Hi,
I have ordered (Order # 392509) on 30th July 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine but due to product bad reviews i canceled my order in next 5 minutes by email. I have already sent them 5 emails to cancel the order however they are reverting asking me to try the product.

They are so annoying. ### have delivered this order to my address. I sent a email to return n refund but they send a revert thanking me to order the product.

The customer service is pathetic. I urgently need a return and refund

The product delivered is not what i have ordered (Images attached).
Useless machine delivered to me and they want me to use it for at least 60 days, the sound of the product is soo irritating, we can't even sit in the room when we switch on the machine.
Requested replacement of the machine with what i have originally ordered or refund requested.

This is fraud company.
I saved myself coz soon this product came i first opened and checked. I found its not the item i ordered and returned. The courier guy started shouting that u hv to take it and pay. I tried calling this company but they r cutting the line. I told coueir guy that i am going to call police now i[censored] dont leave.

What have you sent is worst product. It is not a pest repellent product. It is fake product only red light will glow rather than that no use of it. And i've not received any invoices and all. I want refund or original product. This product is not worth for 10 rupees and what you have showed is in the video is different and the product is different.

I ordered ultra sonic mosquito repellent from this chor company and u delivered wrong product.

I have seen the product on fb which was shown that it is an ultrasonic pest repellent machine seems good and was told that it was a better anti repellent etc.

But, the smashing commerce/geek retails pvt ltd firm delivered me a very cheap and toy like small size product, which is totally different as shown on fb, and it makes a very high noise in the rooms. And there is nobody to listen and attend the complaint. This cheap product costs rs 30 to 40, while company charged rs480. The company is breaching the trust of peoples. On the one hand, it must be reported to concerned ministry and banned for future. I am ready to lodge a fir and will report to concerned ministry for relevant actions. You are requested to help the grieved people's to finish this firm as it already cheated many people's.

I buy a ultrasonic device, it delivered today. I see the probkems are 1) which you showing in your site which I don't booked, that machine and you send machines are big difference. 2) The machine producing very big sound. That irritating. 3) the power connection two pin also very low quality due to not fitted any sicket.
Both photos - which you showing website and send me - attached fir your reference. And also attached video of your product working. You can here the sound also. So pls take the necessary action immediately.

I ordered Ultra sonic pest repellent machine yesterday. It is not working at all . The product is different from the image shown by company. It looks like very cheap thing cost of Rs. 20 China made products. The product is fake & very disappointing. I have lost all my trust from online marketing. The company is providing such fake products when people buy them trustfully. 100% fake & fraud company. These types of products are already available in market at cheaper rates of Rs. 20. I want my money back Rs. 480.

I have ordered ultra-sonic mosquito, rat, and pest repellent on 31/7/2018. It was cost of rs.480. But they are delivered wrong product. I was ordered one, but delivered another product. It is a worst quality of local product.

As I have requested to cancel my order but an e-mail received from Ankita Ghosh and support team to assured me about the guarantee. But after receiving the damaged item I mail them immediately and tried to contact them over mobile number given on mail. But the number not response yet after several calls. Then I found from the forum that the company cheated so many people like me. So, please take action against such company to keep faith with e-commerce.

Pest Repellent delivered by Geek Retail Pvt. Ltd. and their GSTN is 27AADCB8016F1ZW. Tax Invoice No.36JKWNNQMK dated 22.07.2018. Please take action against this company also.

Smashing Commerce is betraying the customers. I had ordered one material in Smashing Commerce site on 27.07.2018. The material was delivered on 01/08/2018. But the delivered material, which is producing noise and not working properly, is totally different from my ordered material. In addition, So I will never opt the Smashing Commerce site for online shopping. I am also suggesting you all for not using this site for online shopping. Smashing Commerce is the worst firm.

Also, I want my money back & take your fake product from me.

The product-"home protection" is fake, the flies/mosquitoes are buzzing around but it's not effective at all, however, in their advertisement it says that it's very effective, unfortunately, the advertisement was a lie and it's a fraud. Please refund my money back that is 480. I am trying to contact geek retail but they are not picking the phone, after two or three rings the disconnect the phone. The product name is

I purchased pest repellent device but it is not working. Even mosquito sit next to the device. I wan to return the product.
Even the phone # give +91-[protected] is protected.
Also there is no way we can complain to the seller.
Really disgusting to buy this product which is really of not use.
We thought of these product as an alternative to chemical repellant like allout or good night but after purchasing we realised that it is of no use.

I purchased pest control device from smashing commerce by online and paid cash on delivery of rs. 480.00 but when i have opened the package advertising device and received device was totally different. And its a fake product.in facebook they are showing good quality of product. But i have received worst product.

I have received a product 'pest repellent' from 'smashing commerce' through facebook advertisement. It is a useless product with lot of noise. I just want to return it but couldn't because of no response from their team. Even i am trying to contact them via call but no one responding. Many times i drop mail to them but they have not replied.
I don't want to use it for single day.
They charged me 480 rupees. It costed around 30 rs. For the received product. They mentioned had a money back guarantee within 2 weeks but now not responding on calls.

Please cancel my order due to bad reviews. I ordered just now 01st aug and cancelling in 5 minutes. Please don’t deliver to my address. Even if don’t cancel and deliver to my address, i’m not paying for sure. No option to cancel. Worst👎🏻

I have ordered (Order id awb:[protected] on 29th july 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine.
This product is fake.. Does not work. I got it today. The sales person ankita rosario is a liar she said she has personally used the product and is 100% pest repllent. This product that i got is useless. And makes irritating noise which give headache.
Is there any ways to get refund? I have paid 480 for it however it seems only 50... Cheap product... They are cheating customers

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

Please ask them to return my money

I have received a product 'pest repellent' from 'smashing commerce' through instagram advertisement. It is a useless product with lot of noise. I just want to return it but couldn't because of no response from their team. Even i am trying to contact them via call but no one responding. Many times i drop mail to them but they just answering the mail with use it for 60 days. Dispatched product is different from product display in advertise.
I don't want to use it for single day.
They charged me 480 rupees. It costed around 30 rs. For the received product. They mentioned had a money back guarantee within 2 weeks but now not responding on callsand mails. Got a message from some ankita and gurpreet as you should use product atleast 60 days, it carry isi marks, which was again misleading incorrect information.
