Hi My name Charan Thej Singh, I haved booked Micromax Canvas Turbo A250 On 13 Dec 2014 in Snapdeal.com, My order Id - [protected], On 22 Dec 2014 i received the product which is used already and charger and headphone is too dirty, it seems they have used months together, I called up customer care they asked me to send snaps of it, I sent too, later when ever i call customer care they are saying wait for 48 hours, later server down, I dont feel they are trying for return back, Its really disgusting to me for keep on calling customer care, Kindly file a case and help me out.     I placed the order of 3 travel charger on my order number [protected]. I received only 3 charger box one is ok 2nd is not working and 3rd is empty. I logged the complain in the office of the sneapdeal your one executive is come and pick up the 3 trvel charger box. Sneapdeal send the one charger box only kindly send the remaining 2 chargers for the same. I am also attcahing the photoes and i already paid 570 rs but you send onle charger and i am paid 3 charger rupees MOHD IMRAN KHAN

      Dear Sir, I had ordered a Edifier DA5000PRO 5.1 Speaker System, and received the product on 22nd Night without the following items 1. woofer - speaker connectivity wires, 2. A/V cables, 3. remote 4.manual and warrenty card. ORDER DETAILS:; ORDER ID:: [protected] SUB ORDER ID:: [protected] COURIER NAME FEDEX_SURFACE PRODUCT RECEIVED AT 19:15 ON 22ND DEC'14 As soon as noticed, i made a complaint at snapdeal([protected]) on the same day 22nd Dec. After a long wait they asked me to forward the snapshots of the product which I received, and thus I had as that. On 26th Dec they made a mail stating that they provided Brand seal packed product with all the accessories intact inside the sales package which Brand provides. If it was a brand 1 how can these things go wrong failing My Speaker system useless to work. And also for a new branded sub woofer, it will have a plastic cover wrapped on the push buttons of sub woofer, which I dont..?         My name is PIYUSH PAREKH and i m from mumbai. My Snapdeal complain no is -.13015027 I ordered dymatize elite whey protein 10lbs. on website they were showing that the products are 100% original. but the product recived was damaged and i have returned back to them they have recived. From last one month i am waiting for my refund. 10-15 times i sent my bank details to [protected]@snapdeal.com but still they didnt refund my amount. i have no option left behind. PLS DONT BUY ANYTHNG FROM SNAPDEAL .

            Email sent on 14 Dec : Hi Snapdeal Helpdesk, I have just received the Order for the Mobile cover with order id # [protected] and product code as # [protected] about 10-15 minutes back by your courier person and wanted to see the product before opening the same but the courier guy refused saying its a closed cod parcel . Anyways we have taken the delivery for the same, but we are utterly disappointed by the quality of the product as its seems to be something which you get on the roadside stalls . It looked very atractive and eye catching on your website and so we were compelled to make this purchase . And i am sorry to say the plastic quality also seems to be of very low quality . Hence please help me out with your return procedures and initiate the same immediately as i am unable to do so from under My account page . ############################################################################### Email sent on 21 Dec : It seems that you guys at snapdeal are not bothered at all to your customer complaints and dont reply to the emails sent 3-4 days back to get the product returned .               I have ordered pen drive 16 gb (Order id [protected]) on 16-dec-2014.At the time of order it was showing deliver on 23-dec-2014.Still date they have not delivered the product nor refunded my money back.I have contact snapdeal so many times many complains and also told them to cancel my order and refund my money back but no solution.Their delivery dates changes automatically every time further on a new date.And whenever i contact them they just email me back we are working on it.

                This is Sathish Kumar. User of snapdeal for the past 4 years. This is the first time i am raising a complaint mail with the hope that this issue will be resolved as per snapdeal terms & condition.

                Issue:

                I have ordered Apple Laptop on 17th Feb with 87% offer, Order No : [protected]

                Today, I got a mail from Snapdeal stating that my order cancelled due to stock issues, yet i am able to see the same product available in snapdeal.

                Product Availability on 21st Feb 15:

                When snapdeal says that my order is cancelled due to product unavailability, then snapdeal.com should also reflect the same. But instead product is still available to buy on site. So the reason for my order cancellation stated by snapdeal is not true.

                @SNAPDEAL:
                So, I need a valid reason and explanation for my order cancellation. If i do not get a valid reason from snapdeal team on this issue within maximum two business days, i will be logging a complaint with consumer court stating that "snapdeal promises fake offers".

                    OK, So I thought I should use the 100rs BookMyShow voucher offer currently on Snapdeal.com. I downloaded the app and signed in the app on 24th December, 14. T&C says you'll receive the voucher within 24hrs. No voucher till 25th, I opened a ticket in Snapdeal.com support and an executive replied with few more T&C. I called again on 26th and one of the executive asked me to download the BookMyShow app which is not even mentioned anywhere. Still, I downloaded the app and signed in again, no sign of any voucher. I again emailed at [protected]@snapdeal.com and no one bothered to reply, again on 27th I emailed [protected]@snapdeal.com and again I got an email saying, "Sorry for you inconvenience. We have raised a complaint...blah..blah..." Didn't expect such an irresponsible behavior from a company so good as Snapdeal.com. Companies promoting such offers should know that its not like you are giving away free vouchers to people and if you don't come up with such offers people will stop watching movies, its something you are doing for your benefit, for increasing user acquisitions.

