Smashing Commerce — fake product and not working

I ordered ultra sonic pest control product last week but that's a fake product and received a different one. It is not working and the number which is provided on the invoice doesn't connect and the sales woman ankita provided customer care number which is not connecting she emailed thrice just forcing to use it and don't have any mean to contact you. Please call me back and get product picked and return my money. You have already wasted 5days so please fix this and refund my money
