    I have placed the orders and my is Order ID: [protected] Order Placed on:[protected]:20:21 on snapdeal.com Amount has debited for this unsuccessful transaction. Many times I complaint regarding this matter on [protected] and many times dropped mails on [protected]@snapdeal.com but there is no action was taken by snapdeal. It has 30 days but my amount not refunded. This is a bitter experience from Snapdeal.I suffered by choosing worst online place snapdeal and hopeless customer support.

      This email regards to the Ticket no. 15047270, Order ID [protected]. I got a email on 22nd January that courier reimbursement is done via SD Cash, but nothing happened (CHEATING). After many calls and email they responded and promised to do the reimbursement via SD Cash and got another email. Again on 8th Feb, i got another email stating the same info that reimbursement amount got credited. But nothing again, 100% CHEATING.         Dear customer, item [protected] has been dispatched by Bookmypacket AWB no. 83026191. I booked mobile on 17 this month and snapdeal handed it book my packet service, haven't recieved the product and I requested customer of snapdeal for book my packet courier customer care number.. They said, we don't have.. . I tried lot of times, they texting my number itself as courier customer care number. Am really frustrated with the snapdeal service.. I wanna proceed legal.

            My order numbers are : [protected], [protected] summing to an amount of Rs 43260 /- The order was placed on 17th Feb using my credit card. I got a mail informing me about the cancellation on 21st Feb. I contacted the customer care about this. They are telling the items were wrongly priced in their website and the seller is not willing to deliver the product.The representative also said that they will initiate the refund then. My concern is that why Snapdeal is holding my amount for 5 days ? If they know the product is not available, then they should have informed me the same and initiated the refund then itself. Why do they want to keep me waiting for this product ? As a customer how do I know about their seller's delivery and pricing? This was my very first order and such a worst experience from Snapdeal !

This is the first time i am raising a complaint mail with the hope that this issue will be resolved as per Snapdeal terms & condition. Issue: I have ordered Apple Laptop on 17th Feb with 87% offer, Order No : [protected] Snapshot of Snapdeal Page When I ordered the product :- http://w01.freezepage.com/a/14244/89302GHILGBUPQX/0 Today, I got a mail from Snapdeal stating that my order cancelled due to stock issues, yet i am able to see the same product available in snapdeal. Product Availability on 21st Feb 15: http://www.freezepage.com/[protected]PSZQUMTDLK When snapdeal says that my order is cancelled due to product unavailability, then snapdeal.com should also reflect the same. But instead product is still available to buy on site. So the reason for my order cancellation stated by snapdeal is not true. @SNAPDEAL: So, I need a valid reason and explanation for my order cancellation. If i do not get a valid reason from snapdeal team on this issue within maximum two business days, i will be logging a complaint with consumer court stating that "snapdeal promises fake offers".                 ORDER NO.[protected] supplied by go javas courier on 22nd february 2015.I had ordered a kaspersky internet security 2015.But i got the faulty material.at first the cd was not working and then it showed that it had already been activated on 9th march 2014.somebody has used it and has given me.Instead of showing on the right hand side-365 days remaining, it is showing 14 days remaining.plz help.immediatelyreplace it or refund my money

                    I have placed the orders of Mattress( Order nos:[protected]& [protected]) on 28 Jan 2015. I payed total RS 14432 for these orders. Items has not be shipped yet. After several calls and email I requested snap deal to cancel the order. But not cancelling the orders keep on saying they will cancel the orders with 24 or 48 hours but NO action so for.Snap Deals holds my money with out any reason. I do not know what to do.                               Order no:[protected] I have ordered 81 pieces complete kitchen set worth Rs 2999. After the delivery the set was found of just 63 piece and that of low quality. I requested to return the product and refund the amount. They had taken back the product before 17 days and have yet not returned the amount back. How can you cancel it after one day. What about our value, we will intimate our friends and family we r getting a new product with snapdeal with a great offer. Finally I became fool in front.                                       I book the following order Order No. : [protected] Order Placed On :[protected]:57:01 Order delivery date is 19th Feb 2015, after they have some issue with delivery and they changed the estimated delivery date from 19th Feb to 25th feb 2015. I cancelled 19th Feb 2015 as per the delivery issue But they put the ASAP delivery for that one. Once again I called them then only they took the cancellation request. Very Worst delivery for all order in my case and again & again they are sending appology mail that's it. They are not worrying about customer satisfication and concern.                                         I placed an order for Samsung Galaxy Core 2 4GB on 8th Jan 2015... I received an defective handset, then I requested for an replacement.. After requesting for an replacement, they gave me completely different Smartphone which was Samsung Duos... Then, I raised a REFUND request.. They receive the returned product on 29th Jan.. However, till now they have not credited the amount in my bank account. I have emailed them my bank details three or five times.. I am calling their customer service centre almost alternate day to check the refund status, every time I get a response that it is Going to Credit in 24 hours.. Today is 20th Feb 2015, still the amount is not credited. I have waste my time, money on phone calls, energy to enquire about the refund.. Their customer service is rude, I also informed that i would raise a complaint in consumer court, if they don't give my money back... Still of no use. I want Snapdeal to be fined for such mental harassment and keeping customer money for so long.. I want to be fined for harassing me mentally. And this is not the first order i have placed..
