Hello All, I order a cell phone from SnapDeal of around worth Rs 14000 from HSBC credit card in June 14. The offer was 10% cash back in form of SD cash which will be valid for 6 months. I got the cash back in term of SD cash but this was elapsed in 1 month without any Notice. I am following up from Oct 14 with SnapDeal but not getting proper response. The offer details can seen at http://www.snapdeal.com/offers/hsbc-june14 and still they have started the same offer again. Please be aware for this type of fraud from SnapDeal.     hey guys i already have complained one but dont know why not showing here any way i purchased a product from snapdeal order id is [protected], order date 7th, December 2014, these slow people deliverd it on 14th december and one product (Softwear Green Denim Slim Jeggings Combo Of 2) was defected any way i requested a return their person collected it on 16th december but still no sd cash or refund i have complained more than 7 times but everytime their answer is same that we are working on it from last 13-14 days in tracking i fouind the product has already been reached at their place long ago but still nothing happened ..please just tell me how to file a case against them, nothing more i want, money is not a big deal but their response has just triggerd me this time some of request numbers are 13597059 13702043. 13822708, 13532944. 13532944.

      Hi, My Order # is [protected]. I have ordered "Electrolux 23 litre 23J101 Microwave Oven Convection Microwave". Along with the product "Starter kit" was the freebie which is also offered by Electrolux company (Checked in Local market). When product got delieverd, Freebie was missing. I registered a complain for the same at customer care and they agreed to pay Rs 1000 as compensation instead of freebie. I agreed to have the same in my bank account. I provided my banking details to Snapdeal on 9th Dec 2014. Today is 2nd Jan 2015 and no-body in snapdeal is ready to answer when I will be getting Rs 1000 in bank account neither they are able to provide me the freebie. So Snapdeal is a cheat website. Do not buy from Snapdeal. In this case they are not fulfilling their commitment. Very poor customer service. I have written so many email to Snapdeal, now they do not bother to even reply.             I had bought Philips HD4938 with Non Stick Cookware Set Induction Cooktop in snapdeal on 28-Dec-2014. The order number is [protected]. I shocked when I opened the package as it worst ever packaging. The induction glass top has a long deep scratch. Faulty cookware has been delivered lid doesn't fit to vessel. I had requested for return, attached the pictures of product. But they keep sending me emails 4-5 times with same content as below. I have replied many times still they sending same emails as below. "Dear Kiran, This email is regarding your Order no [protected] We request you to kindly send the pictures of the damaged product, outer Snapdeal and brand packaging of the Damage Parcel within 24 hours for us to be able to follow up with the courier partner. Post validating the images, we will be sending a replacement/refund as soon as the reverse pickup is done. We at our end are trying to resolve your issue at the earliest."

                  Order x box 360 cd for Fifa 15 gave a complaint as we received it that the cd is not working as not valid for Indian region Filled a complaint on mail and phone also they asked for picture but no response from them till now we keep calling them every day and they just say need 24-48 hours to resolve it . Seems cheated they claim easy to return and refund but very bad service as compared to other web sites Have been asking for a rerun and refund but no positive response from them one should ban web sites like this

Seller still have product but you refund why?                         I booked a product as a Diwali gift to my senior colleague "Usha 3209 Ofr Oil Radiator Room Heater" worth Rs 5990 on 16th Oct 2014. As per the expected date, the product was delivered on time on 21st Oct 2014. The product was broken as it is opened on 22nd Oct 2014. I registered a complaint on 22nd Oct 2014 with the option from your website (Return Option) also i mailed with attachment of broken product. On the same day i talked one of your Representative and got a commitment to return the product within 48 Hrs. But i didn't get any response. I got a false mail that, customer wants to retain the product. Immediately i replied on the same mail and again talked to you representative and Senior Supervisor, the said this is the mistake of our courier partner and as the Diwali season is going on so that it happened. Again i got a commitment to return the product next 48 Hrs. Again fail. Dear I can't Explain the whole process (For More Info please goto request number i.e. 10786614 for the complete communications Every time i called on customer support the made a hold for more than one hour every time.. I received always apologies and a commitment for next 48 hrs to return the product. Please return my product as soon as possible as i want buy a new one. But this time i will not buy from your website. I purchased more than Rs 3, 50, 000 from your website within last 4 months.                               I ordered mobile on 10-Oct-2014 with ORDER NO: [protected] and I did cancellation on the same day but it was cancelled on same day however there has been no REFUND even after 2 months. The compliant nos: 11990246 and 14013083. When I called today as on 31-Dec-2014 they said it is under cancellation-What kind of rubbish thing is this? Further I have paid the 2 EMI's with interest and tax, So who will bear these charges.. I called about 50 times and emailed 100 times..But I will spread this in all social sites and even file a case in court in few days

                                  I had placed an order with snapdeal for grey color micromax canvas fire A093 and my order no is[protected], and the same was delivered to my address on 30th.12.2014, upon payment of Rs.5210.But after opening the packet, to my surprise, the phone colour is completely white, which is completely different from the net.

                                    Snapdeal Cheating This is regarding the compliant[protected]product return) request, the sent product is not same as described in the page. I returned the product and got a confirmation that the refund has been initiated but still now the refund of amount and the courier reimbursement doesn't happened, i called customer care several times but i get the same answer every time that we have forwarded the request to the concerned team and wait.                                       i haver ordered samsung galaxy core 2 for Rs.7474, I wanted the delivery of the phone in 2-3 days and your service centre gave me a txt msg on my phone no.[protected] that the delivery would be given in 7-8 days . so i tried to cancel the order on your snapdeal website, but there was no clear response from your side for the cancellation of the product, I have also tried to call on your snapdeal's costumer care no . from which i have dind't got any response.                                         Hey, guyz my name is pavan khatekar and i bought a jaipan jumbo roti maker two month ago its working propery but suddenly this roti maker's down surface is not hotting but upper surface is hotting and i very desopoint because i call snapdeal custmor care they said call the number we give but i call this number and they said this is wrong number and i call the jaipan service center they said please call the sellar but snapdeal custmor care said 24 hours we are solve this problem the order id [protected] and invoice date 5 oct 2014 please solve this problem...
