Product is not same as shown in Facebook and Instagram advertise... I have ordered (order id - AWB[protected] ultra sonic machine... but came this disappointing machine... no crockroches at all going out of the kitchen even... so bad service... I have paid 480 rs.for this... I want refund...

I received call from ur company n they said to use product properly and than call us, but i m using it till today but still its not working properly and i n not satisfied. All my family members are saying its worthless to use it and there is no reaction on pesticides. I urge uh to refund my rs. Rs.480 back to my address. Pls do needful as soon as possible as uh r considering only 2 days from date of purchasing order. Thank you
