Hai I ordered bean bag of order nb [protected] but it is small so I placed return and refund..they contacted me because of some reasons I said to them to call next day as soon as possible but they dint call me I waited for 2 days and I called them for 4 times each time they said they will take back but they dint...they are very irresponsible...such e worst online shopping I ever had.. I fed up with them plse try to take an action on them

    Hi This Naveen i have order woodland khaki sandals in snapdeal 16 Aug 2015 but i have got wrong product and after that i have replacement the product but in replacement also again a i got wrong product. after that i raise a complaint for refund.. as per snapdeal conformation i have returned the product by self by DTDC couriers i have share the courier receipt with snapdeal team.. the product is reached to snapdeal warehouse and after the quality check that close my order and initiated refund(04/09/2015) also but i have not received my refund after 8 days they agree to refund has not credit in your bank account thats we are re initiated(15/09/2015) the refund and that also i have not received my refund and i have share total bank statement with snapdeal soo many times finally they are again re-initiated the money on 08/10/2015 but till now also i have not received my refund. snapdeal is a ford in refunding the customer's money and they will ready provide 500 rupees FC wallet for delay in refund from last one month but thery competition also not credit in my fc wallet My contact number [protected]

      I had ordered this item from snapdeal and I had not recieved item till now to my adress..recently I had recieved a call from snapdeal that I will go to the courier partner and recieved the item rather than not deliver the item to my adress.. If I had order and given my adress then why I will go to the courier service place..they have to deliver the item to my adress. So please do the needful

            I. I have ordered a Mi4i phone along with a back cover with the order no [protected] . The phone was cancelled by the seller and I received an email stating that the money for the phone has been refunded with a ARN/RRN no [protected] . But, I still haven't received any amount in my bank account. Can you look in to this issue and take immediate action. ?

            Also, since the phone was cancelled by the seller, I had to cancel the the back cover since there was no use for the cover without the phone. I cancelled yesterday but that has not been reflected. Kindly cancel the cover also and refund the money to account immediately.

            I would like to talk to someone at snapdeal over this issue. It would be better if someone from the customer service department could contact me.

                The SD cash feature is good on Snapdeal if looked from Snapdeal side but still people let their hard earned money to be remain in your SD cash account. I had returned faulty product and let SD cash remained in your account and now to my surprise its expired... What a Joke?? Was it a discount offer from you that it got expired?? NO... It was not a offer from your that will expire but my hard earn money and you must return it .. Remove this expiry feature from your site ..People are keeping money with you does not mean that your should absorb it after some time if they dont spend on your site.. Please give it back and dont steal someones hard money in this manner . You have good business, dont end up this way... To my shock Snapdeal had cancelled order during night without calling or informing .This is so unfair and unreasonable.                     Never Trust Snapdeal for purchasing any online deals. Sanpdeal are not trust worthy. One of the very bad experiences with poor customer care service & bogus deals. They don’t stand on the commitment & irresponsible. I ordered LG 42 inches TV @36000 as a gift to my friend. It was supposed to deliver on 18 th September 2015 but they never delivered and gave to many false commitments on my follow-ups. After 12 days debiting my credit card, they simply refunded the amount and cancelled my order without my knowledge. After calling back to customer care they simply told they don’t have stock & cannot deliver, but I can order the same TV with high cost than my old order (42000 INR) so that can deliver it now. They check the buyers pulse & potential and jack the price as they want. I will never recommend SNAPDEAL to any of my friends and relatives in future.

                    SNAPDEAL worthless negotiation to compromise to remove my review
                    Snapdeal negotiating with me to trade off on my review by providing gift coupon for 500 INR or 1000 INR, whereas the loss incurred was damage to my prestige by not sending gift on time, Tv I booked for my Friend’s House warming function & actual loss was 7000 INR placing the same order since I don’t have choice though I know the price is high.

                          Hi, I ordered Micromax 32C6150 FHD on snapdeal order No [protected] But they had send me Micromax 32AZ9747 FHD 81 cm (32) 32AZ9747 FHD 81 cm (32) is not listed on MICROMAX website .                           same thing here. i have ordered 32C6150 & they have send me 32az9747.
                          they have pasted two sticker on the Box. Big sticker shows model no.: 32az9747 & manufacturing date July 2015 another small sticker shows 32C6150 & manufacturing Oct 2015.
                          when i opened the box there is sticker on back side of the TV with 32az9747 model no.
                          when i call Micormax they said they do not have any information that 32az9747 have IPS or not. They give me their technician no. he said first he check the document in the office then he able to tell me that it has IPS or not.
                          by the way they do not mentioned anywhere on the box, manual & on TV that it have IPS panel.
                          Invoice shows Micromax 32C6150/ 32AZ9747/ 32SD9855/ 32FK6156 FHD 81 cm (32) full HD TV.

