i want to say that on 19th march 2016 at 4:15 P.M. i placed my order for Intex Aqua 4G Plus 16GB white mobile and my order is also confirmed by Snapdeal, but after sometime they cancel my order.The reason of cancel my order they giving to me is that the price of above mention mobile is shown by Snapdeal is wrong .I really never never expect such kind of shamefull thing from such well-known shopping site.The Snapdeal is not "Dil Ki DEAL", Snapdeal should must change the name and they must name their site as "KiLL THE DEAL".Snapdeal really a biggest frauder site i ever seen. SNAPDEAL really SLAP the customers.Onething more Snapdeal sends a mail also in which they are asking that tell us that Snapdeal is your family member or yours friend which have no meaning.I Request you sir/mam that hard steps and action on this online shopping site because they have no value of customers feelings.

They won't do anything except giving false promises and wasting our time...It's better go with other sites..The same thing happened with me also nd likewise many other customers.. I was also given false promises for 2months but nothing happened. Think wisely, if the response is not coming within 2 weeks max to max, then they are DEFINITELY not doing anything from their end. Or get fooled by them. They think we are illetrate and fools sitting here and can't understand anything. Choice is urs ..

Snapdeal is the fraud app I request u all ever buy anything from Snapdeal.they are the very bad and disaster app I this world.i want to buy a latest Android mobile phone from this site but they cancel my order and when I ask him why they cancel my order they said me that "some technical problem is Occurred that why we cancelled your order".I prefer you all to buy anything electronic and other house hold things from ""Amazon"" the best, believing and promiseable app in this world me and friends buy everything from Amazon because Amazon never break the promises and always stand on their words.Snapdeal is only a frauder and nothing.so guys Choose the best which give you happiness and comforts of life, which I thing Amazon give.snapdeal I am writing this to only said you that take some lessons from Amazon how to win the Dil of people, then after you can say that Snapdeal is Dil ki Deal.

      We had Ordered Laptop on 7th march & As we received laptop its has Faulty DVD Drive. As Laptop Comes with Linux Operating System We tried to Open DVD Drive but its not Open as We thought due to Drivers we cant open DVD Drive. After Installing Windows We again try to open DVD Drive But Still Same Problem, Later we contacted Acer Service Center. On Same Day engineer Visit & told that this Laptop Has DVD Drive Fault.

      They Also send Call Report where they have Clearly mentioned that Laptop have Faulty DVD Drive.Then we contacted Service Center to Replace our Laptop Because in week it had Problem But here Both Snapdeal & Acer Both Reject our request...

        This is regarding the refund request of 3299/- rupees for my
        order id: [protected].I have ordered an office chair on 28 feb, 2016.It was delivered to me on
        05 mar, 2016.The product was damaged and was not a new piece.On the date of delivery i raised
        for reverse pick up and refund request on 05 mar, 2016. Since that time i'm struggling to get

One of your customer agent kept me on hold for 15 minutes then getting no reply i disconnected the call. Even now i am in confusion about the status of my refund.
            Therefore, i request you to take step as early as possible so that my belief about snapdeal remain_ the best.

            I am really cheated by Snapdeal. My registered mobile number is [protected].
            Product: 7Cotton polo T-shirt and Eveready Emergency Light.
            This product was returned 10 days ago but till now my refund is not credited. Everyday I called to their customer care and even sent email but they daily gave the time 24 hours for the refund credit. How nay 24 hours I have waited God knows. Even whenever I am calling now they are keeping my call on hold for long time and there is no response after that. I am really very disappointed now. What a system it is Snapdeal ? Don’t make us fool. Really my belief has gone now. I know that if I get a call from Snapdeal or I’ll call your agent will tell me to wait 24 hours. What do you mean by 24 hours ? Is it 24 years ? I told people to purchase from Snapdeal for their quick delivery but now I have to tell different for this disgusting experience.

