I placed an order for Samsung Galaxy Core 2 4GB on 8th Jan 2015... I received an defective handset, then I requested for an replacement.. After requesting for an replacement, they gave me completely different Smartphone which was Samsung Duos... Then, I raised a REFUND request.. They receive the returned product on 29th Jan..
However, till now they have not credited the amount in my bank account. I have emailed them my bank details three or five times.. I am calling their customer service centre almost alternate day to check the refund status, every time I get a response that it is Going to Credit in 24 hours.. Today is 20th Feb 2015, still the amount is not credited. I have waste my time, money on phone calls, energy to enquire about the refund.. Their customer service is rude, I also informed that i would raise a complaint in consumer court, if they don't give my money back... Still of no use. I want Snapdeal to be fined for such mental harassment and keeping customer money for so long.. I want to be fined for harassing me mentally. And this is not the first order i have placed..
