Snapdeal.com — Have send faulty ac | |||||
Ac which was send is faulty: i had ordered 1.2 ton 5 star ac on snapdeal which was delivered on 28th feb 2016 but they have send 1.5 ton indoor and 1.2 ton outdoor.As i was not having that technical knowledge i was unaware of this discrepancies, nor did technician who came to install on 4th feb 2016 told me about this and continued installation, after installing i found cooling was not that good, but technician said let it work for more 4 to 5 days then it will be ok, after 4 to 5 day it was the same so i complained voltas on 11th feb about this but issue was not solved, and on that day the technician informed me that problem is because of difference in indoor n outdoor unit...Then i complained two times to snapdeal about this issue.When asked snapdeal about this they are saying your 7 day return policy has lapsed and now we can't help...
