surprise nothing helps out when you are stuck up with a poor customer experience and no response service from a dealer of a reputed company.

                      Now the dealer is asking me to get it done on chargeable basis, which doesn’t seem quite viable to me as i was given the vehicle with some company manufacturing defect and the same is now not being covered by company, though my car is just 6 months old and drove not more the 5500 kms. Also the dealership is some 35 kms from my home, so i have to drive 70 kms just to get a not satisfying response and poor customer service along with zero management.

                      I was planning to buy skoda octavia, as i liked the new version, but looking at the service from the dealer, seems i will have to sell out rapid, as i was advised while buying rapid to buy vento or some other car but not skoda.

                      Now, a day back, i got a call from the dealership asking me to get it done on paid basis as it was the last part left (Last piece) and i will get the vehicle not before i month if i don’t get it done now as the part won’t be available then.

                      Now this seems to be the last option to me if skoda india helps me out with the issue i am facing, or else i will have to approach the consumer care forum.

                      We do not expect this kind of service from a reputed brand like skoda, already knowing that its lagging far behind other companies in terms of after sales service.

I was wondering when it i'll happen next as it happened at a very crucial time. As v had just started our family vocation... Did u all guys get free replacement or not?                           Hi all,

                          Please take action asap. For your immediate reference raised this complaint already in customer care under complaint no: spl193106 around 10 days back but still no action taken on this.

                          I would like to update that i am had been a loyal customer of skoda from last 9 years and have been driving skoda fabia [ reg. No : dl4cna3094 ] which i regularly get serviced from an authorized skoda service center. Since last two years i have been getting my vehicle serviced from nawab motors pvt ltd, noida – india [an authorized skoda service center]. I got my vehicle serviced last time on 27th may 2017, where no where i was been informed by the service advisor for the change of timing belt (For reference the 27th may 2017 service advise statements could be checked/referred which is well archived online with the skoda online portal). I had requested them to check everything and as per their diagnosis they found it ok on 27th may 2017.

                          As a loyal and regular customer when i approach an authorized service center of such a prestigious brand like skoda, not just me but anyone would blindly trust on rely on their advises as per their reputation in market. But now i believe it is no more true and agencies like nawab motors pvt ltd are purely after ruining the reputation and image of the skoda as a brand.

                          As per skoda india statement : “timing belt is mandatory to be changed”, but as per nawab motors pvt ltd: “we cannot remind the customer every time and sometimes we do miss on this”….. Seriously??? Is that the professional service i would now expect from skoda service centers???

                          So this is a clear indication of negligence service provided by nawab motors pvt ltd, noida – india and they have to bear all consequences of this, as i will not take any action item on me, as i already gone through life risk of my family and mine, which somehow we survived by god’s grace, though due to the breakage of timing belt, the break got failed and the steering got really hard to turn with immediate effect, that too we were on an highway with a speed around 80 kms/hr.

                          Putting below some questions to be answered along with some additional points:

                          1. If some mishappening or accident would had happened, then who was the responsible for that, as i was travelling with my family and was on highway?
                          2. My family and me were put into life risk, which could had caused a serious consequences (As brakes failed and steering wheel almost locked), if this would had happened on little more high speed or some other vehicle would have applied instant breaks.
                          3. Why wasn’t i got an advise for timing belt to be changed and make me aware of the consequences related to it, when i specifically go to an authorized skoda services center expecting a professional and trustful service to be provided, spending huge amounts every time which is fairly way high from any other local service provider.
                          4. Timing belt broke in running, the engine gets jammed and there was the possibility of accident.
                          5. On 27th-may-2017, i received my car with the paid service done, all service related works done but at no point i was advised for the change of timing belt. Why?? (For evidence the records of nawab motors pvt ltd could be referred).
                          6. Why is still no action been taken on my complaint even though i had raised the complaint with the telephonic customer care under the complaint number: spl193106 almost 10 days back???

