[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Auto Cancellation of order | |||||
I have ordered a ASUS ZenPower 10050mAh power bank on September 28, 2015, after 20 days the order got automatically cancelled. The first issue is the courier service, the product was delivered was e-com courier the courier company is itself a fraud company, numerous people from my company facing the same issue with e-com courier, either they will stole the product or will tell you that the product is already delivered to you. Second is snapdeal itself, how they can cancel the order by them self. they are cheating with the people, on the name of big diwali sale they are cheating with the people. Please re-send the product with different courier partner!!
This has happened with me three times now.
If you can't deliver the thing just don't take the orders.
Cancelling orders outright without even explaining is just unacceptable.
