Recently I've bought InFocus M2 mobile on Snapdeal. My phone has got a software problem. I contacted Snapdeal help center regarding the same issue. My has warrenty. So, I asked them for Invoice which is not available for dowloading in their website under MyOrders. I need it to claim the warrenty in Service center. I've mailed them. But they didn't responded.     I purchased HTC Desire 826 mobile Order ID: [protected], on 15:22:32PM, Tue, 26 Jul, 2015 through SBI debit CARD, cost of RS.23715. That day (26-July-2015) cash back offer of 10% for SBI cards and maximum cash back is RS.1500 for all electronic items they have mentioned. I am eligible for RS.1500 cashback and I was told I will get on or before 30-Sep-2015. But still I didn't get my money back.Offer posted in 'http://www.snapdeal.com/offers/sbi-july-2015'. I want justice in this.today 8-OCT-2015. I have only 29 days to complaint. Can some body please help in this.

      I had ordered Ucb sports women deo from snapdeal and what I recieved was a cheap used deo with irritating smell. I tried to return it but customer service executive from snapdeal replied that they sell fake products and quality doesn't qualify for the return.

        It's been 15 days, still i have'nt received any refund from snapdeal. "Order ID [protected]" "Refundable amount is Rs.760/-" This is worst service I have ever experienced on online shopping. Amazon and Flipkart is much better then Snapdeal. I have call customer care many time but there is no proper response at all and when I mail to snapdeal, they only replied that " initiating the refund process and amount will reflect in your bank account within 4 business days." this is only false assurance. Beware online shoppers! SNAPDEAL is no longer trustworthy. ..

            Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased one product for my kid of 1.7 yr old SON from snapdeal, After using it for few days I found it not at all suitable for the kids considering its design & feetings, hence I emailed to snapdeal about it & they gave me call on 28/09/2015 & informed me that the return request is accepted but there is no provision to return pick up, hence you may sent back the product by any nationalize courier, & we will refund you courier charges as SnapDeal cash & cost of product will be refunded in your account from where payment is made. Hence i told the caller that there is Blue dart office in Alibag. Further she said i will email you return form, paste it on parcel & send us manually by courier, & share the receipt of courier charges for refund. On same day after receipt of return form & ticket ID[protected] from Snapdeal i completed all the process & returned the product via Blue dart. Receipt/tracking no.([protected]) was undated at link provided in email from Snapdeal Returns of Mon, Sep 28, 2015 at 12:31 PM . On same day, the image of courier charges were also sent by me to Snapdeal Support at 10:27 PM. (Now on return form the courier tracking no. updated by me can be seen.) On Tue, Sep 29, 2015 at 12:40 PM i got email from Snapdeal Support stating all the things discussed already & promising me to refund the courier charges as SD & refund the product cost. As all the necessary things were already done by me on 28/09/2015, hence i replied to mail on Tue, Sep 29, 2015 at 1:13 PM stating already done & with screen shot of my previous email by which i have shared the courier details with snapdeal on 28/09/2015. Then after that they have send me useless 2 emails stating upload visible receipt, share another contact no. to which I replied immediately. On Thu, Oct 1, 2015 at 7:12 PM i got email from Snapdeal Returns stating Unsuccessful Pickup Attempt, but as per the tracking of Blue Dart the product was already received by them. After 3 days as refund claim was not processed, I emailed snapdeal again further with all details on Sun, Oct 4, 2015 at 12:52 PM for refund of courier charge & product cost, also raised the Snapdeal Customer Support Case # 08430065. But they refuse to refund my money & I was expecting call within 48hours against my Case # 08430065 from snapdeal but not received yet . I did what snapdeal asked me to do! & I also returned the product on acceptance of my return request immediately. Still the Snapdeal is not refunding my money back. Its cheating & mental harassment from Snapdeal. Amount to be refunded by snapdeal is Rs 3327/-

              I have received my DAMAGED product on 21st September 2015 S. No.Item Name 1. But after one week on my enquiry they said that their courier partner can't do reverse pickup, hence I should do it by myself. I am 76 years old retired railway magistrate but still tried my best to return it manually through every couriers from Bluedart to FedEx to DTDC to Speedpost but to my dismay the courier charges exceeds the cost of the product. Here in Kottayam, Kerala, we do have all the major courier, but it puzzles me why cant snapdeal initiate a reverse pickup. Now after innumerable phone calls and mail, snapdeal is trying to swindle me of my hard earned pension. After two weeks of nightmare, I am suspecting snapdeal.com is in the business of organized scam, providing people with damaged product and refuse to accept the product or provide the refund.                 I placed a order on snapdeal on 3 oct 2015 which is Joe Black Aviator Jb-225-C2 Unisex Sunglasses my order id- Order ID is : [protected], Placed On Sat, 03 Oct, 2015. I booked my product at 399/-. And then I received a conformation text on 07 Oct 2015 in my registered mobile number -[protected] and in my email id-sandip.[protected]@gmail.com. My order is canceled by the courier partner due to issue at their end. then I complained to snapdeal customer forum regarding this issue. After that they came with the resolution that I have to place the order again in the current price which is at 799/-.