                          This is the case of very irresponsible and negligence service being provided by skoda nawab motors pvt ltd, noida – india. As a customer spending such huge amounts on getting my car [ reg. No : dl4cna3094 ] serviced, i don’t get a proper timely advice/ service and moreover i get to risk life of my family members and myself, then as a customer, i am very sad to say this but i totally lose my trust and belief on skoda as an outstanding brand which believes in quality cars and services.

                          I hope you understand that how much of risk of life and problems my family and myself went through. It's totally inappropriate, irresponsible and negligence act and behavior done by nawab motors pvt ltd, noida – india. If they would had checked and timely informed/advised for my timing belt change in the last servicing done, then all this would have not taken place.

                          Kindly take an immediate and impactful action in resolving all of my complaint/issues as soon as possible.

                          I hope you will understand as this kind of services given by skoda nawab motors pvt ltd, noida – india seriously brings down the name of renowned skoda.

                          Note : i would not bear any charges in resolving my car's issue and infact would like to know how skoda is going to compensate for their negligence/ mistakes and for risking the life of my family and me.

                            My Skoda Rapid 1.6 TDI Elegance is now facing fuel injector issues for the third time. Purchased in December 2011 and been fully serviced only with Skoda authorised dealers till now. The issue first occurred by a sudden drop in the power and a warning on the dashboard through Engine management light. The car was then taken to the nearest Skoda service station first time in Thrissur and the second time in Cochin Skoda service center for inspection. After the diagnosis the issue seems to be with failed Fuel Injectors. The service station informed us that the cost of 1 fuel injector was around Rs.28000/- and since it is outside the warranty we had to bear the cost. For the first instance we replaced the injector immediately and the service centre advised no issues with the remaining injectors. After 4 months or so of first replacement the second one failed during a trip. The car was then taken to the service centre in Cochin and after diagnosis the issue seems to be the failure of second injector. This was again replaced under our cost and full engine was diagnosed to verify any further issues. The service centre again confirmed no issues on remaining injectors. Now the car have failed its third injector while overtaking. The sudden loss in power during the overtake has now become a potential health and safety concern to me.
                            I purchased this car for my father based on Skoda’s reputation and Volkswagen engineering behind it. Unfortunately this is now lost within our family. I have checked few threads online and found lots of similar complaints registered in relation to fuel injectors failure for the car mainly produced during period[protected], which definitely raises a question on the design and manufacture of injectors used in above series. I also understand that this is the period where Skoda introduced Rapid with VW’s most popular TDI engine from Europe to India. Is this a design failure due to no adequate home check? Is it a wrong type of injector for our country? Why is the issue not addressed properly?

                            The cost of replacing 4 injector has now ran into 1.2 lack which is 15% of the original car price. We were thinking to upgrade the car to Superb few months back but unfortunately this has put us thinking twice before purchasing any Skoda or VW vehicle.

                            Highly disappointed with the after sales customer care. logged a complained through website and no response no calls.

                              I would like to update as per (Viiraaj Skoda Baner, Pune) had replied stating that "I requested them to check Timing Belt and as per their diagnosis they found it OK, which is totally illogical.

                              The timing belt can not be broken in any case like this, as it was changed on 90000 KM as per schedule and car is only 111198 KM, driven till now, So there no possibility of breaking of it in 20000 KM
                              As per Skoda India statement : If we are changing the Water Pump of car, then it is always mandatory to change the Timing Belt too, still Viiraaj Skoda did not change it.

                              So this is a clear indication of Negligence Service provided by Viiraaj Skoda and they have to bear all consequences of this, as I will not take any action item on me, as I already gone through life risk of my family and mine, which some how we survived because this incident did not happened in high speed or on 4 Lane highway or on Mountains roads which might had caused serious injuries to my family.

                              Putting below some questions to be answered along with some additional points.

                              1. If some mishappening or accident would had happened, then who was the responsible for that, as I was travelling with my family and was on highway ?
                              2. My family and me was put into Life risk, which could had caused a serious consequences if this would had happened on 4 Lane Highway or Mountain Roads.
                              3. Why did not my TIMING BELT was changed when I specifically requested to check it and replace it with the new one ?
                              4. TIMING BELT broke in running, the Engine gets jammed and there was the possibility of Accident.
                              5. Timing Belt was changed on 90000 kms and currently my car is running at 111198.
                              6. On 17th-Sep-2017, I received my car with the paid service done, Alternator Belt changed, Coolant Pump changed and Timing belt not changed as it was fine (stated by the Viiraaj Skoda Service Center).

