    On 19/02/2015 i am ordering HP 15 p027tx laptop through snapdeal.com. Item delivered on 23/02/2015. But With the shipment i didnt get the Warranty card or Purchase/Retail Invoice ( With Serial number of product). Such invoice is the only document available for availing warranty. I am already facing a problem with the laptop. From hard disk area i found a scratchy ( Abnormal) voice regularly while at the time o[censored]sage. So i am going to approach a service center for this problem. For this i am liable to prove my warranty. 1 year of warranty available for my laptop. So i want the real purchase invoice with product serial number & other details. I am already share this problem with snapdeal. They said we will send the new invioce within 48 working hours. Now its almost 3 days over. No response after from them. I want to go to service center for solve my laptop problem. So i want the invoice as much as earlier as possible.

      british terminal dark brown chinos Invoice no:2A6D08/14-15/7502 Dt:23.02.15. The product was received but i think it is not the specified brand. On the Chinos there is no any brand code like on buttons, inside the chino. Only price tag and plastic label striched on back side appeared. So i think it is not the specified brand and also it is not purely cotton chino.

                    Purchase of three chimneys online with cost of Rs3990/- each from snapdeal
                    I had purchased three chimneys costing RS 3990/- each on 25.01.2015 and paid Rs 11970/-
                    in advance.But when I received the chimneys, i was surprised to see that all the chimneys
                    were defective and not working. on my complaint, all the chimneys were taken back and till
                    now only one chimneys was ( with ticket number[protected] was replaced and other two chimneys have not replaced whereas they have already collected these chimneys from us..
                    Their ticket number are ...15915873 and 15915870. Please therefore take up the matter with
                    the company and get me the correct chimneys from snapdeal. in this connection i also
                    advise you that the company again sent us defective chimneys which we did not accept.
                    The company is now reluctant to replace the defective product for the reason unknown to us.

                            As discussed, I have order 2 products over the order id : [protected](dated 17Feb-15)


                            Following were the products, that I had ordered:


                            1. Vedic Rudraksh Mala = INR 280 (price + delievery charges)
                            2. Prisha India Copper Jug for Aurvedic Healing - INR 662.
                            The transaction was billed in total for INR 942 against above order from my account.


                            I had received both the products, however, I applied for the Replacement for the item # 2, ie Prisha India Copper Jug due to a damaged product received. This product has already been picked from my billing address via a reverse courier from Snapdeal.


                            However, at present my order summary at the web site, its showing that I had purchased 2 quantities for the product #1 ie "2 X Vedic Rudraksh Mala", and some 382 INR have been credited into my SD Cash account, also, my product #2("Prisha India Copper Jug") is being viewed as cancelled.


                            I just request you to please review my order summary at your end as the same is not correct, as I have purchased both the items only in 1 quantity. Out of which I already applied for the replacement for one of the product as well.


                            Also, I am not interested in any kind of extra SD Cash that has been credited into my account.
                            Request you to please let me know for the expected delivery date /time and its current status for my 2nd product, for which I had already applied for an replacement.

                              I Recently buyed a Mobile Phone named Champion My phone, which has a serious issues with it. I got issue with the battery of the phone, it does not even run for 2 hrs after charging it full. And the other issue is of the calling, while receiving the phone call, the call gets rejected automatically. So please see to it that u dont sell such cheap products like this further.                                     I have been a customer to Snapdeal for more than 2 years. The other day I ordered a Violin to gift to my girlfirend on the Valentines however its almost 20 odd days and I have not received the order. And I have no answer to give to her when she asks, Where is my gift?? The order number for this is [protected] Other than that I also raised a complaint, on which I never got a reply. Complaint ID: 16300203 So I called the technical "EXPERT" (Sanyog Sharma) where they had a script. "Sorry for the inconvenience. I have forwarded this and the concerned team will look into this." I was furious, I asked for the manager and he was able to give me a convincing answer. And heres how it goes. "Sorry for the inconvenience. I have forwarded this and the concerned team will look into this." His name was Vikas. I mean seriously??? Now I think may be he wasnt a senior. Mr Sanyog just asked the person sitting besides him to take the call cause some client was harrassing him about an order he hadnt received. With this stuff I dont think SnapDeal should have promos like SNAPDEAL APP FEST just to test the clients patience. #Snapdeal App Fest # Poor service #Not user Friendly #Dissappointing

                                        I bought a champion mobile on snapdeal.com on new year offer 2015, delivered a defect phone I appealed for return and as of now there has been no response. I have earlier ordered few things like pureit water filter and as well canon scanner which i didnt have any problem with snapdeal.com, but i really feel sorry now that after getting a reputation now they arent listening to the customers.
