I have placed the order for Sugar Free Gold 500 Tabs on 18th December 2014 after checking on Snapdeal about the price which was stated as INR 315/=, but they are supplying as INR 299/= (free Delivery). On receipt I paid INR 299/=, but I was shocked to see that MRP on the product is INR 240/=. The invoice vide which I have received this product is attached here-with and the picture of the product MRP INR 240/= is writeen on the product. It's a sheer case of cheating on account of charging more price against the MRP. We trust online purchases but the suppliers should also adhere the purchasing policy. I have written two mails on 23rd Dec and 25th Dec 2014, but there is no reply by the Snap deal. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue.     I had placed my order on 12th Dec for a Microwave - assured delivery date of 24th Dec was provided to me. Sent thru "Gati". I logged a complaint for it on 16th Dec with Snapdeal since I could not even track if it was shipped by the seller. They stopped responding to email follow-ups. I followed up with Gati - the courier service who had an "assured delivery" of 22nd Dec - they are unable to locate the package (size of a microwave, not talking of pens!) in their warehouse - looking for it, hence cannot deliver it to me!!! Snapdeal takes no responsibility of responding to customer emails or following up with the courier - I cannot speak to a supervisor - they are always busy! My experience with Flipkart for a microwave was excellent - delivered within 2 days - this time it was not available hence had to go with Snapdeal but NEVER EVER again! A lot of time and energy wasted apart from inconvenience caused. Of course NO compensation from Snapdeal for this delay - Flipkart compensated me in every case that their shipment did not reach on the date provided at the time of purchasing! Way to go Flipkart!!!

          I bought a product from snapdeal on last October 2013.(Order ID : [protected], Penta WS 707C 2g Calling Tablet Quantity : 1 Unit Price : Rs 6849 Promo Applied : (-) Rs 1 Subtotal : Rs 6848 But from 7/8/2014 this product was not working properly. And some straight line were appearing on the screen of this tab. So I wrote snapdeal to suggest me how I can get the warranty service and from where. Snapdeal suggested me to contact with pantel technologies. As per snapdeals suggestion I mailed my complaint to pantel technologies and they replied me on 2/9/2014 that the product is not new which I bought from snapdeal and also they will not give warranty because snapdeal is not authorised channel partner of pantel technologies. Then I wrote snapdeal about this on 5/09/2014. On 6/09/2014 snapdeal replied " We are sorry you were not satisfied with your order no. [protected] We have initiated the reverse pickup process for the return of the item." Then I send the tablet to snapdeal and customer care representive 'Greig Benjamin' replied onSep 17, 2014 :"Dear Bodhisattya kar, With reference to your complaint number 8512590, we would like to inform that for your order we are INITIATING the REFUND process for order number [protected] . Since you've paid the amount using credit card/debit card/bank account, you’ll receive your amount back to the same account. Please note that your amount will reflect to your bank debit/credit card within next 5-7 working days." On Sept'17, 2014 snapdeal wrote me that they are initiating the refund . On that day I wrote them to refund the amount to my savings a/c because I bought the product with credit card and not using that card currently, it was expired. And I also provided them my savings a/c details. On Sept'18, 2014 snapdeal cancelled the order [protected] and assured me that they will refund amount of Rs.6848. On Sept'22, 2014 snapdeal refunded the courier charge of Rs.150 to my savings a/c and on Sept'24, 2014 I got the courier charge back. From then I have written 17 times to [protected]@snapdeal.com and did conversation with customer representative several times but did not get the refund of Rs.6848. Meantime on 19/11/2014 snapdeal mailed me that they are going to initiate the refund process to my savings a/c and on 03/12/2014 snapdeal send me a text message that they have initiated the refund. Though I did not get the money, at last they confirmed me during conversation over by phone that they did not initiate the refund. And the finance team are looking about this matter . But how much time should I wait to get back my money ? My complaint no is 8512590

            मेरे साथ snapdeal online Shopping कम्पनी ने धोखाधड़ी की है. मेने टेबलेट बुक किया था जिसकी order id. है.               I am here by stating you that I ordered for ecocrystal water treatment geyser water purifier on order no[protected]. But your company sent me a chargeable light . I paid the agreed amount of rs.746/-and taken the delivery.but after opening the package I was shocked because i found the above said torch which I need not want. And it may cost maximum 75. rupees. The invoice copy is containing the original product which I have orderd. but item which is sent is wrong. Why should you cheat like this?.I am decided to not to purchase any articles through online in future. May I expect any damage cost from you ? or replacement of item which I have been ordered...

                i had purchase the quantum foresight black titanium frame, order no. [protected] from snapdeal on 3rd nov 2014. they delivered product on 12thnov that was badly damaged and was total fake product named odessey. and after request for reverse pickup company sayin within 2 days your reverse pickup will b arranged.. within last 45 days i am only requesting.. no reverse pickup arranger by company and no replacement done yet.. in 45 days i complained 8 times. still no reaction. and sent 12 request from snapdeal mobile app. everytime they r saying within 2 days within 2 days... giving reason that no courior service and no reversepickup available at my place.. in fact all leading courion brand available at my place... olease do the needful in this case. thanking you pritesh prakash jain [protected]

