I have made a transaction on 28-Oct-2015 via snapdeal and the transaction amount Rs 800 was debited from my account and the transaction failed. I have contacted snapdeal several times via email and i have given all the details including my bank statement was given. As per there policy amount is to be credited back within 7 days in a case if the transaction is failed.Till today the amount is not yet refunded...

I ordered 2 items on Nov 2, 2015, with order id:[protected]. and to be delivered on or before Nov 9, 2015. Till today(Nov 13), I have not received the order. I called customer care more than 10 times and everytime they assure I will receive product the same day. Online complaints have been logged and no response from Snapdeal. Please look into this issue....
