Hi Snapdeal Team, Yet another disaster and disappointment from SnapDeal. I have ordered Skullcandy S2SBFY058 earphone online last Friday 10th July 2015. As I am already aware that there are many cases about not delivering genuine products by Snapdeal. That's why immediately after placing the order I have called onto Customer Care of Snapdeal to know about what needs to be done if the product is not going to be genuine or os going to have some faults. Siraj was the customer care who attended the call. Yesterday 14th July 2015; I have received the product and guess what, same thing happened that was expected from SnapDeal. First I have ordered for Skullcandy S2SBFY058, but the product box states its S2PGFY-310 and you will laugh when i will say that the invoice states that the product is S2SBFY058. When I have unboxed I found that the earphone was not even skullcandy genuine. It was a duplicate china product with no standard at all. To testify same I have attached 5 photos. Along with complete refund, i want to know why you Snapdeal entertains such seller. I want to know what action you are going to take against such seller. I have raised complaint against Snapdeal over Akosha and Consumer Forum as well.     Dear Friends, I would like to share the most horrible experience. I have ordered F&D F6000U 5.1 Speaker System of Snapdeal Order No. [protected] on 2nd July 2015 and got text confirmation on 3rd July 2015 that my order is ready with seller & will be shipped anytime within 12 hrs. After that when I have raised my complaint on various levels then I got to know that my order has transferred from the original seller that took on 1st place to another seller who is from another state. Since the date I did not receive any further confirmation or my product.After making several calls to the customer care I was told that snapdeal cannot do anything once the product is shipped from their place!!! .Its almost 13 days and I wondered how many days it will take to deliver my order to my home even I am living in most approachable city Delhi not in abroad. I am so much disappointed from snapdeal because of to much delay unreasonable services that I am experiencing. Now I am going to take a legal actions against snapdeal. I would request to all my friends to never look for snapdeal any more. I've never experienced such plight because of worst, pathetic service. They always given false promises whenever I have tried to complaint. It would be better to choose another online service provider instead of Snapdeal.com

      i am vishu i ordered a iphone 6 16gb space gray from snapdeal. yesterday i received the iphone 6 16gb by the courier. but after opened the box the colour was change the colour was gold.i ordered space grey.so i registered the complain in snapdeal and his customer care number.but no response or any giving massage on my email id or phone.pls kindly to rearrange my phone immediately.soon as possible.so i wish to consider my problem and take an action on it currently.

                  Snapdeal with the ordered ID- [protected] and was delivered as promised. The jeans which I ordered was skinny fit, what I received is straight fit. Though I didn' t receive what I ordered for, I still wanted to retain the product as I am satisfied with the quality. Coming the issue, the T- shirt which I ordered had two kind of sleeves (left sleeve is absolutely fine where as the right one is a bit short and tight), I raised a complaint regarding in this and asked for replacement. Immediately I got notification stating that it would be picked- up on the same day i.e, on July 6, but the pick -up didn 't happen as promised . Very next day I called on their contact number and asked for pick- up to be done from an alternative address, I was informed that they would try their best to arrange from the alternate address . Pick- up didn 't happen. Next day I called again regarding the same issue, I was assured that pick- up would happen that day, same thing happened even on that day. After that I left hopes on calling on contact number, so sent email thinking that atleast they provide a better assistance. But they are worst than voice . Asking for order ID, exact issue repeatedly even though I have provided everything (I was contacting them through APP, without filling all the details, it cant be sent at all). There is no proper response to the queries, all they send is same kind of stuff (copy and paste). Pick- up isn't done even today, issue was raised on July 6, 2015. Below are the reference numbers which is received- 03785682, 03785767, 03785962, 03786096, 03786242, 03786242, 03787112, 03787190 and 03787512 . They are just playing around with the customers who fall prey for their fake offers.

