      I ordered a jbl earphone on 5october . The delivery date given me betwwen 8oct to 11oct . But that courier service not delivered the product on time . Because of this i am facing a lot of problem . I called many times in snapdeal . The coustmer care employee did not resolve my problem . They had a single answer for my question that is sorry . Please resolve my problem .

        Despite the assurance from GOJAVAS that the aid item would be delivered today they have once again failed miserably. As for SNAPDEAL they are pathetic, got a call from a rep said item would be delivered as stated in the system and if not we will refund the money. If I wanted refund I would have cancelled the order don't need a customer service rep to tell me that. I want a resolution which it appears that neither SNAPDEAL nor GOJAVAS are interest to provide.

        Basically standard spiel they didn't even read my mails or listen to the problem and all they are doing is buying time. No one has a clue as to where my shipment is neither SNAPDEAL nor JAVAS and both are equally lost and no one has the courtesy to call and actually tell me anything concrete except for the fact " Sir aap se nivedan hain thora aur time denge."

        SNAPDEAL AND JAVAS pathetic. Ground level feedback look into your customer service the razzmatazz is all good but the company leaves a lot to be desired in terms everything else. In today's competitive market what you are actually buying is invaluable customer dissatisfaction.

        Wanted to sign off by saying thank-you but sincerely your company in no way merits the same.

            Hi, Order no. [protected]. I had to reutun a Kurti which was purchased on 5th Sept 2015. I was asked to provide BEFT details for the refund which was also done. It is more than a month that my refund is yet to be credited to my account. The call center is of no use, submitted a complaint via Snapdeal website for which i received a mail that i cannot place any replacement request because it is more than 7 days. When i am referring to my refund for a product which is already returned to Snapdeal i receive a irrelevant e-mail response that i cant return the product. Am just frustrated with the guys. Please do not shop with Snapdeal.

              I placed a order on snapdeal on 3 oct 2015 which is Hp slate 6 placed On Sat, 03 Oct, 2015. I booked my product at 9980/-. And then I received a conformation text on 07 Oct 2015 in my registered mobile number -[protected] My order is canceled by the courier partner due to issue at their end. .
              You (Snapdeal) have only one word to say "apologize"...but no any solution...gone through the same problem..order cancel by snapdeal itself and no any information delivered

                    Dear Sir,
                    I have ordered MICROMAX CANVAS SPARK 2 4 GB BLACK on 07-oct-2015, and mobile was delivered on 08-OCT-2015 which is appreciable for quick dispatched.

                    I tried to switch on the mobile but it didn’t power on. So which I charged it continuously for 3 hours, the mobile was not displaying charging symbol also. I have given a return request on the same day for replacement.

                    The next day (09-oct2015) I have received mail from snapdeal the content of the mail it has follows

                    Even I made a call to snap deal customer care 4 times at the agent is responding they asked us to visit the nearest micromax service center and resolve the problem, I requested them many times because the problem was found less than 2 hours only. But they didn’t respond in any way they asked us to contact the micromax service center,

                    even I visited to service center SAI MOBILES, SECUNDERABAD, the person checked with another battery but yet the mobile didn’t power on, he would ask to open the mobile and check the board for any problem, so I told him not to open the mobile because it was not even 12hrs of the purchase, so I asked him to give me job sheet, he said he would not give any job sheet without open the mobile.

                    So I again called customer care and explained everything that happened at the service center then the agent respond rudely saying that we have to repair the mobile at the service center, the mobile would not be replace at any cost.


                    Where do you find my mistake?
                    1. Purchasing on snap deal was my mistake
                    2. I have intimated about the mobile with in 3 hrs of the delivery why is the mobile not being replaced
                    3. The mobile you sent is defective piece then how can you ask the customer to go for a repaired at service center, it your mistake that you haven’t check the product
                    4. Or other web sites like flipkart & Amazon maintain such process, I would never recommended any one to buy any product from snap deal, I am very fruasted with snap deal
                    5. If you where in the situation would take the mobile for the repair or would you have replace it.
                    6. If snap deal will follow such kind of return / replacement policy snap deal will come rock bottoms.
                    7. If the mobile is replaced/ refunded it is well n good failing which I may force to approach legally without fail

                      Respected sir/madam, I ordered Redmi 2 prime 16gb (Order ID: [protected]) phone on snapdeal on 28 sep 2015.I received this product on 6th oct 2015.After 24 hrs the touch of mobile is not working.I asked snapdeal to refund or return my money.They told just follow these procedure, I followed that but again its not working.Then they told me to consult with Xiaomi toll free number.They told some steps to follow but again my problem is not resolved.Then i told him to give back my refund then they are telling that take DOA or job sheet from service center of xiaomi.I contacted two of the service center. 1. ALAS! no refund till yet as i was promised by Gaurang Mishra who handled the case and assured me that am gonna get refund within 4 business days however its 9th Of October 2015 and still no refund reflects in my account.I called many times asking about REFUND however I was left with false promises again and this is not the 1st time SNAPDEAL cheated me I have been facing an issue related to MY WATCH SEIKO 5 and lost hope because SNAPDEAL you guys are worst and I regret dealing again with SNAPDEAL, Last when I called asking refund I was asked to wait for 48 hrs however no refund yet, how many months more SNAPDEAL needs to give a proper answer and refund my money, why is it every time when I called I have to explain each and everything to the advisor and who can't even talk proper English and they always have a ? mark on them about the refund, I just want my refund asap, I have waited enough, Learn from Flipkart and Amazon HOW Customers are handled and what gives them business is on priority always and how to keep data handy and updated.                                 I have ordered the queen size bed from snapdeal on 29 August 2015 With the estimated delivery date is 20-24 September. They again revised their date to 23-29 September. They again promised on phone that They will definitly shipped the product by 08 October. In between i have told them in writting as well as on phone that i donot want to cancel the product. They assured me that definitly we will delvier you product. On 08 October at 10:00pm they have cancelled my product without intimating me and saying that we refund your money. They have used my money for one month and 10 days. I have spent on so many call. This is cheater company. Do not purchase anything from snapdeal. If any one help me please to file a case in consumer forum.                                   Recently I've bought InFocus M2 mobile on Snapdeal. My phone has got a software problem. I contacted Snapdeal help center regarding the same issue. My has warrenty. So, I asked them for Invoice which is not available for dowloading in their website under MyOrders. I need it to claim the warrenty in Service center. I've mailed them. But they didn't responded.                                       I had ordered Ucb sports women deo from snapdeal and what I recieved was a cheap used deo with irritating smell. I tried to return it but customer service executive from snapdeal replied that they sell fake products and quality doesn't qualify for the return.

                                        It's been 15 days, still i have'nt received any refund from snapdeal. "Order ID [protected]" "Refundable amount is Rs.760/-" This is worst service I have ever experienced on online shopping. Amazon and Flipkart is much better then Snapdeal. I have call customer care many time but there is no proper response at all and when I mail to snapdeal, they only replied that " initiating the refund process and amount will reflect in your bank account within 4 business days." this is only false assurance. Beware online shoppers! SNAPDEAL is no longer trustworthy. ..
