I am happy to inform that i have received the refund from snapdeal today,
I believe if consumer complaint forum have not intervened, this wouldn't have been possible.
For all snapdeal customers out there, please don't fall for the unbelievable insane discounted products in snapdeal, they are 100 fake products.
it may not be the fault of snapdeal . because snapdeal being just a, market place, they may not have a proper mechanism to find out how authentic their sellers are, but it is costing to lose a lot of customers.
Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
