Hi Team, I ordered "Ekvira Tower Fan White" from snapdeal on 8th may 2015 and i received the product on 12th may (before estimated time) but when i checked the product it was damaged that fan was making soooo weird sound that we were not able to kept it on for even 2 seconds. on same day i called on snapdeal's customer care number, i asked executive to connect me with senior person & he connected me with one of the floor in-charge. i explained him all the concern & he said that my product wil be get replaced. he said that product will be get picked up by their courier partner within 3 working days and den it will take another 4-7 working days to get me replaced product. i informed him i want that product in urgent basis and also shared that why i want in urgent basis (basically i ordered that product for my 2 months old nephew, its summer time and if it will take soo much time to get replaced den it will be very difficult for that baby, i literally begged him for early replacement). so that guy told me that in this case he is escalating this issue on priority basis and my product wil be get picked up in next day itself or early morning of 2nd day. he said he will be der in loop etc etc... i was very happy and even i had given him positive feedback for how he interacted with me. Now the second & most harassing part. Next day in morning i received a text msg from courier company named "Nuvoex" that "your snapdeal reverse pickup order is out for pick by Mr deepak kolapte". they had mentioned deepak's number. in evening i called deepak and asked why product is not picked up, he said he is not a concern person and i have to call at der office number. 1st day went. again 2nd day i received same msg from courier company with deepak's number. that they also they didn't picked my product. Again i called on snapdeal's customer care number i interacted with Mr sachin (another flr in-charge) i tolled him everything he said the same thing that process is of 3 days and he had escalated the issue on priority basis and tomorrow (i.e 3rd day) product will be get picked up. 3rd day. I got the same msg from courier company after sometime i received a call from snapdeals logistic team. that executive told me to pack the product & be ready my product will be picked up within 3 working days from today bcuz courier company has rejected my request and now he have to re-scheduled m revere pick .(I was soo frustrated hearing that) i told him that it was supposed to be picked up in one day as you people had escalated the issue its already 3 days and now you are telling me for more 3 days. he replied sooo rudely that "my job is to inform you, i dont now what you interacted with inbound team"..he was talking sooo rudely. now it will take 5 days to get my product pickedup (keeping weekends in mind) den 4-7 days to get replaced product. so in total it will be 14-15 days. its not the first time that snapdeal are harassing customers. 1st snapdeal retail partner are sooo cheap that they sends damaged product, 2nd the "courier partner" they are soo useless that they dont even receive the calls and dat courier guy. that hole was near to my area but didn't came at my place. you guys are pooping money of customers and likes of softbank & Nexus As have informed that this product was for my nephew and thats why i want this to be picked up before Sunday and i want replaced product asap. if i dont receive my product on monday or Tuesday i wont hesitate to file a complaint on consumer forum.

    We ordered a mobile for Rs. 6999 from snapdeal.com on 8th April 2015. On 14th April 2015 we got mail from snapdeal cancelling our order because o[censored]navailability of the product and confirming the refund of money within 4-5 business days. Its now more than 1 month and I had already spent more than 200 Rs. on phone calls to customer care, but till now we haven't received our money back. Snapdeal assures us that our money is protected by Trust Pay but we have lost all our faith on snapdeal. This was our first and last dealing with snapdeal as they provided the worst service to us. We kindly need the help of someone responsible to look into our issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

        Second time received partial product (making me fool for last 15 days) I had placed an order of edifier da5000pro 5.1 speaker system on may 2, 2015. Received partial product (sub woofer without 5 speakers) on may 5, 2015. I was very disappointed and full of tension because i already lost my Rs 10000 on this. Then i request for a replacement and again after 10 days i received partial product. Now i am very sad and going to file a complaint against SNAPDEAL in consumer court. And i will NOT RECOMMEND anyone to purchase product from SNAPDEAL. They tell a lie every time and they are fraud. Never respond to the customer. They dont have a TOLL FREE number so i spend my Rs 300+ on call. If you will purchase anything from SNADEAL it means you will waste your money. (sumit.[protected]@gmail.com)([protected])

