HI,
i ordered the nikon 5200D from snapdeal on 7 october, it got deliverd on 12 October at 4PM to my office address and when i opened the parcel at 4.30 Pm
i was shocked a peice of brick in the camra box and the camra bag near by the camra box and both the item is seprated by tharmacol and at 4.30 i make a call to snapdeal they told me that technical issue is going on here please call us after 30 min, i called him near by 5 Pm on 12 october2015, and they finally make a complaint of number 09134237, today on 13 october 2015, i got a call from snapdeal that we can not entertain on this because the parcel was with original product, we investigate this and after many request they took my request for reinvestigation,
i told them when i got message at ( 8 am 13 oct 2015)for out for deleivery and when it get dileverd (4 Pm 13 oct 2015 ),
i am very disappointed with this type of issue, and i dont know what to do now,
and after reinvestigation if they told me the same what i ll do, because this amount is very huge for me,
Please suggest something on this
snapdeal team please reinvestigate with you and please with the courier serices