                        i have ordered m2 infocus two handset on 9th july with 90% discounted price and both order was placed successfully.and on snapdeal website it was showing that my order will reach to me between period of 13th july 2015 to 16th july 2015.after one day sanpdeal mail me that my both of ordered are cancelled and they give reason on first email that was... 1.your order is cancelled because of infocus m2 is out of stock and we can't deliver your product because of not availability of stock. 2.another day which was second day 11th jully i saw on website they are selling infocus m2 and it was not out of stock. 3.when i mail them that product is available and you say that it was out of stock that's why you cancelled my order than they again mail me with their lame excuse------ 4.we are sorry for not delivering your product because their was typing error on the website and it was technical problem. 5.i again send them message they again message me making new excuse that we cannot send your product because the product we have cancelled was not available with the particular sailer and the product they are selling now on snapdeal was selling with another seller i say that you have to send me that product with another sailler but they refuse me . 6.i had mail him so many message they are mailing me same message every time and not giving my product . 7 i am fed of with these please do something i want my both product with same 90% discounted price please give me justice . 8.i give them option that if they deliver only one product instead of two product which i ordered than it is ok for me but they refuse. 9.when they say that product is out of stock than i say please send me canvas spark instead of infocus m2 because i have to gift this smartphone to my litlle brother whom i have promise to give infocus m2 . 10. they are not ready to do anything please i want my product they are big cheater, they are spoiling indian comani's name. 11.i am tired of mailing them still find no solution, i am fed of with them, i want my both products with same ordered which i pay already . 12. i had paid them already still they are not ready to deliver my product please do some leagal action against them. i want my prodcut. 13.i have 4 pics of my two ordered but i am not able to load them we can load only one pic so that i have made atttachment . 14.see the attached photo. 15.please do leagal action on them

                        my concern is not resolved how you could delibrately assume that my concern is resolved you people are cheaters, big cheaters .you are not giving my product .Is any here to take legal action on snapdeal they are not providing me product which i had ordered and instead of processing my product they cancelled and quickly refund my money for the product which i had got 90% discount .you people are such and no one is doing anything in this forum than why you make this forum to reply sit by snapdeal byself...now they cheated and refund my money i bear 10000 rs loss .and no one is here to hear my voice and take legal action forum and people .how could you cancelled anyone product which he had placed and successfully paid .

                        i am fed up from your lame excuses and here nobody is taking anyaction only snapdeal himself say for reply that sir we think your problem is resolved .!!
                        you had not resolve my problem and did not deliver my product and making excuse himself that you had resolved my problem snapdeal .thiefs, cheaters.

I called customer care & they informed that the order is out of stock. whereas the odder was available in the website. They do not have any answer to say why order was cancelled & the money was deducted from my account. When I asked for the compliant e-mail, they told they do not have any email in which I can submit a complaint..

                                    First you send me a completely wrong product on a paid purchase, then after 3 days you take it back then your representatives tell me they can not sent me what I paid for until 3, 4 days which will again take 5, 6 days to ship and they were not sure if I will get what I ordered depending on the availability. And then finally they just send me a message that your refund has been initiated when I have constantly asked for the product I ordered. What the f-uk is this, If I don't get what I paid for I will make sure nobody close or not so close to me never ever think of Snapdeal. Order ID [protected]

                                      I request all the reader to suggest me a better solution in my case with snapdeal. I purchased HTC Mobile model Desire 826 16 GB on 26th may 2015 and received the same on 31th may 2015. In the last days of June the touch screen has started giving problem. Since HTC service centre is not in my town (Solapur), I have to travel 250 Km to Pune. On 3rd of July I went to the HTC service station. Where I come to know that the product given to me is not from proper channel, and according to them the mobile should be at Delhi. So they cannot provide any services to me. I told them since it is an original piece purchased from snapdeal how you can refuse to service it? Since I had travelled only for repairing of the phone, I told to them to repair my phone with charges. Still they refused to do anything. At the same time an other fellow came with same model and his piece was replaced instantly. From 3rd of July I am contacting Snap deal on phone and mail.(ref. #[protected] I am getting a very prompt reply from snapdeal . After my each call 2 to 3 different executives call me and say, Sir, your problem is genuine and we are sorry for the inconvinenince caused. We are escalating your problem and we will provide the precise solution within 48 hours. Till date the 48 hours are not over and I am waiting for next call from higher authorities of snapdeal for a call saying your matter is escalated .

                                        Snapdeal.com - Cancelled processed item after one day by Snapdeal. Vijay on Jul 09, 2015 I ordered an Infocus m2 for a discount of 90%, order is placed, payment by COD, it got processed, intimated product coming in 3-6 days, we know it will come in 2 days. They cancelled it after two days on 11th. What about our value, i intimated my friends and family that we are getting a new product with snapdeal with a great offer. Snapdeal fooling customers by this kind of false offers.If you can't fulfill the orders just don't fool customers like this and what's the problem with the order let me know why you have cancelled.