          Sir I have purchased a mobile Sam sung Galaxy Grand Max on 12 April 2015 and received the product on 14 April 2015 order no. [protected]. after a week I fount the mobile was defective as its camera lens was moving. I called customer care of snapdeal on 22 april to complaint and resolve my issue but snapdeal clearly denied from refund and return by telling the product was ordered on 12 april doesnt matter when it is delivered to customer and told me to go to samsung service centre and then next day when i reached to samsung service centre they told me the product is defectiv and you must return it.After that i called to snapdeal and then they refused to me then i make them to talk with samsung care executive and they accepted my request of refund on 23 april. In the next morning 24 april the defective product was picked by snapdeal and then i send my bank details for the neft transfer. after that i have called 15 times to snapdeal that my refund is not received to me. but I am not gerting my amount back after repetitive reminders to snap deal. My request is being getting ignored completely.. Today is 14 of may and I have nt been paid back despite of being promised by snapdeal. It's highly ridiculous and I am not getting any positive response for the same. Every Tym I am calling on cce and every Tym the response is same. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible as it has reaches to zenith.. every tym an excuse from the company is made that ur details are not received, sometimes ur details are not from registered email id. we have accepteed ur request and forward to concern team... but no attention is paid back. it is exsploitation of customers please help me consumer forum plzzz please help me so that i can get my amount back and fine on snapdeal so that it can not befool innocent people by selling defective products and blocking my money to them for a period of more than 3 weeks. Initially delivery date was 11 may, 2015 and later received a message that show EXCEPTED DELIVERY DATE 13 MAY, 2015. I even tried to track my oder and get such response Consignee Refused To Accept. They never not tried to contact me.What is this it's really sad to see such kind of response.

              Snapdeal is worst online ecommerce site bcas I have ordered a prestige juicer with above order id ...i have received a sms and email that my order is confirmed but few hrs later snapdeal said there was technical problem so they cancelled my order ...next day I called nn ask why I didn't get a order cancelled message n when I get my money back, they said they also don't know n it will take time but next day I got email that product is ready to dispatch ...what thhe hell wrong 👎 withh this snapdea.com ... Finally I received a product with worst packing I think thhey shud get trained by flipkart and amazon for safe packing ...outerbox conndition is of horrible used .plzzz don't waste ur money 💵 like me by entering snapdeal and fall into trap of cheaper price bcas u will end up with bad products.

For the first time I have done e-purchase in snapdeal.From the beginning I had no belief on this site. But just had given a try apart from my favourite flipkart.                     I had recived a call from the number [protected], he is claiming calling from snapdeal.com, Delhi and he took my number from just dial listing. he asked my name and mail id which also listed in just dial. But he also asking for my PAN Number. I questioned for what purpose you asking it? He is changed the question only you are having PAN number or not. I informed about my number is listed in Do not disturb directory they why did you cross check before making a marketing call. The stupid is argue why did your number listed in Just dial. Pls beware of the kind of calls and never reveal your confidential data. The thieves are ready to stole.

                      i have ordered this product on 2nd may and till now i haven't received it customer care executive is making false commitments for the product . INspite of so much of complaints they are sending the product via Blue dart surface delivery and estimated delivery time for BLue dart has also been passed. Ridiculous SNAP deal this is worst you guys are playing with customer emotions if my product is not delivered then i will file an official complain in court against you .                           I had ordered a Xiaomi Mi Pad on 6th May with the above mentioned Order#. Earlier the site stated that the Product would be shipped by 8th May. Upon getting no response on 8th, I called up Customer Care and got to know that due to shipping delays, it would be delayed by another 3 days. On Monday i.e. 11th May, when I again called up Cust Care, they said that it is still not certain when the order will be shipped. Upon dropping a complaint on the Snapdeal site too all i got was a response that "We will update you with the resolution at the earliest". Now what i don't understand is what do they mean by earliest when it has already been 6 days now??? The site is still showing as 'Processing'. Most hopeless and poor case of customer handling and grievance redressal from the guys at Snapdeal. I would have rather placed my order on Amazon and would have got it easily by Monday itself. The Snapdeal team have no connect with their customers. In such a case they should be at least having the courtesy of letting the customer know about the delay instead of the customer having to repeatedly follow-up about. Now i'm stuck with this order and I have made payments through EMI which will be another pain for me. Please HELP OUT and let me know if you would be able to deliver this product or not OR else provide me the Refund for the product as well as the charges for cancellation of the EMI. If you guys can't manage product procurement then why do you list products on your site ?? This is just misleading and pulling customers to your site. Please arrange a call back for me to provide me a resolution for my query ASAP or else cancel the order and provide refund as requested above

                          The biggest problem i am having right now is that my concern is only being noted for the past 2-3 days i've been following up but I don't see anything being done on it or any team providing me any update. Why is that so???? You guys at Snapdeal have no regard for the customer...once the product is purchased thats it...let the customer then fend for himself.

