    I have been a customer to Snapdeal for more than 2 years. The other day I ordered a Violin to gift to my girlfirend on the Valentines however its almost 20 odd days and I have not received the order. And I have no answer to give to her when she asks, Where is my gift?? The order number for this is [protected] Other than that I also raised a complaint, on which I never got a reply. Complaint ID: 16300203 So I called the technical "EXPERT" (Sanyog Sharma) where they had a script. "Sorry for the inconvenience. I have forwarded this and the concerned team will look into this." I was furious, I asked for the manager and he was able to give me a convincing answer. And heres how it goes. "Sorry for the inconvenience. I have forwarded this and the concerned team will look into this." His name was Vikas. I mean seriously??? Now I think may be he wasnt a senior. Mr Sanyog just asked the person sitting besides him to take the call cause some client was harrassing him about an order he hadnt received. With this stuff I dont think SnapDeal should have promos like SNAPDEAL APP FEST just to test the clients patience. #Snapdeal App Fest # Poor service #Not user Friendly #Dissappointing

      Dear team, last month i ordered a zebronics headphone set on snapdeals.com, but when i received the product it is not the one which i booked.i booked zebronics colt orange but i got zebronics colt 2 red colour. when i asked for replacement they said that it will be done in 2 to 3 days after reverse pick up of the product.it has been almst one month no response from the courier people and snap deals i got 4 calls from SD with irrelevant resolutions. after that no response from the people. please look into the issue. regards, k.mahesh [protected] mahesh.[protected]@gmail.com

        I bought a champion mobile on snapdeal.com on new year offer 2015, delivered a defect phone I appealed for return and as of now there has been no response. I have earlier ordered few things like pureit water filter and as well canon scanner which i didnt have any problem with snapdeal.com, but i really feel sorry now that after getting a reputation now they arent listening to the customers. After many calls and email they responded and promised to do the reimbursement via SD Cash and got another email. Again on 8th Feb, i got another email stating the same info that reimbursement amount got credited. But nothing again, 100% CHEATING. I booked mobile on 17 this month and snapdeal handed it book my packet service, haven't recieved the product and I requested customer of snapdeal for book my packet courier customer care number.. They said, we don't have.. . I tried lot of times, they texting my number itself as courier customer care number. Am really frustrated with the snapdeal service.. I wanna proceed legal.

                    My order numbers are : [protected], [protected] summing to an amount of Rs 43260 /- The order was placed on 17th Feb using my credit card. I got a mail informing me about the cancellation on 21st Feb. I contacted the customer care about this. They are telling the items were wrongly priced in their website and the seller is not willing to deliver the product.The representative also said that they will initiate the refund then. My concern is that why Snapdeal is holding my amount for 5 days ? If they know the product is not available, then they should have informed me the same and initiated the refund then itself. Why do they want to keep me waiting for this product ? As a customer how do I know about their seller's delivery and pricing? This was my very first order and such a worst experience from Snapdeal !

This is the first time i am raising a complaint mail with the hope that this issue will be resolved as per Snapdeal terms & condition. Issue: I have ordered Apple Laptop on 17th Feb with 87% offer, Order No : [protected] Snapshot of Snapdeal Page When I ordered the product :- http://w01.freezepage.com/a/14244/89302GHILGBUPQX/0 Today, I got a mail from Snapdeal stating that my order cancelled due to stock issues, yet i am able to see the same product available in snapdeal. Product Availability on 21st Feb 15: http://www.freezepage.com/[protected]PSZQUMTDLK When snapdeal says that my order is cancelled due to product unavailability, then snapdeal.com should also reflect the same. But instead product is still available to buy on site. So the reason for my order cancellation stated by snapdeal is not true. @SNAPDEAL: So, I need a valid reason and explanation for my order cancellation. If i do not get a valid reason from snapdeal team on this issue within maximum two business days, i will be logging a complaint with consumer court stating that "snapdeal promises fake offers".                             I have placed the orders of Mattress( Order nos:[protected]& [protected]) on 28 Jan 2015. I payed total RS 14432 for these orders. Items has not be shipped yet. After several calls and email I requested snap deal to cancel the order. But not cancelling the orders keep on saying they will cancel the orders with 24 or 48 hours but NO action so for.Snap Deals holds my money with out any reason. I do not know what to do.                                       Order no:[protected] I have ordered 81 pieces complete kitchen set worth Rs 2999. After the delivery the set was found of just 63 piece and that of low quality. I requested to return the product and refund the amount. They had taken back the product before 17 days and have yet not returned the amount back. I have been calling them but with different answers they are delaying this problem.

Order ID : [protected] sub order Id:[protected] Order Placed on :[protected]:02:50AM, COD Order in call is verified at[protected]:52 PM, even though my order got cancelled without reason.Why this order got cancelled??.I wanna the same product with same price(9999).                                         We order an item with an interest, order is placed, payment had done, wen it is processed, intimated come in 3-6 days, we know it will come in 2 days. How can you cancel it after one day. What about our value, we will intimate our friends and family we r getting a new product with snapdeal with a great offer. Finally I became fool in front. How made it? It's a snap deal made me fool in front all. Was it good, is it a consumer treatment.