                            HI, i ordered the nikon 5200D from snapdeal on 7 october, it got deliverd on 12 October at 4PM to my office address and when i opened the parcel at 4.30 Pm i was shocked a peice of brick in the camra box and the camra bag near by the camra box and both the item is seprated by tharmacol and at 4.30 i make a call to snapdeal they told me that technical issue is going on here please call us after 30 min, i called him near by 5 Pm on 12 october2015, and they finally make a complaint of number 09134237, today on 13 october 2015, i got a call from snapdeal that we can not entertain on this because the parcel was with original product, we investigate this and after many request they took my request for reinvestigation, i told them when i got message at ( 8 am 13 oct 2015)for out for deleivery and when it get dileverd (4 Pm 13 oct 2015 ), i am very disappointed with this type of issue, and i dont know what to do now, and after reinvestigation if they told me the same what i ll do, because this amount is very huge for me, Please suggest something on this snapdeal team please reinvestigate with you and please with the courier serices ASAP Vinaypal Singh [protected]

                              Dear Fellow members, Good day!!! Please be informed that iam a civil engineer by profession, once our project is complete we keep buying air conditioners on a regular basis usually we buy through a nearest store but this time i chose to buy online and finally what happened we waited for 2 full weeks and our product arrives with a wrongly shipped item, i guess this is not the first time they are doing this, i can see it from previous reviews, based on the arrival date and everything i have even arranged for the installation and only after checking the product we realised that we recieved a product that we havent ordered and also we have paid more for the product adding more turmoil to the fire, after several follow ups and mail yesterday recieved a call from snapdeal. OMG that guys name is syed he is so rude, he is not even sorry, his tone is so arrogant he is like if you want we will pay you extra 1000 as a difference, cmon who wants the money after so much wait and disappointment, he is not even trying to convince, he is like if you want keep it or else listen to what i say to get the product replaced. immediately i did one thing went to the nearest retail shop paid 5000 extra bought a new air conditioner and got it installed and raised a refund in snapdeal, i would say please dont buy big value products and electronic goods through online because disaster like this will rip you apart. P.S: iam posting my dissatisfaction and lies of snapdeal on all possible websites and blogs along with the proof of purchase and photos of the wrong product and even this screenshot as i dont know whether snapdeal will post this review on their website

                                Refund not received for order no - [protected] Item - "Dreamz Pure Georgette Embroidered Anarkali Beige Dress Material" I have brought the above product from SNAPDEAL. but the product is defective, hence I return the product. but After so many communication with snapdeal they did not refund the money in my a/c 1 .on[protected] Snapdeal confirm that refund process is initiated 2. on[protected] Snapdeal told us to send my bank statement (from 20th Sep 15 to 2nd Oct 15 ) . to initiate the process again. I did that. 3. on[protected] Snapdeal confirm they re initiate the process. 4. When I asked for the Transaction Id. your team just telling "it is a secure process ...etc...etc..) 5. On[protected] they told me that they are looking at the matter and within 24 hrs it will be solved. 5. But Till date[protected] I did not received the refund amt. I have written so many emails and online compaint and phone calls to them . but the result is NIL

                                Now they asking for Acccount details to transfer the money.and they send a link. but when ever I entered all details and click submit button.
                                Error comes. "Cant change NEFT details" this is new this. regarding this I send them emails.
                                but no reply.
                                This is a new trick they are applying. and against prev. docket they just write some readymade thing . like copy paste a pre formatted text.

                                Flipcart and amazon are far good than this company.

                                On 14th Oct 15 . Sanapdeal told me . there may be a technical problem.
                                it takes time.
                                when I asked how much times ?
                                they replied don't know ... it may takes month or so,

                                I am sure they have no intention to give the money back. they just taking time.and playing some kind of game with customer.
                                On 15th Oct 15 . Sanapdeal told me . they will solve the problem in 24 hrs.
                                I dont beleive them.
                                Lets see.

                                    Its been 13 days, As per the written commitment given by snapdeal customer service they were suppose to provide me freecharge coupons by 5-oct-2015, but today is 13-oct-2015 and i have raised numerous complaint number with them, But they are still not resolving my problem.
