Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased one product for my kid of 1.7 yr old SON from snapdeal, After using it for few days I found it not at all suitable for the kids considering its design & feetings, hence I emailed to snapdeal about it & they gave me call on 28/09/2015 & informed me that the return request is accepted but there is no provision to return pick up, hence you may sent back the product by any nationalize courier, & we will refund you courier charges as SnapDeal cash & cost of product will be refunded in your account from where payment is made. Hence i told the caller that there is Blue dart office in Alibag. Further she said i will email you return form, paste it on parcel & send us manually by courier, & share the receipt of courier charges for refund.
On same day after receipt of return form & ticket ID[protected] from Snapdeal i completed all the process & returned the product via Blue dart. Receipt/tracking no.([protected]) was undated at link provided in email from Snapdeal Returns of Mon, Sep 28, 2015 at 12:31 PM . On same day, the image of courier charges were also sent by me to Snapdeal Support at 10:27 PM. (Now on return form the courier tracking no. updated by me can be seen.)
On Tue, Sep 29, 2015 at 12:40 PM i got email from Snapdeal Support stating all the things discussed already & promising me to refund the courier charges as SD & refund the product cost. As all the necessary things were already done by me on 28/09/2015, hence i replied to mail on Tue, Sep 29, 2015 at 1:13 PM stating already done & with screen shot of my previous email by which i have shared the courier details with snapdeal on 28/09/2015.
Then after that they have send me useless 2 emails stating upload visible receipt, share another contact no. to which I replied immediately. On Thu, Oct 1, 2015 at 7:12 PM i got email from Snapdeal Returns stating Unsuccessful Pickup Attempt, but as per the tracking of Blue Dart the product was already received by them.
After 3 days as refund claim was not processed, I emailed snapdeal again further with all details on Sun, Oct 4, 2015 at 12:52 PM for refund of courier charge & product cost, also raised the Snapdeal Customer Support Case # 08430065. But they refuse to refund my money & I was expecting call within 48hours against my Case # 08430065 from snapdeal but not received yet .
I did what snapdeal asked me to do! & I also returned the product on acceptance of my return request immediately. Still the Snapdeal is not refunding my money back. Its cheating & mental harassment from Snapdeal.
Amount to be refunded by snapdeal is Rs 3327/-
Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
