I know your case is unique and this is why I discussed it with my manager in detail to get you a 25% refund on the product cost.
Besides the refund, you do not have to return the package. Customer satisfaction is very important to us even when it may not make the most economical sense.

I am not satisfied, If you want satisfied then refund my 100% money Rs. 480/- and don't bargaining .
If you are so much satisfied, Please keep with you my this product, I am complete unsatisfied.
Please don't irritate me and refund my complete amount Rs. 480/- not 25%.

Smashing Commerce making fools to people by showing pest reject product and delivering some cheap product of Rs.40-50.
And people like us becoming fool.
An strong action should take against this kind of fake product sellers.
