I m from Sootea, District:Sonitpur (Assam) INDIA. thre is a regional Counter/courier service of your Company near my location @Biswanath Charili (sub division of Sonitpur district) which is 7km away. But thre is a pblm about shipments.
I've ordered some parcels in SNAPDEAL tracking no.[protected] . SNapdeal company had informed me about my item delivery through your courier service gve me these msgs as following:

" Order Shipped: We have shipped your Samsung Travel Adapter Charger C... It will reach you between 17 Mar - 21 Mar by ECOM_PLUS courier. AWB tracking no. is[protected]. Team Snapdeal

" Order Update: Your Samsung Travel Adapter... will be delivered today by Kailash Borah . Tracking no. is[protected]. Please keep your cash ready with you at the time of delivery. Team Snapdeal "
So, therefore my humble request to you that ... There are some other items have already delivered by your courier partner . On the other hand, my deliverable items are not delivered to me. They hve request me for office collect. but I Need your kind attention to look after nd go through about this matter WHY MY ITEM WAS UNDELIVERED BY YOUR COUNTER PERSON OR COURRIER SERVICE nd Plz do the needful fr delivery of your items to our location named SOOTEA

I have similar experience with Snapdeal and I thought it was some exceptional missing in supply chain. I see a lot of similar complaints here, one thing is clear they are well aware of this tracking issues and purposefully just acknowledging and assuring action within 24 hours to all. They will acknowledge each complaint and continue cheating customers. I think it would be great to form a group of snapdeal cheated customers and move towards legal actions against company:
