    I had given an order Microsoft Lumia 535 on 25th December. It has already been 10 days and at least shipment has not been done. What do you expect from me?? To wait a month or more?? If the same had been ordered in flipkart, i would have got my phone in at most 5 days. My order number is [protected] and Suborder ID : [protected]. I truly didnt expect this from snapdeal. Hope you look into this matter and take action or else i would have to cancel the order and place the same in another site.       I brought a electronic product on 28th Nov. Since i face some issue with that product and created a Return request for it. NOTE: While placing the return request i got a message like"Request to visit the nearest service center incase of any issue". Actually this product was covered under TrustPay. I made return request on the very next day the product received. I was really shocked on getting the above NOTE was the message. Somehow after some long struggle i returned the product to their courier to 11 th dec at the sametime they have sent me a bank details form. I have filled and submitted that too. After 7 business days still i didn't get any sort of refund initation message from them. So called the executive and spoke to them. Here they asked me to wait still 7 business days. So again i reached the customer care for the 2nd time. He simply raised a complaint against it:13171310 and assured me that the refund could be initated in next 1 or 2 business days. Days has been keep on passed. But still i didn't get any refund initation from snapdeal. So i called the customer care team for the 3th time on 2nd Jan 2015. That executive again asked me to wait for 7 business days. I was frustrated after hearing the statement yet again. So i simply asked a question to the executive, what is stopping you to make my refund process to be delayed. But unfortunately he is also unanswerable he simply ask me to wait. I really frustrated and i am planned to posted/shared all this comment to the max social network also to my colleague. Myself i am working on a product based company. I made purchasal for products across all the ecommerce sites. But the Bottom Line is" This the Worst ecommerce service experience which i never gone through"

          I had ordered a Nike shoe for my husband .However the product I received is fake Nike and the website is mentioned as www.nikebetterwold.com. The box carries a bar code of an Amazon.com product. Further, the supplier is clearly evading VAT as Tax is shown collected but the TIN is shown as not applicable. I wonder how Snapdeal is dealing with IPR violations and tax evasion. It is serious and needs to be investigated for IPR violation, VAT evasion and maybe even customs duty evasion besides cheating by Snapdeal.I Propose to lodge a legal complaint against snap deal and the supplier.

                    I ordered for a camera with Snapdeal ( Order no.[protected] ) on 23.12.2014 and made full payment on that day. But so far I have not received the goods. Later i was informed that the order has been cancelled by them, reasons for which is best known to them only. I am yet to get the goods or the refund even after 10 days since making full payment.

                            My name is Heena Girishbhai Panchal and my number is +91 [protected].On 31st December 2014 someone called me as bank of baroda’s manager he told me that your debit card of bank of baroda is blocked so you need to provide me some information of your debit card so we can generate new debit card and send it to your doorstep. So I just provide them all information and then they took total 86, 285 INR. From debit card. As per bank’s statement the transaction of Rs, 29, 808(Time – 00:13:33) was done through SNAPDEAL.COM. So i just called SNAPDEAL CUSTOMER CARE to cancel that order.customer executive told me they need some information like order id, registered email id, registerd mobile number and transaction id. so i told them that this transaction is done by unknown person so i have only transaction id and i gave them that transaction id.but i did not got the perfect answer by SNAPDEAL CUSTOMER CARE. they every time told me that this transaction id is invalid. I mean how can this possible...???? I think snapdeal does not want to cancel this fraud transaction. I have already sent to snapdeal([protected]@snapdeal.com) my bank statement, soft copy of crimebranch complaint but still i m not getting the perfect answer from them and they still telling me that they can not cancel that order. shame on you people... I have already filled complaint against that unkwon person and i have all the phone recording so i will fill comlaint against snapdeal in my area's police station and also fill complaint in cosumer forum for cheating. so still i request snapdeal to cancel this order and refund my hard earned money. As i am going to live media against you and i have all recordings of phone calls.Still hope you will be honest and will refund my money in next 24 hours else it will be clear message that your company is fake and will post on google to block that site.                             Hello friends,

                            My wife and I had extremely harrowing experiences with SNAPDEAL and wish to draw your attention. First off, Snapdeal is a fraudulent online market that has dubious, wishywashy and non-uniform polices and the sellers on this website are pretty unscrupulous.

                            My wife purchased Queen size comforters from Snapdeal website twice. On both the occasions, we found that the length of comforters was five inches shorter in length than what has been described on their website. We had to return both the items as it did not serve our purpose and had left us disappointed.

                            I purchased a large appliance from them and at least 3 features described on Snapdeal website were missing in the product sent to us. The model number was correct but did not have the features described on Snapdeal website. The description of the appliance was purposefully exaggerated and was that of a high end model. After much deliberation, they accepted their mistake and agreed to take it back. I had to undergo the pain of getting it re-packed and delivering it to them through an ill-behaved courier agent of Snapdeal. I must mention that during my conversation with the customer care staff and a senior executive of Snapdeal for a grave mistake on their part, their response was indifferent, unprofessional and unapologetic. They tried to divert the issue initially by giving lame excuses trying to hoodwink me and were talking with airs. In the end, I wasted my precious time for 3 weeks trying to buy stuff, return them and get my money back.

                            Please be aware that Snapdeal DOES NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DESCRIPTION GIVEN ABOUT ANY OF THE STUFF ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE. They can only offer countless apologies like ROBOTS but never genuinely help or compensate any loss caused by stating that a compensation policy does not exist. I am sure many of the Snapdeal agents would track this review online and counter argue that either these were few of the unfortunate cases or that such a incident never happened. In fact, I must state here that many of my office colleagues had bad experiences with Snapdeal and are unhappy with them. I have narrated my experience to all my relatives and friends who agreed with us that we have been unnecessarily harassed. We have decided never to shop from Snapdeal.

                            Please avoid buying from Snapdeal at all costs.

                              i had ordered a pair of Sparx robust black shoes order I'd [protected] against which I got a dirty and used shoe. This was a rude shock to me when I opened the box. On bringing it to the notice of Snapdeal, it was plain simple apology. The courier of Snapdeal then refused to pick up the product from my doorstep and asked me to get it down till the main gate. Anyway, he came back the next day after complaints. Now I have been waiting for my refund for almost a month and I hear nothing else other than apologies every time I follow up but no solution. I would urge everybody else reading this to learn from this experience and abandon Snapdeal who is taking consumers and their hard earned money for granted. I would request this forum to help me get my refund at the earliest. Thanks.

                                It is quite pathetic the kind of cheating racket is being run by snap deal on ecommerce level, the company is taking the liberty of cheating the public by fraudulently using the money for months time and then refunding it back on national level this may be amounting in millions. I am going to the length and breath of bringing this to the notice of government agencies to terminate the license of such ecommerce company who deliberately cheat the consumer for their vested interest . There was no reason for the courier company to make several attempts as the product was not available with Snap deal itself, the courier company is also bogus as the numbers are never reachable it is well design cheating company hand in gloves with the courier company. Mr Bansal and Mr kohli should start reverse count down as they are not going to survive for long. I purchased online sketchers shoues on 11/12/2014 against snapdeal order number [protected], they kept promising delivery before 22/12/2014, after my repeated follow up they promised 2nd january on second they send a no reply mail that their courier company could not deliver hence the order stands cancelled and the refund will reflect in my account after7 days, when they id not have the product they clearly should not have taken up the order after using my money for a months time they are saying they will refund my payment i think a strict action should be taken against snap deal

                                  Hello All, I order a cell phone from SnapDeal of around worth Rs 14000 from HSBC credit card in June 14. The offer was 10% cash back in form of SD cash which will be valid for 6 months. I got the cash back in term of SD cash but this was elapsed in 1 month without any Notice. I am following up from Oct 14 with SnapDeal but not getting proper response. The offer details can seen at http://www.snapdeal.com/offers/hsbc-june14 and still they have started the same offer again.                                     hey guys i already have complained one but dont know why not showing here any way i purchased a product from snapdeal order id is [protected], order date 7th, December 2014, these slow people deliverd it on 14th december and one product (Softwear Green Denim Slim Jeggings Combo Of 2) was defected any way i requested a return their person collected it on 16th december but still no sd cash or refund i have complained more than 7 times but everytime their answer is same that we are working on it from last 13-14 days in tracking i fouind the product has already been reached at their place long ago but still nothing happened ..please just tell me how to file a case against them, nothing more i want, money is not a big deal but their response has just triggerd me this time some of request numbers are 13597059 13702043. 13822708, 13532944. 13532944.

                                      Hi, My Order # is [protected]. I have ordered "Electrolux 23 litre 23J101 Microwave Oven Convection Microwave". Along with the product "Starter kit" was the freebie which is also offered by Electrolux company (Checked in Local market). When product got delieverd, Freebie was missing. I registered a complain for the same at customer care and they agreed to pay Rs 1000 as compensation instead of freebie. I agreed to have the same in my bank account. I provided my banking details to Snapdeal on 9th Dec 2014. Today is 2nd Jan 2015 and no-body in snapdeal is ready to answer when I will be getting Rs 1000 in bank account neither they are able to provide me the freebie. So Snapdeal is a cheat website. Do not buy from Snapdeal. In this case they are not fulfilling their commitment. Very poor customer service. I have written so many email to Snapdeal, now they do not bother to even reply.