                  I received a packet from snapdeal on 6th oct 2015 describing two products along with their respective amounts . Accordingly i paid for the two products but on opening the packet i saw there was only one product . The other product for which I paid the amount too was not there . This happened with me before too and the company didnot bother to sort the matter.

                        R/ Pehredar team, Recently i ordered a mobile (iberry auxus prime p8000) from SNAPDEAL, but instead of this, they sent me ''XIAOMI RED MI-2''. The product details on my parcel was correct according to my order, so i did the payment. But inside the parcel i got wrong product, and for that i complained snapdeal and they initiated a replacement. But in replacement again they sent me wrong product (color different from my order), so i canceled the deal before delivery and asked for refund. BUT STILL THERE IS NO REFUND FROM SNAPDEAL, THEY ARE STILL SAYING ''THE REFUND IS IN PROCESS''. PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE.                           On 15/09/2015 i orderd an product but snapdeal delivered me a wrong item for i requested them for replacement and handed back the item to thier courier partner . After this snapdeal coustomer executive called me and said sir what do want replacement or refund then i asked him for replacement after that the answer got from snapdeal was unbelievable they said that as your wish i can forward your request for replacement but we will not take gaurantee that next time right product will be delivered.after hearing his this statment i asked them for refund and they said it will be transferd in your snapdeal account . And it has been 10 days but till they have not refunded my money back an they are not replying to my mail and not even receiving my call i thing they had blocked my no. And i was having 500 in my sdcash they have deducted that to.

                            My name is Kartikay and my issue is related to refund. I had placed a order of a Mobile which is Infocus M530 16GB which costs Rs. 11513. I had placed this order through ICICI Net Banking. When I had placed this order then the amount had debited from the account but the order had not placed. When I had talked to the Snapdeal customer care then he had told that your order had been cancelled due to some technical problem and you will get your money refunded within 24 hours. But till now I had not got my money refunded back in my account. Please help me in this problem.                               I brought product from snapdeal order no. [protected]. It has manufacturing defect and it is in 7 days return policy of snapdeal but snapdeal does not return it.

                              So, Please help me in this matter and do not trust 7 days return policy of snapdeal because it fake and misleading the customers.

                                HI, i want to complain about the refund which i have not got from snapdeal.i ordered a kenxinda smartwatch from snapdeal on cash on delivery on 1st of august and returned it back on 6th august.i asked for my refund they told me to send the a/c number to us so that they can refund.i provided them with that and they told me that you will be getting your refund in 4 business days.i checked my account after 4 business days but i did not get any refund.i called them to ask they said that they have refunded the amount of 1689inr.snapdeal asked my with the bank statement i provided that n now its been more then 1.5 months but no response and they do not even call me when they promise me to do so...this is seriously getting into my nerves and iam pissed off please come up with the solution or else i have to go to the court and sue there life. order id [protected] phone [protected]

                                      I had placed order for LG 32LF581B 80cm (32) HD Ready Smart LED (Rs 24, 192) (order #[protected] ) on 26 September 2015 on SNAPDEAL.com. That was committed to deliver between 4th October -8th October. But till now it is in same status which was on the first day of placing the order. After reminding for so many times on mail about the status of the product that is still in first step of processing. yesterday i again mailed about the status, this time it shows cancelled and that was not done by me. It was done by company itself.Find the enclosed images. then i got a call from Snapdeal for apologies and asked me to place the order again. but this time the prices are high as compare to the prices for which i had placed the order. now i want the ordered product in the same price for which i had place the order . but Snapdeal denied for the same. I had spend lot of time on Snapdeal website in search of good deal now i came to know that my order product can't be delivered. What kind of services they are offering if they are not capable to deliver the product on time.

                                      I am getting only apologies every time, no any solution from snapdeal. If such a big company is not able to sort it out a small problem, then it totally worthless to get any clarification.
                                      I need the product in that price point only for which i had placed the order nothing more than that. Whatever price is presently, the difference amount has to be paid by snapdeal.
                                      if not, than Consumer court will help it out to pay a big amount.

                                        Recently during a sale I ordered a product and made payment through credit card but they did't dispatched my product even after a week and so i made multiple complaint regarding my order but after that they automatically canceled my item and saying me to reorder the product but the product is now available at higher price around 3000 INR. My main concern is how can they cancel any order if my my area is non deliverable why this is not shown while ordering. Order ID [protected]
