Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to the subjects' request no and Order no [protected] I booked a Hero HF-DAWN, but still I don't get any call from the dealer or from your side regard the delivery. In between the mean time I contact you ten times but don't get anything resolved. And also as per your rules and regulations Published in the website the ## Vehicle will be available on the same day/within 2 - 5 days ( based on the inventory available), of the dealership visit ## but still don't get anything positive response I have purchased a lot of things via online, but never faced such a worst service ever. Hereafter I will never use your service in future and never suggest to anybody. You people given all the false commitment and makes customer fool. If you people couldn't able to provide the service in good manner to the customer then return the amount. Instead of doing this whenever I contact you, your people provide only the wrong information and false commitment continuously. As of now I don't want the service provided by SNAPDEAL as the Commitment date provided is closed. Regards

    Hi, I have bought Morphy Richards Microwave 25 MCG from snap deal website the product was good but the baking plate which is shown on Seal box under accessories was not available in the box. I have raised the issue immediately with sna pdeal customor care but they say it was not coming under offer. My request is that how they can refuse the parts which are shown on the companys seal pack box.

                Sir, I have booked an Item, Micromax Canvas Power A96 Black Order ID - [protected] on 27th Feb.2015 I am supposed to get my item on 05 Mar 15 as mentioned by the agency but my items delivery date keeps increasing without any reason specified and next delivery date given by the agency is 17th Mar 15. On 19th of March 2015 I checked their website its shown that the said item was delivered on 12th March 2015, I was supposed to shocked the said item was not received by me. I have already booked complaint twice (Complaint Number: 17121633 and Support Request 17423809 &[protected] in this regard, but no concrete action has been assured so far.                   My name is Aslam Ahmed and I wants to make a complaint with about snapdeal.com, who is a online fraudster.I made an oder no. [protected] ( KRM Pure Brass Moonstone Straight Shelf 14X6" three pieces, for Rs. 504 for one piece). I returned both of these Item ( two pieces Dsk Frosted New Glass Shelf 20 Inch x5 Inch and three pieces of KRM Pure Brass Moonstone Straight Shelf 14X6") But backoffice of my account shows that they have refunded for one piece of (Dsk Frosted New Glass Shelf 20 Inch x5 Inch) and one item has been replaced, .for othe item e.g. KRM Pure Brass Moonstone Straight Shelf 14X6" their website shows that they have refunded for one time while two other item has been delivered to me.They have to make a fraud of rupees 504+504+935 = 1943 which inspite of several complaints they are not ready to entertain now stopped from replying.                           Yesterday on 18.03.2015 I have received Bosch Home Tool GSB 500 RE Kit against my order [protected], dated 16th March 2015 but I found one of the corners of the box is damaged. Further the seal on the box is also broken and the condition of the box as well as a old Invoice found inside the box reflects that it is a used and returned item from a purchaser from Tamilnadu. It is also evident from that Invoice that I had paid more (Rs 3362) for the same product as the old bill was only of Rs. 3199. Under this condition what shall I do? As I am not satisfied with the product I wanted to get it replaced or returned and as per their Telivision ad on which we the viewers depend they have a 7 days easy return policy.                                       My order number is [protected] has ordered Orpat OEI-717 TC Steam Iron (Blue) placed order[protected] shipped[protected] delivered[protected] checked as damaged[protected] initiated replacement on snapdeal web site[protected] I experienced very poor delivery deadline more than a week it takes to delivery a product at the same time other sites doing within days. After reaching the product its defective. Kindly help me to get this replacement as the earliest with in 3 days I cant wait for this replacement more than that.
