    I purchased a "EXOTICA EF-N-07-FUCHSIA WOMEN'S WATCH" Order ID: [protected] and immediately after a week the watch stopped working. I tried calling the customer care and they provided me a number for Chennai which actually was for a watch store located somewhere in Spain. Erroneous mistake on part of the customer representative. They work with closed eyes, whatever you saw without validating forwarded to the customer. This is exactly like horses running with closed eyes- no presence of mind at work. They are not able to help with a local service centre contact in Chennai and finally they say they can't do much about it and you have to live with it. You clearly mentioned on the paper and on the box that its one year manufacturer warranty with a slip in it, so does your responsibility ends after delivering the product and you have no commitment to help the customer after that. I should take the opportunity to say that your company have a very poor service and now I want a refund for the watch ASAP.

          I ordered for my product on 21st of feb, paid for the same through debit card. got the delivery message on 28th of feb but did not receive the product.since then, I have been chasing them on phone. I tried to track it through the courier service they had mentioned ( Pigeon Express). They checked and confirmed that my product is lying in some other state's courier office. After that, they stopped picking up my call. I complained in snapdeal. Evey time, different executives pick up the call and just say 'my complaint has been registered' and they would get back to me. I have been chasing them since last 15 days. Evey time, I get a reply to bear with the interim and they would get back to me on the phone. But I have never received any call from them. Definitely, they have lost their customer. But it has been really irritating to see how laid back their attitude is when I call them.

                hello, I bought a canon 600d 18-135 with tripod combo from sanpdeal. (order number [protected]) i received only camera on 3rd of march. i raised the complain then and there itself. they said we will send the tripod. then they offered to give rs 600 compensation for a rs 4000 (selling price 3000) tripod. i rejected the offer and asked to send me the tripod. on 8th March i received an email stating that they will send the tripod in 2 working days. Today is 12th. Still no news about the dispatch of tripod.

                  I ordered iball vogue 2.8a white and red. Purchased it paying cash on delivery. When I opened the box, it was some other cheap model inside. I requested for replacement requesting them not to repeat the mistake and check the product before dispatching. They assured that the mistake will not be repeated. For my surprise, the replacement was also the same model for which I asked the replacement. I dont understand, why there is no quality check. So pathetic service from Snapdeal. The worst online service provider among all others I have purchased from. Long way to go Snapdeal. I am waiting for my refund.

                    I returned the product with order Id [protected] which was confirmed by snapdeal 10 days back and I got a confirmation that I will receive the amount in sdCash within 1-2 business days. Since then I have talked to their customer care 3 times and each time they said I will get the refund within 24 hrs but all they have been doing is testing my patience and not refunding the amount.

                    I even mailed them twice but have stopped getting response from their end.
                    They just mail that we have debited your account but no money reflects in my sdCash. This has now happened 3 times in the past week. Just feels like being fooled As I keep contacting and get no response. I feel their is no intention of a refund here as the amount I paid by sdCash was refunded in 12 hours and the remaining amount paid on delivery is not being looked upon. Please look into the matter as I am disheartened with the response and to see no action even after several calls and mails!

                    For the first time i ordered a Helmet. It was my first order.
                    But i am very much disappointed with the product which i've received. It s different color and damaged product.
                    So i requested for RETURN.
                    unfortunately i was not provided the PICK UP by Courier.
                    I waited for few days, And later i came to know that, i should send manually through any courier.
                    I am new to this ONLINE SHOPPING. i didn't even know how to return manually.
                    So on Dec 23rd i returned the product through INDIA POST.

                    Later i haven't received any updates whether the product received or not?
                    After a long search on internet i came to know that. i have to upload the receipt, so uploaded it, and yesterday received my Courier Charges also.

                    But What about the REFUND?
                    I given BANK Details also. Its been 14 days i haven't yet received the REFUND
                    Plz kindly let me know when i'm going to receive the amount?

                        I've placed 6 orders on Snapdeal. And also pre-paid for all the Orders. But still Snapdeal Cancel all those orders without even informing me..!!! After 4-5 days of Processing, Finally I got a SMS from them that my orders are cancelled. I messaged them in Facebook but after one reply... they didn't gave any reply. It's not expected from a leading online market store like Snapdeal. Damn yar. Very much disappoint with these kind of behaviors. I want from them a proper compensation for that... they should treat us(consumer) well. I'm attaching all the Snapshots regarding the approach...

                            ORDER NO:[protected]. I placed an order on 29 November 2014 for four different items, but just minutes after placing the order I cancelled the entire order because of change of mind. I received the refund for all the items on the fifth day except for one which is still pending amounting to Rs.482. I spoke to the customer care nearly 60 times till date, but my money is yet to be refunded. At least 50 emails were sent. I am a hardcore online shopper and would rate snapdeal a -10 on a scale of 10. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

An empty box deliverd on[protected] including bill and magzine inside the box on given address.Give me an explanation that why such thing happend.Please refund my money or send me my product.

Company was called 2-3 times about this delay.Courier company was also contacted telephonic in this regard Till now it has not been received

                                    I bought a power bank of 2600 mAh. And my mobile phone battery is 2000 mAh. First of all am very disappointed about a late delivary and the second is the power bank couldn't give a backup upto 30% also. Whats this? Fooling us as because we are unable to go and buy that product from our market? It didnt get one day old and my power bank couldn't gave me a desired backup. I want refund and i will not buy anything from snapdeal any more and will also recommend my friends not to buy anything from snapdeal. Bakwaas company..making fools to customers

                                      Sir i am Swapnil kadus (Mob No-[protected])i am purchase Microsoft lumia 535 mobile phone on first week of Feb 2015. But when i receive my product i see the product is defected. Then i am contact the customer support of snapdeal. he said me to terurn the product and get money refund. After i am return the product and he says me to after 5-6 days ur refund will be transfered ur Bank Account. But till 10/03/2015 i am not received my refund . many times i am calling snapdeal but the company not give me my money. Please help me sir for getting my refund.

                                        Snapdeal could not deliver my order No. [protected] for two weeks First it said: (Estimated Dispatch by Feb 18, 2015 | Estimated Delivery by: Feb 25, 2015) But they could not even deliver it by 4th march there by wasted my time, energy and efforts, and snapdeal itself cancelled one of my orders on 4th March after 14 days of failed delivery. Funny thing is they delivered the mobile cover but could not deliver the mobile. Since I had made the advance online payment, so they said "your money will be refunded you in 4-5 working days, and 6 days have already passed, but the amount has not been refunded yet. Dear Snapdeal: please don't deceive people, India has already got a bad name because of the missed deeds of bad people, please don't defame it further. Don't promise what you can not do.
