My name is Anil kumar and I had received an message in the name VM-SNAPDL Stating that Dear Medisetty Anil kumar thanks for placing order no [protected]. EST delivery in April 10 2015, and asked me to check mail for further details, I didn't get any mails, and also Checked my snap deal Account and it was also showing that I was not placed any orders, So how would this message came to phone, without my Knowledge I don't know, Even they even provided an web address to download the mobile app, I have downloaded and installed it and it also not showing any orders in my name, when I tried to track the order provided in the message it was showing invalid order id.

    I just want to register a complaint against the Snapdeal Because Of the Non refund of My amount of Rs 57370...I have given an order of an iphone 6 and i made the payment from my debit card and because of late...i refuse to take the product and requested for the refund of my money dated 20.02.2015...i have done so humble request from the last 15 days...but they doest care about it...today is 5.03.2015

        [protected] order id [protected] sub order id I have ordered sandisk otg pendrive but got defeced product and requested return request. they have credited all refund amount as SD(snapdeal) cash. I have requested for refund in my bank account and provided bank account details also for the same. i have got reply like "We have forwarded your account details to out team. They will contact you for further processing" and about 2 weeks has been passed but still i haven't got any call or mail from snapdeal. Please look into my matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

It was expected to delivered on 4.3.2015, now it is expected to delivered on 10.3.2015... i have not yet received my order. Now i wanted to cancel it... but your people are not cancilling my order.                   Order Id: [protected] Purchase Date: 27th, February 2015 Order Item: Chhota Bheem Foldable Two Wheel Skate Scooter I ordered this item on 27th from Snapdeal App Two days exclusive offers from mobile. March 4th I got a mail from snapdeal: "You are receiving this notification because one or more items in your order have been cancelled due to serviceability issue at courier end. We, at Snapdeal, deeply regret the inconvenience caused to a valued customer like you, and extend our heartfelt apologies." Will snapdeal clarify this thing. I tried via support mail but no response on this matter. Before ordering I checked that item is deliverable on my desired pincode.

Today a message from snapdeal says that the delivery attempt was unsuscessful and consumer was not available.Moreover there is no such message regarding cancellation of order . Moreover the courier service from which the order is to be delivered is not responding my phone call.

                      The order for Beetel M51 Landline Phone (product code [protected]) was placed on 20/2/2015 at the snapdeal.com website and an amount of Rs.581/- was paid. Product was due for delivery on or before 26/2/2015. After the due date enquiry was made to [protected]@snapdeal.com. To which Mr.Dhingra promised to get back after 48 hours. The same of the couries and AWB no. and their e-mail address was provided. I emailed the courier at the specified e-mail address. But got no reply. Since it has been more than 12 days I would like to cancel the order and request you to refund the cash back to my debited account. Regards, PPDey

                          Dear Sir/Madam, I bought a led television from snap deal got delivered after 10 days & they have a 7 day return policy if I do not like the product. It is a faulty product the speaker does not work properly ie its giving a queakey sound and the picture quality is not that good. So sent a email to snap deal if some one could help me return the product, explained the fauts in the product, looks like they gave missed call with only 2 rings from a number where I could not call them back & email reply saying that they tried to call but not reachable, so again contacted them through email got a reply to meet the service centre. Requested for the service center address but have not got reply from snap deal at all in spite of sending many emails.

                            I have order Z Decor face towel from SNAPDEAL vide my order No [protected]. As per key features the size of towel is 20 inches where as 12 inches towel delivered me twice. A sum o Rs 299 has been credited in my SD cash for which I a am not satisfied as I have not sent any type of refund request. I have written several times but no action has been taken even after a lapse of two months.

The delivery guy mr.rajeev was misbehaving and abusing us. Please take strict action against him as in future if this continues I may not order from snapedal .

Order No - [protected] dtd 02 Feb 15 Probable delievery - 09 Feb 15 Shipping addres - Flat No 08, Ganbote Complex, Indapur, Pune - 413106 After tracking the product I came to know that item is delivered to Nagpur on 18 Feb 2015 There is no any contact number of either snapdeal or supplier on the website.                                   23rd of oct 2014 i parched a xolo 8x 1000 phone under oder id [protected] then after 4 months of parche Suddenly my phone stop working then i visited the xolo service center in koker nazar Srinagar Kashmir india where i cam to know that i was provided with [censored] IMEI no and the attendant of the service center told me that The imei no of this phone has already been repaired by some other owner. so i got a conclusion that i have been deceived by shopping site namely snapdeal .Either provide me with a new phone or i will b compelled to lodgea report against u in consumer court

                                    We had ordered OR water filter on 19th Feb 2015, my order no: [protected] and request no: 16615512, and he sent me the default product. I was complaining on 26 Feb 2015 for return or replace, and I called every day for a reply and return of default product, but every time he told next day definitely your product picked up by corer boy. But not getting the product picked up for refund or replace.
