Company was called 2-3 times about this delay.Courier company was also contacted telephonic in this regard Till now it has not been received

    I bought a power bank of 2600 mAh. And my mobile phone battery is 2000 mAh. First of all am very disappointed about a late delivary and the second is the power bank couldn't give a backup upto 30% also. Whats this? Fooling us as because we are unable to go and buy that product from our market? It didnt get one day old and my power bank couldn't gave me a desired backup. I want refund and i will not buy anything from snapdeal any more and will also recommend my friends not to buy anything from snapdeal. Bakwaas company..making fools to customers

      Sir i am Swapnil kadus (Mob No-[protected])i am purchase Microsoft lumia 535 mobile phone on first week of Feb 2015. But when i receive my product i see the product is defected. Then i am contact the customer support of snapdeal. he said me to terurn the product and get money refund. After i am return the product and he says me to after 5-6 days ur refund will be transfered ur Bank Account. But till 10/03/2015 i am not received my refund . many times i am calling snapdeal but the company not give me my money. Please help me sir for getting my refund.

        Snapdeal could not deliver my order No. [protected] for two weeks First it said: (Estimated Dispatch by Feb 18, 2015 | Estimated Delivery by: Feb 25, 2015) But they could not even deliver it by 4th march there by wasted my time, energy and efforts, and snapdeal itself cancelled one of my orders on 4th March after 14 days of failed delivery. Funny thing is they delivered the mobile cover but could not deliver the mobile. Since I had made the advance online payment, so they said "your money will be refunded you in 4-5 working days, and 6 days have already passed, but the amount has not been refunded yet. Dear Snapdeal: please don't deceive people, India has already got a bad name because of the missed deeds of bad people, please don't defame it further. Don't promise what you can not do.

          Sir, I, Yusuf Momin trying to contact both xolo and snapdeal since 17 feb for the replacement of my tab but i am not receiving any positive response from either of them.My tab stopped working which was under warranty so i took my tab to the xolo service centre.they kept it there for around 20-25 days and finally declared that it cannot be repaired and gave me a DOA certificate and assured me that i will get a new replacement for my tab.they told me to mail the doa certificate and the invoice copy to snapdeal so i did that but snapdeal is now saying its not included in their policy and so it is the responsibility of xolo to give you the replacement but the executives at xolo are saying that i should get the replacement from wherever i purchased my tab i.e.snapdeal.com.its almost more than 2 weeks now and still i have not received any positive reply from either of them.

              Dear Team, There is a refund from Snapdeal, but they are not agree for refund . My order no. [protected] Return Ticket Id[protected] Once again I inform you that - Mobile is defective as - - Dull display of screen - Poor speaker volume and can't hear ringtone easily - Heating issue Then I visited Intouch Services, Service Center at BTM Layout at Bangalore on 28th Feb'15 ( token no 142 / 28.02.2015) As per my request item was returned through Courier - Nuvo-Bangalore on 2nd Mar'2015. I was told that within 48 hours, it would be resolved and refund would be made to my Bank A/C, but not yet resolved. Since last interactions from 4th to 7th Mar’2015, I was told again and again that refund would be made as soon as possible . Yesterday, when I asked that I can’t wait for long and I am buying other brand mobile from other stores, I was told that I can proceed and refund would be made to same payment account. How again today you are telling that product is used and scratched. Nothing is scratched as scratch guard is there. After use only, i came to know that the mobile is defective and also checked with Samsung service center as mentioned above and informed you also. . Please confirm the refund .                 53 i have ordered a scarve from snapdeal on 3rd feb.. Expected delivery date Was 13th feb.. it was not done so i canceled the order... Today it is 8th march... Till my refund process have not done.. Totaly harrased By customer care representatives.. I caed many a several times.. But all goes in vain.. No one is paying any head to it... We would like to inform you that we were selling happily from last more than 1 year but before 1.5 month ago Snapdeal revoked my account due to the reason “self buying” which we have not done in any manner. And they have stucked our payment of approximate Rs. 1.5 Lacs. And refusing to give us our payment. And also they charged some panelty aroung Rs. 6.00 lacs. We have wrote many mails to snapdeal seller care regarding clearing our outstanding and reinstate our seller account but neither we have received any sufficient reply nor any single rupee payment. Sir, This is very huge amount for us. So you are requested to please release our payment at the earliest and reinstate our account soon.

                            Dear Sir On one side Snapdeal Customer Support team telling it is not a policy violation and you can buy from snapdeal, if you buy from site which you are selling for your personal use.On other hand they block payment.This is clearly customer cheating case from snapdealThey are now out of money that's why looting the Indian sellers.
                            We too faced a similar fraud by Snapdeal. I believe its some sort of Scandal being done by SNAPDEAL to cover up their losses, wherein they just hold the payment of New/small sellers for some or the other reason.
                            we register with snapdeal ( Seller ID S6c3cc ) to sell Dress material ( VAT Exempted). At the time of registration we double checked VAT/TIN requirment as it was confirmed by snapdeal that Dress material category is VAT exempted and we can go ahead and start selling on SNAPDEAL. We started well and within a span of week or so processed & successfully delivered 4-5 order & our rating was 5/5. When we send reminder mail for release of payment, snapdeal updated us since there is some change in Snapdeal policies & now they would require VAT registration to release our payment. Now our payment of approx 5-6 K is stuck with SNAPDEAL. we send Numerous mails to sellers help as well as our account manager and the only reply we got to submit VAT/TIN no. We also got different replies to our mail, once they said your payment will be released on such and such date, once they said your DVAT no is blocked while we are based out of punjab e.tcPage on e.tc. We check with our CA if there is any change in govt norms in terms of exemption but there had been no change in govt policy. So its a clear case of fraud by snapdeal to goble up our money.
                            So after numerous mails to snapdeal we finally decided to close our ac and donate the amount to snapdeal as charity. We would like to warn all seller esp startup/small seller to stay away from snapdeal due to their fraudulent sellers policies.
                            Just read the response from snapdeal to kavita... a pre typed robotic answer..." kindly mention your order ID in your subject line " ...they didn't even bothered to check whether its a buyer complaint or a seller complaint...Going by this i hope the issue is not yet resolved Kavita...

                                Hi, snapdeal had listed a Diesel DZ1566 Analog Men's Watch in their product list at a discount of almost 100%, I and many other people purchased it as it was a great deal. After payment snapdeal also confirmed the order and now they have cancelled it, saying it was a price error. I believe it cannot be a price error as a listing is checked several times before being posted, they did it to gain publicity, it was one of their marketing strategy by hurting consumer's sentiments. This is not the first time they have done that, rather they keep doing this kind of things to gain publicity. I as a consumer want a proper settlement of the matter. Thank You.

                                      Spacewood Maxima Box Bed Set Combo With Storage(Order No. - [protected] & Sub Order No. - [protected]) was ordered and after installation we found that dressing table's one of the end was physically damaged. Please arrange replacement for that product.
