There is a refund from Snapdeal, but they are not agree for refund .

Once again I inform you that -
Mobile is defective as -
- Dull display of screen
- Poor speaker volume and can't hear ringtone easily
- Heating issue
Then I visited Intouch Services, Service Center at BTM Layout at Bangalore on 28th Feb'15 ( token no 142 / 28.02.2015)
As per my request item was returned through Courier - Nuvo-Bangalore on 2nd Mar'2015.
I was told that within 48 hours, it would be resolved and refund would be made to my Bank A/C, but not yet resolved.
Since last interactions from 4th to 7th Mar’2015, I was told again and again that refund would be made as soon as possible .
Yesterday, when I asked that I can’t wait for long and I am buying other brand mobile from other stores, I was told that I can proceed and refund would be made to same payment account.
How again today you are telling that product is used and scratched.
Nothing is scratched as scratch guard is there.
After use only, i came to know that the mobile is defective and also checked with Samsung service center as mentioned above and informed you also.

Please confirm the refund .