                      I have ordered the product on Dec 8th and estimated delivery date was on Dec 17th but the product was not delivered until Dec 19th so we have not received the product and hence cancelled the order asking for the refund. Snap deal has informed us the refund would be provided within 5 to 6 working days but still now we have not received any refund and snap deal customer care is saying that they are investigating the case and escalating the case but no use as i am not getting the amount refunded after plenty of calls to snap deal.Please help me with this.

                        I have order Jixing Acoustic Guitar with order number : [protected] on 21st, December 2014 and got delivered on Wed Dec 24 15:27:00 IST 2014, When i opened the package i found it was a damage product delivered to me, On the very same day i filed a replacement complaint on Wed 24 Dec 2014 with Ticket Id : 13742482, Courier Name:NUVO-PUNE. The courier company said will pick up within 48 hrs, I got a sms on 26-Dec-2014 mentioning "Your Snapdeal reverse pickup order SDN0301775, is out for pickup Yogesh Pande, Mob- [protected] this should be picked up today ", i called Yogesh he said he wont pick up as his area of pick up is not as per my address. I called customer care, they did not listened to me and said today it will be picked up, i waited and waited but they did not picked up, again today that is on 27-Dec-2014 i received the same sms mentioning "Your Snapdeal reverse pickup order SDN0301775, is out for pickup Yogesh Pande, Mob- [protected] this should be picked up today", i called up Yogesh again and the same story repeated, he said that is not area of pick up. I called up and complaint customer care about the same but no resolution, customer care is constantly saying they will pick up today and they say this everyday but didn't picked up. I request you to replace my product by Tuesday 30-Dec-2014 otherwise you have to pay me the penalty for keeping my money in your account for number of days without any cause and without proving me the service for which i have paid you. I have couple or order with you, if not received the replaced product by mentioned date i'll return all your product mentioning not satisfied. Everyday i receive sms that today it will be picked up but not picking, For the last 5 days i have been contacting snapdeal customer care but none is in mood to resolve my issue. Im frustrated please hep me out. Cant take any more.

                            Product purchased by the order [protected] a pen with spy camera was returned by me and within stipulated time it was returned .the courier receipt was mailed to snapdeal They had given me corior charges rs 130 as refund to me but still date the base prise of pen rs 589 is not refunded even after constant follow up by me by mobile and mail also.                                   I have placed the order for Sugar Free Gold 500 Tabs on 18th December 2014 after checking on Snapdeal about the price which was stated as INR 315/=, but they are supplying as INR 299/= (free Delivery). On receipt I paid INR 299/=, but I was shocked to see that MRP on the product is INR 240/=. The invoice vide which I have received this product is attached here-with and the picture of the product MRP INR 240/= is writeen on the product. It's a sheer case of cheating on account of charging more price against the MRP. We trust online purchases but the suppliers should also adhere the purchasing policy. I have written two mails on 23rd Dec and 25th Dec 2014, but there is no reply by the Snap deal. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue.                                     I had placed my order on 12th Dec for a Microwave - assured delivery date of 24th Dec was provided to me. Sent thru "Gati". I logged a complaint for it on 16th Dec with Snapdeal since I could not even track if it was shipped by the seller. They stopped responding to email follow-ups. I followed up with Gati - the courier service who had an "assured delivery" of 22nd Dec - they are unable to locate the package (size of a microwave, not talking of pens!) in their warehouse - looking for it, hence cannot deliver it to me!!! Snapdeal takes no responsibility of responding to customer emails or following up with the courier - I cannot speak to a supervisor - they are always busy! My experience with Flipkart for a microwave was excellent - delivered within 2 days - this time it was not available hence had to go with Snapdeal but NEVER EVER again! A lot of time and energy wasted apart from inconvenience caused. Of course NO compensation from Snapdeal for this delay - Flipkart compensated me in every case that their shipment did not reach on the date provided at the time of purchasing! Way to go Flipkart!!!

                                        I HAD PLACED AN ORDER FOR A MOBILE ON 17 TH DEC AND MADE AN ADVANCE PAYMENT. ITS BEEN 12 DAYS AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PRODUCT. HAVE CALLED THE CUSTOME CARE SEVERAL TIMES BUT ALL THEY CAN SAY IS THAT "WE'LL GIVE THE STATUS WITHIN 48 WORKING HOURS". ITS MY SECOND EXPERIENCE WITH 'SNAPDEAL' AND I HAVE NO QUALMS STATING THAT 'FLIPKART' IS A THOUSAND TIMES BETTER PLATFORM. I WILL NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE ORDER ANYTHING FROM 'SNAPDEAL' AGAIN.