                  Hi Guys, I have ordered a watch worth 9000, On 13 of DEC and delivery commitment is 17 of DEC. But i did not received my product till now its 27 of DEC. I have keep on calling to Delhivery people who suppose to delivery my product (http://www.delhivery.com/index.html). The response is worst no one picks the call. Even if they pick gives the wrong commitments. The answer will be same It's going to delivered tomorrow. I am not sure the product is going to exchange or the product is genuine or not. The product is in Delhi from 5 days as per the tracking status and they did not get time to delivery to Gurgaon. They are saying they are busy with operational issues.                     I older a product in Snapdeal.com on 10th Dec and the company mentioned to me the product will be delivered by 17th of Dec. Later the delivery date is keep changing, first it become 21st dec and now its 29th dec. I tried reaching to the company multiple times but there is no positive response. Company representative is telling to wait. I asked for cancellation of product and refund of the money. But company is not ready to do that and asked me to wait for 48 hrs. After 48 hours, as there is no progress on the product, i called company again today but now they are telling to wait for 72 hrs. No confirmation on delivery or cancellation of product. How can I get my money back? Also due to such fraud use case, can I get compensation from such company? Is there any law to close such fraudent companies? As the size of the product was not suitable so I requested for different size and as they dont had that size they asked me to return the same to their given adress. On 20th October I speed posted the product to their adress and as the post office complaint says it's delivered tto them on 24th October and still they people are saying that they haven't received my parcel and not refunding my money. First of all i would like to tell you that from now onwards i wont ever use snapdeal and i will let my friends and colleagues know about the fraud snapdeal is performing 1- Order number [protected] i ordered "Vibes Pink Pure Georgette Semi Stitched Embroidered Anarkali Salwar Suit" and i recieved the wrong color also the quality of the product is cheaper than a roadside product. i am attaching an image for your reference. i have requested a return for the same and even delivered the product but i haven't been contacted by snapdeal yet even once. 2- order number [protected] The product which i ordered and received is "Good Girl Black Designer Wear Anarkali Salwar Suit" but the problem is same lowest quality ever. But the real problem is that i have requested for return and i haven't got a return form by email yet. i have raised a complaint against the same 4 times but all i get is an email saying "We are writing to inform you that we are working on your request to update you at the earliest. We do appreciate hearing from our customers, as their comments are vital for us to continue improving our services. Please note the below mentioned complaint number for your future reference." here are the complaint numbers regarding the same issue 13794293 13804537 The worst part is that Snapdeal is doing fraud in the name of service... i haven't been contacted even once in last 7-8 days The customer care number you provided on your stupid snapdeal wbsite is always switched off. How should i contact you. and even if i contact you, you are not ready to reply. Sunday 28/12/14 will be the last day for returning the order as i received the product on 22/12/14. what is your problem, why are you not sending me the return form of the product so that i could courier you your low quality products back to you. if i dont get any help from your side i will not stay back for taking any LEGAL ACTIONS against you Now please dont say that you are getting so many orders so it was a mistake and please dont give any excuses. If you are providing any service and you cant handle it then just increase the man power. And still if you cant handle the traffic just close your company SNAPDEAL.com.                                 Dear Forum, i have ordered a Bajaj 25L Shakti Glass Lined Geyser on 11th of Dec and received after some 10 days. But after fixing it is not working. You have sent me a Geyser which is not working. please give me new one or return my money.                                   I Ordered a 48inch LED television from "Snapdeal" on 12 th Dec(can see in screen short).Before ordering i checked the availability on their website and also i had called "Snapdeal" customer care near about 10 time to confirm the price and availability of product (48h6400-Samsung) at my location (Pune). All the customer executives told that its available and price is 55220 Rs/- and can be delivered at my place on or before 22nd December. So I order the 48 inch TV (48h6400-Samsung) @ 55220/- rs Through Credit card on 12 December as see in the screen shot . After tracking for "Shipping Details" details for next day, Snapdeal Statuses says "Order is processed" along with 1. Order Confirmed .2. Order successfully placed. 3. Your Order is processed by the seller. 4. Your Order is being verified. After few days say on 19th Dec i again called call center to confirm my order status, They told that its in process and will be delivered at my place on or before 22nd. In between on 15 Dec my Credit card bill was generated and the 1st Installation on TV was generated. Suddenly on 20 Dec in morning i got message on my mobile saying that my order has been cancelled with out any reason. On same day i called in morning i called the customer support Snapdeal they say sorry and disconnected my call.Again later in evening i called the customer support they told sorry (all apologies and stuff ) and said that we cant do any thing .They said that the product is now not available with the dealer, and your money will be refunded. From 12th Dec to 20th Dec they just kept the customer (that's me) in hope that the product will be delivered, and later 20th to 25 th Dec they take time for refunding to my bank. In all if you observer 12th to 25 Dec they just using customer money and disappointing the customer feeling. I would say that these guys just not caring for customers, and i would like to take action against Snapdeal for cheating customer .I RECOMEND THAT DO NOT TRUST ON SNAPDEAL, THINK BEFORE YOU BUY.
                                  Really fake offers. strongly agreed. They should be "STRONGLY PUNISHED".

                                    Product was delivered damaged condition by snapdeal and continuously they have promised for reverse pickup but it does not happen till date, another wrong product was delivered and i was not informed about product and not acknowledged the receiving of product when i requested for refund snapdeal updated about delivery of product and not provided refund please suggest what step i can take to get my refund.

                                        I orders this product on dec 2014.On that day itself they updated the site that product will be shipped on 11 dec. I waited till 15 dec.Then I called them to know why it is not. shipped yet.They said some issue with courier service.So I asked them to cancel the product as I ordered this one as a gift to my brother on his birthday 18th dec. They said they will cancel it. So from 15 dec I'm waiting for a cancellation they haven't cancelled it yet.after cancellation also I have to wait to 7 days for getting my money back. Beautiful customer service isn't. it??? So guys any body who need his product on time, or who need his money back fast if you cancel, or if you need a genuiene product simply don't order from snapdeal as they are the first among the worst in delivering the product on time, quality or cancel on time. They don't know what is customer satisfaction means, even they don't care about customer. iam moving to court to get my money back as I orderd this product on emi.if my refund is not done in . more days I have to pay the creditcard billing amount.. So once again snapdealll for this much of trouble for the first shoping from your site.