                          I WANT A CONFIRMATION IF ANYTHING CAN BE DONE BY TODAY EOD (the estimated dispatch date shown on site was 13th May) ELSE CANCEL THE ORDER FROM YOUR SIDE AS ITS CLEAR THAT YOU GUYS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DISPATCH THE PRODUCT EVEN TODAY AND PROVIDE ME A FULL REFUND + CHARGES FOR FORE-CLOSURE OF EMI COZ THE EMI HAS ALREADY BEEN CHARGED TO ME FOR THIS MONTH.

                          SNAPDEAL REALLY SUCKS MAN AND I THINK COMPLAINTS OF ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE REALLY SPEAKS IT LOUD AND CLEAR. WORST DECISION TO PURCHASE FROM SNAPDEAL.

                            Snap deal such a worst online shopping website. I ordered Onida 1.5 tonn split AC through Snapdeal Order number [protected] I placed it on 27th April 2015, delivery date was 5th May. Its 12 th may 2015 today and product have not been delivered yet. I called up customer care executive of snapdeal and the tracking I'd of product which they provided me is wrong ([protected]) and blue dart courier service claimed that they haven't shipped any product. Also they fool me and try to send me same invalid tracking number and say that my product is shipped and I will receive in 2 days.. Its been 15 days as if now but haven't received my product. I try calling to them on daily basis and never get proper response and also as per their policy if product is not delivered in 10 days from date of product is shipped they should refund my money. The are not even refunding my money back nor they are canceling my product. Such a pathetic and irresponsible online website.. I faced this issue twice. If you just can't deliver product to particular pincode you should have said while placing order.

                            This is not at all appreciated from your team . Since 5th May 2015 your team is working ryt? How many more days you require to resolve this. I have purchased through credit card EMI option and Iam due to pay that month on May 27th. So do let Me know when my product will be delivered. Its really a very annoying service you people are providing to your loyal customers. I just need immediate delivery or refund before May 26th.

                              As I had placed Order ID : [protected] Order Placed on:[protected]:12:20 & recived the same on[protected].As I had opted for COD so paid the amount & collected the parcel. But when opened the parcel found that the goods was in damaged condition, not at all working. Now whom should I blame either the snapdeal or the Courier Agency, who has taken responsiblity to deliver. I would like to raise a complaint & get a replacement for the order raised.                                   no response- Very bad reception - Disgusting Call centre people. Most irresponsible onsite shopping site. I have ordered a phone on 4th May, and delivery was supposed to be on Thursday 7th May, But on payment i recieved the message sayin the delivery will be on 9th May. On may 9th i call sanp deal up they say the product is with Go jAVAS couriers. When i called snapdeal on May 9th and lodged about delivery, the escalation team was more concerned about taking a escalation ( may be the team has s minimum escalation target to be met) . When i called Go Javas on 9th, they say the product is still with snap deal, and snap deal says the vice Versa. Its a week since i ordered and still not have recieved the product and how many ever times i call snap deal they say it will be resolved in four days. I dont understand y snap deal needs four days to give a escalation update. Fed up calling Snap deal and Go Javas.

                                    Sir, I"m Kondalraj from Madurai(Tamilnadu) ordered (Order No.[protected]) for "Samsung 48H-6400Model television through online for sum of Rs.76, 160/-.on 4th May 2015. Snapdeal has assured to deliver the product on or before 09th May 2015. In this regard to deliver the product at the earliest, i make no of calls and reminders. But all are vast and vein. No response from the authorities. Today is 11.05.2015 - No response from them. I When I approach Gati transport, (AWB.[protected] for the status of the product on transit, they say the product will reach madurai on or after 14th May 2015.Z(Gati"s number was sent through SMS by Snapdeal on 07 May 2015. May I know why this huge difference in transit time between snapdeal and Gati. Why the proper date for delivery was informed. While placing the order, in online display, U r giving assurance that the product will handover with in 4 working days. However I"m Praying the god to deliver the ordered product in good condition. I dont know when the product will reach here.

                                      dear sir/madam i have order bride green mop order no. [protected] for rs. 1245 the confrimed my orded but after 3 days the delayed the order and then after 3 days the cancelled my order and refuned my money and increased the product price at 3299 with new name (bride green polypropylene mop) i want my product at the price i ordered . take action against the seller and website asap thanx my phone no. is [protected] or [protected]