                My Order No. is: [protected] & Complaint Reference No. is 21005942. I had returned the product long time back, after that snapdeal sent me mail stating that the refund was done in "Freecharge" account. Since 14th till today, I'm unable to see the amount in the Freecharge account. It is showing ₹0. When complained to Snapdeal, they told internal error and we are working on it. After that I contacted Freecharge. They mailed with a ticket no. 3310162 stating that they will contact and resolve within 24 hours which obviously they didn't. It has been 1 weeek and I did not get my money back.

                Listen since 14th I have been told to wait and everyday I'm calling twice a day and I'm not getting my money back. I have attached a screenshot also for your reference.                       Hai. I placed an order of Bajaj 1.8L ricecookeraround 10am this moning[protected] and i paid the order with Syndicate Bank India debit card. Rs 1299 was debited from my bank account to snapdeal account and this (image below) appear. But i wait for 30min the page still in loading condition. After that, money is debited but no order was placed in snapdeal when i checked it back. I call centre for many time but no reply was given.

                      So what is the solution? May i get my money back and transfer into my Syndicate account? I want this problem to be settle fast. Thank You.

                          Below is the email which I wrote to Kunal/ROshit but no response, need to register a complaint to refund my money

                          I am being the privileged customer of Snapdeal since years, but I haven`t experienced something worst like this before.
                          Recently I have purchased three large appliances which costs 26000 in total, and one of the item "Symphony 22 Ltr Diet 22 I-Air Cooler"
                          Order ID: [protected] (3 Items) starting giving problem within 1day, initially we felt it is small in size and I had raised a request for refund, later my family members decided to accept it as it was fully functioning with sufficient cooling facility, but today(17th March) it suddenly stopped functioning means the air cooling system was very slow even if we turn it to maximum speed and I have raised the request today. I want my hard earned money to be refunded.

                          I hope this will be sorted it out with quick response within India, or else I don`t have other opening but to take it Internationally and register a complaint in consumer court and get it sort it out.

                            Pathetic service never delivers on time & the right product.                                 An order for a sintex tank was placed by me and the same was confirmed via sms and email. Tentative delivery was given around March 23.
                                On March 15 I received a mail which told me that the item was not available with the seller they contacted, but it was available with another seller. They had reported of having contacted and confirmed that the new seller would deliver by March 27.
                                On March 19 I was informed by my bank that an amount of Rs 10239 has been deposited in my account. This was the amount I had paid as the cost of the sintex tank.
                                I was surprised. Without telling me a word, without any explanation money is refunded. Even after refund there is no sms, no phone, no mail. The world has turned blank for snapdeal. They did not have the decency of informing its valued customer. Not a word. Shocking, irresponsible, disgusting behaviour. Not even a word. No feeling of regret for having wasted my ten days. Great heights achieved in customer care indeed.

                                    They offered me very worst item, i spoke to one customer executive, she told me withing 48hrs money will refund, i ordered on 17th mar, i got it today around 1pm 19th mar 2016. And 2pm i raised a compliant not happy with product, they said other team will call you for pick up the item and refund the money.. Now i got message you crossed 7 days not able to process your request.. Not even one day crossed.

                                    Snapdeal is big cheater . I request to all don't buy anything on snapdeal. Customer services very bad.. They not pick the call and not responding..


                                    All fake information posted online.. And selling some scrap item... This is business of snapdeal.. Consumer court should ban the snapdeal.com.

                                      Redpected Sir/ Madam,
                                      I had an order of intex cloud Swift mobile from snapdeal which product showed with screen breakerage insurance & idea internet free but they send me without screen breakerage insurance copy & idea internet also not included with this product I had search on idea side. So I request them for replacement within their timing period. But till now they does not do anything and time also have past.
                                      Kindly help me out from this problem as soon.
                                      I have contacted so many time on your toll free number but answar is every time either busy or cut the line automatically.
                                      Please do the needful as early as possible.
