Dear Sir, Order ID [protected] I am Swapnil Kautkar. Mobile No. [protected] I placed an order [protected] on 19th April 2015.I got my product on 23 April 2015 & placed my order through debit card. Earlier in SNAPDEAL WEBSITE you mentioned 10% CASHBACK by using debit card of SBI on offer product what i have placed & you also mentioned you will get CASHBACK on your product by 30 June 2015..Till today i didn't get any amount credited to my account.Kindly resolve my problem as early as possible... This is in reference to request number 04745741 I filed with Snapdeal. Snapdeal had assured us that 1000Rs will be credited as cashback by 30 July 2015 for a purchase order made for about 25000 in May 2015. But it is Sep 8th now (and even after repeatedly placing requests and filing complaints with snapdeal) it has not been done. Kindly let me know if Snapdeal is going to act on this request? Though we have been regular customers of Snapdeal, we are disappointed with Snapdeal service because of Snapdeal not delivering as per the service terms & commitment as promised.Pls do the needful.
