Smashing Commerce — cancel my order and cancel the shipping

Hi,
I have ordered (Order # 388915) on 31st july 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine but due to product bad reviews i canceled my order in next 10 minutes, but they are not canceling nor picking up the call. Please insist them not to deliver the product to my address and cancel the order.

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

Moreover, the product review was very bad and particularly heard that it is very noisy too.

Please ask them to cancel

I purchesed pests repellet from smashing comerce via online. but they delivered deferent and poor product.
and taken amount INR.480 that product like 50rs
and there is no company name mentined in top of the product
so please take back the product and return the cash.

Product is only giving sound, not happy with the product, it gives alot of sound which is disturbing n da product pic was shown different n da sent product is different. I want my money to b refunded
