The initial complaint has be registered on 5th of november and i was told that complaint number will be sent to phone with in 24 hrs but i havent received.After trying to make multiple cals, finally my cal has been attended on 10th of november and complaint number has been provided. and was asked to call after one day so that the associate contact details will be provided.

Since 3 days i.e from 11-13th(i.e today ) i tried reaching them and there is no call back arranged.

My complaint number is 158018

    Hi,

    My replaced mattress has reproduced sagging again. I would request for inspection followed up with return and refund.
    I cannot keep reaching out customer care all the time and keep on going through this hassle. I have tried to call number and send emails at [protected]@sheelafoam.com number of times to the customer care number and no response

          We had purchased the mattress from Sleepwell in the month of Nov, 2019. This mattress developed bubbling in the mattress, which was registered with company in the month of Feb, 20. company replaced the mattress in the month of Mar, 20.

          The same problem was again observed in the month of Sep, 20. The complaint was registered with company, they deputed their representative to visit our place. He visited and then company did not accepted the problem, they asked us to continue using the mattress without resolution of our complaint.

          Request you to please settle the matter at the earliest

              I assumed the maximum king size would resolve my purpose, but it didnt and I wanted a bigger/customized size.

              As I saw '30 Days Free Trial'/ 'Free Delivery & Returns' in https://www.mysleepwell.com/, and the mattress was just 4 days old, I wanted to return and requested for the customized size. The latest mail I received from them that they have escalated this issue, but didn't receive any further updates irrespective of multiple remainder mails I have sent

              I had called the customer Support couple of days back and was told that I'd get a definite call back by Saturday(today) afternoon. But no one called me so far.
              It is the worst customer support and never resolve customer complaints!!! I had to pay 35k for a useless product

                I have purchased a twin spinetech air mattress for our king size bed on 22 Aug 2020, At the time of order, a staff from sunrise foam came to our house to take measurement of bed. But at the time of delivery, when I have put the mattress into the bed, it is hardly to fit. Even when I have put it with mattress cover, it is rearly to fit. So, at the same time I have informed this problem to outlet. But they didn't ready to accept his fault, Sometimes they suggest us to use it without mattress cover & bed sheet, sometimes they told us about warranty term & condition about margin of size. And finally they suggest us to use this mattress for 1year after that I have exchanged it to show defect.
                In this past 3 months I have visited more than 15 times to his outlet but they refuse to exchange it. I have a simple question
                1. If their is condition of margin of 0.5 inch, why your staff has not awared me at the time of measurement.
                2. I have purchased twin mattress for our king size bed, so if margin of 0.5 inch in each mattress, them total oversized has 1 inch, which is hardly fit in our bed,
                3. Is it right to use the mattress without mattress cover .
                I have very excited to purchase the mattress from renowned brand, but it is very disappointing experience for us.
                So, I have sincerely request to consider our ecxhange request.

                  Raised a complaint with sleepwell mattress on october 3rd 2020 regarding my mattress sagging issue and due to which we are facing medical issues with back problems. My mattress is under warranty.
                  Complaint number 154180
                  Technician visited my home and inspected mattress on 23rd october 2020 and said there is a visible sagging and we will get the benefit on replacement however nobody has contacted me nor emailed me any resolution after that. Sleepwell customer care team has stopped responding to me on emails and their phone number is out of reach from last 1 month.

                  Sleepwell team are just trying to escape with this problem.

This Elegance mattress had sagging issue and I was also informed by your representative that this Mattress is not produced anymore and that I will be asked to visit Sleepwell mattress Authorised store to select mattress of my choice. Complaint number - 59619. I am expecting the similar solution this time where we will select mattress of our choice and will settle any difference amount accordingly.

                          Paid for Sleepwell Chair (6) Cushions 2 inchs, 40 density. As per the Sleepwell Rubic sheet, it amounted to Rs. 3400.

                          Identified, that it was not packaged cushions but loose cushion (rolled) brought (possibly from Lingrajpuram, Bangalore). The same was used to make cushions for the chairs. (Video & Pics available)

                          No guarantee record for the cushions was shared. (Is this Sleepwells norm?)

                                  Dealer have shown me 8 inch mattress and not 10 Inches mattress.

                                  1- Dealer miss sold the product to us by giving false information as the mattress would be equally soft as cresent mattress which I had earlier.

                                  2- next day from the date of delivery I raised the complaint. My intentions were not wrong. If wrong then I would have not raised the complaint next day.

                                  Please help me and replace the eminence mattress with esteem mattress