                              This is the case of very irresponsible and negligence act taken by Skoda Viiraaj Service Center, Baner, Pune after informing each circumstances and issues by me as a customer about the car UP 14 BP 3800.

                              There was the issue of Coolant leakage in my car for which I contacted Viiraaj Skoda Baner, Pune and handover my car to them( Mr Datta - [protected] ) on 12th-September-2017 for the replace/change of coolant pump along with the paid regular service too.

                              I specially informed them/him along with coolant issue and paid service that, please do check TIMING BELT and ALTERNATOR BELT and see, there should not be any issue in them and if you found any issue in either of them, then please replace it with the new one.

                              They took below actions :
                              1. New Coolant Pump got installed.
                              2. New ALTERNATOR BELT got installed.
                              3. Paid Service was done.
                              4. No Issue found in TIMING BELT, as per their statement.
                              5. My car was handover to me on 17th-Sep-2017.

                              Now, the problem get started on 30-Sep-2017, I was driving with family from Pune to Ganpatipule and in between my car was broken down near by Karad due to breakage of TIMING BELT in running.

                              As of now, I spoke to Wasim ([protected]) Advisor in Kolhapur Service Center, he said he will be checking my car and he said that there could be the possibility of below things :
                              1. Breaking of TIMING BELT.
                              2. Engine Valve breakages.
                              3. Rocker Breakage.
                              4. CramShaft Breakage.
                              5. Expense of 1.5 lacs

                              I hope you understand that how much of pain and suffering my family went through. It's totally inappropriate, irresponsible and negligence act and behavior done by Viiraaj Skoda Baner, Pune. If they would had checked my TIMING BELT
                              as I requested by me, then my family and I would had not faced these problems.

                              Kindly take an immediate impactful and action in
                              resolving all of my car's issues as soon as possible.

                              I hope you will understand as this kind of services given by Viiraaj Skoda seriously brings down the name of Renowned Skoda.

                              Note : I would not bear any charges in resolving my car's issue.

                                Dear all,
                                I had given my car on 7 th september as there was a loud noise coming and showed the car to autobahn skoda kurla workshop. After 2 days they said that the flywheel was faulty due to the car being driven in heavy rains and had to be replaced. Then they ordered for the same and contacted the insurance company for the same. After 2 week a of zero coordination and several phone calls they finally got the car surveyed and ordered for my part which finally came. On 2 nd of october. It took so much time for just one part and that too a luxury car. After so many phone calls not even they bothered to communicate once in this whole time. It’s when i call they just somehow answer. I even complained to skoda india customer care and miss amrita was answering but that too if i call they somehow managed to reply. Very disappointing. Not once anyone tried to communicate or bother replying in the status of the car. Finally after 5 weeks of several phone calls and angry communications from my side i finally got the car delivered on 12 th october 2017.
                                And can you imagine the car was delivered and there was again a huge noise coming from the front side. I don’t know whom to contact anymore. So much in the name of luxury.

                                    We are a corporate company, we have picked up the new skoda superb l&k my18 from mahavir dealership hyderabad, after payment of advance, we were given a commitment that we will be given a free 4 year maintenance package and the delivery in vizag, andhra pradesh. Clearly in the pro-forma invoice it was given skoda maintenance package and in amount column it was given 0. We have seen this and thought they have discounted the maintenance package and so the amount was zero. We have clearly asked them to put all the discussions we had on mail, inspite of repeated reminders and mails also we did not a mail from them. And due to the sudden increase in the gst cess they have hurried us for payment and we have released the payment in full immediately. Later on after they received payment they say they cannot deliver the car in vizag and they can do only in hyderabad. We have finally agreed to take the car in hyderabad, then they say they say there is no free maintenance package included and they also say they have never spoken about it.

