Product return process

I bought canon 55-250mm IS STM, so i paid 22, 000 rupees, but the snapdeal have sent the wrong product "canon 55-250mm IS ii" model its worth just 8, 000 rupees, i have contacted snapdeal over 100 times, no one is response properly and no one came to take the return pickup. Please do not buy anything crom snapdeal you will loose your money....
