[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Cash back not receive | |||
On 10 Aug 2015, I purchased SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND MAX 16GB from snap deal. There was an offer of 10% cashback if a transaction made by ICICI bank but, till date I didn't receive that cashback. Now, almost 8 months over. I called many times as well as email support team. They just told me to keep patience our team will provide you that cash back. Such hopeless. May 10, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Snapdeal contacted me after raising a complaint in this social forum.
They called and emailed me several time for giving updates.
Actually, they don't have any tracking. After providing my 10 months bank statement they agree to give cash back.
But, I think it is wrong why should consumer provide his bank statement.
Anyway finally, I got my cash back.