                                    This is a very unprofessional way to deal with a corporate customer buying your top of the line car. We wanted to buy the kodiaq, but after looking at the way skoda is dealing with its customers dropped the idea of buying a skoda car ever again.

                                    Please learn to appoint professional dealers who can add value, we as a corporate customer did not have the satisfaction or a good experience with the way our delivery was done.

                                      I was on my way back from kaas plateau, satara, maharashtra to pune on october 01, 2017 when my car started giving some whistling sound when accelerated on 2nd and 5th gear. After some time, i felt a jerk in the car and i stopped the car. When i restarted the car, a sound started coming from the car and the gear was difficult to be moved. I moved the car in the side lane of the highway and then got my car towed to pune. I called the skoda breakdown assistance for assistance but i was informed that my roadside assistance package has expired and i ned to pay about 9500 rupees to get my car towed to pune which was about 80km away. I then got my car towed all the way to pune through a private crane service which cost me 6000/- rupees. I drooped the car at the skoda service centre in baner, pune and handed over the car to the security manager
                                      Next day was october 02, 2017 which was a holiday and the service centre was closed. I visited the centre and talked over to floor manager. As i am based in mumbai so i returned to mumbai on october 02, 2017.
                                      After that the next day, october 03, the service center people said that they have huge pile up today due to holidays so they could not see my car. The floor manager confirmed to me that they have physically checked the car and there was no physical damage. The next day on october 04, i got a sms that my car has been received in the service centre.in the evening i called again and it was conveyed that they are analyzing the problem and they will let me know.
                                      On october 05, service adviser was appointed. I was told that the analysis is going on and they are not able to figure out what is the problem and they have sent photos to skoda india for guidance.
                                      On october 06, i was told that the problem is in gear box. Apparently, the clutch plate and pressure plates were replaced in autobahn skoda service centre, sewri mumbai some 3 months back. They said that the problem has arisen due to faulty replacement of the clutch plate and the pressure plates and they are in talks with the sewri workshop. The jack on the clutch plate and pressure plate has come out and has broken the gear box and caused oil spill which has resulted in the problem.
                                      On october 07, i again inquired then they said that the dealer will bear the cost of replacement which will be around 4 lakhs and i have not to pay anything as the dealer will bear the cost and i will be updated on monday about the same.
                                      On october 09, when i called again, i was told that they have got no response from sewri service centre and they are awaiting same and their mails have also not been responded.
                                      October 10, also i did not received any satisfactory reply from the service centre and i was told that the sewri manager have not replied.
                                      October 11, i again called the service centre. The service centre manager told me that the gear box needs to be replaced and the cost would be around 3.90 lakhs. I asked regarding the expenses being born by the dealer. He said that since the car has run about 4900 kms after the repair work hence the same cannot be said about the clutch plate repair work problem. They said that what is best possible they will let me know. My car is in extended warranty and they said it is third party insurance so they have to see what is covered and what can be done for it and i will be updated after 2 days.
                                      I am writing it here due to the fact is that i am at all not satisfied with the replies. I am just wondering that when skoda handed me over the new car then there was no such issue of any part of the clutch plate coming out and damaging the gear box even when the car ran about 22000 kms. This problem has arisen only after about 5000 kms when the clutch plate was changed by the service centre 3 months back. It means that the work was not done satisfactorily.
                                      As an aggrieved customer, i would like you to please pursue my issue on a priority basis as i am facing these hardships without any fault of mine. Skoda is a world renowned name and such instances will only mar the reputation of the company. I have already mailed to customer care at skoda and also raised the concern on their on-line portal but i have not received any response. I request skoda to look into the case and help me out of this situation.

                                      My car is in extended warranty. I also request you to provide me with a replacement vehicle for the time-being until my car is not repaired as i have to daily shell out about 1000 rupees towards taxi fares. Also the inconvenience part is huge.in the midst of a dark night i have to get my car towed alone with my wife. Then i have to come back to mumbai by bus and shell out extra money without any fault. I have maintained my car well and also i have taken amc with autobahn. These things are not acceptable. I request you to immediately get my car repaired and provide me with a replacement vehicle and reimburse my overhead expenses due to the poor service quality of your dealers.
