I regularly shop on amazon and flipkart & for a change i ordered sandisk 16gb pack of 2 on snapdeal on 17-apr-2016 (Order number [protected]).

Price: rs. 539
Free shipping
Mode of payment: cash on delivery

The delivery person collected rs. 565 instead of rs. 539 showing the retailer invoice sticked to the product. I was not happy with this and immediately raised a service request with snapdeal (Req id:[protected] against the order.

Customer support person called me and said they will credit back rs. 26 to my snapdeal freecharge account with in 24hrs (Attaching the email snapshot). Its been 10 days and still they didn't credit anything on my freecharge account.

Rs. 26 is a small amount but i thought i should bring into public the fraudulent practice of snapdeal. People think that "cash on delivery" is the safest method to ensure we get our product in our hand for what we pay but with snapdeal even cash on delivery is fraud.

    I had ordered dell inspiron 15 3542 laptop with an offer to get ms office and mc afee free along with the product(Rs.20199). But i have received only mcafee ..I have not received ms office. Please register my complaint and send as ordered. Snapdeal has also not given information about warranty registration. Please also advise me how to register for warranty of the product.

        I bought an asus zenfone selfie zd551kl (Order no: [protected]) as there was a freebie offer of a backcover worth rs. 699/-. However, when the mobile was delivered on 13th march, 2016 there was no mobile backcover with it. When the snapdeal customercare was contacted immediately, i was told that the asus mobile company would send it directly to the customer within 14 days. Now it almost 1 & 1/2 months. Sofar, nothing has happened. In the meantime i once again spoke to the snapdeal customercare reps on 3 consecutive days between april 14th & 16th & i was told that they will look into the matter & get back. So far they have not responded. I also lodged a formal complaint with snapdeal customercare reference#[protected]n 15th april, 2016 but there has been no response. I am regular customer of snapdeal & have bought lots of things--clothes, mobile, etc., online. However, after this bitter experience i have kept my orders pending in the cart lest i suffer the same experience. I expect snapdeal to look into the matter & settle the issue at the earliest.

              This company is only fooling & looting customers by doing unethical business.
              I ordered a fastrack watch of ₹4772( order id. [protected]) and they delivered an empty parcel on 08/04/2016. When brought to notice they assured refund in 48hrs. As asked i shared all the pictures, details of delivery boy, my id details, account details n all.
              In this past 3 weeks i called them more than 50 times and every time they fooled me by saying that refund ll be done in next 24 hrs and i need not to call again.
              Till yesterday they assured me refund and today i got a call that my complain is been rejected and refund ll be not done.
              The most important thing is that they are not giving me the cause of rejection.
              The customer advisors of #snapdeal are nothing more than dumb dolls.
              I cant understand why they are scared in givng me a reason of rejection in written(Via mail).
              I brought this issue to consumer forum and going to lodge a fir on snapdeal & its courier partner gojavas and still trying my best to get my money back.
              * my honest opinion is it is a big fraud company ignore snapdeal i[censored] dnt wanted to be cheated like this.

                My order number is [protected] and its a crosair vs 550 watts smps. I received this product on 10th of april 2016 and found out that it was faulty and was not working. So i requested for a replacement and till now ( as of 30th april ) no one has come to pick up the item. Everytime i call customer care they say we are sorry and we will reschedule the pick up tomorrow. Already called them 15 times but no proper solution has been given to me. Since snapdeal customer care number is not a toll free, i have already spent more than 150rs just to call them up. I would suggest not to place any order from snapdeal since it not worth the time and effort and risk of going through a hell like me.

                  I registered for canvas spark 3 flash sale and successfully completed the book now process on 21 April and after that I got a mail in which it was written like your order details will be shared soon. I waited for 4 days but didn't get any confirmation email so I called in snapdeal they were telling me sorry we didn't send you mail and were just cheating and doing frod on the name of flash sale for increasing the traffic on their site. Don't buy anything from snapdeal they are frod and lawyers. Cheater snapdeal. Customer care service is very bad and they all are also not good.

                    I have order online some haldiram's mixture of namkeen from snapdeal.
                    To my surprised the item they deliver it was tear and look like rats have eaten. Two holes around packets and item is also removed.
                    Also snapdeal have delivered less item, as i have ordered 3 packets, out of three they delivered only two packets.
                    Snapdeal services are vety bad, i am using amazon since last 4 years continously, but i have never seen any complaint, more ever amazon are very prompt for the service and communication.
                    Hence hereafter i will use amazon only and i will stop to using snapdeal, because of very bad services from snapdeal.

                      I am balasaheb bade from pune i have purchased air cooler from snapdeal.com this company has given me wrong commitment about their product "maharaja whiteline 10l frostair room cooler white" this product cost rs. 5039 i am not satisfied from this product i have raised request for refund but they told me we cannot complete your request for refund i placed this product placed on 03 apr, 2016 and product delivered on 08 apr, 2016, this company giving wrong details to costumers maharaja whiteline 10l frostair room cooler white model is equipped with heavy air throw capability of 33 ft at 700m3/hr and high air delivery. But this is wrong this product air throw only 10 to 20ft not more then my house is small 250 sqft even not cooling properly then i called to their customer care number on[protected] his customer care executive said we complete your request within 48 hrs but 5 days passed on since i have raised request for refund after second time i called them again on same number[protected] they told me we cannot complete your request so according to me this is fraud company and giving wrong information about the product and doing fraud business

                        I want to make a complaint against a company.I had ordered a shoes from snapdeal but order was not placed, transaction got cancelled . I did complaint against my order to snapdeal customer care, called on the customer case number[protected] but nothing happen so far. When I ask to snapdeal customer care they said we will refund your amount but its been more than 2 weeks, I dont fell they are gonna refund .

                          what do you mean by your internal checks and on what basis you have mentioned that the refund is not possible. We are paying money and you guys are sending the empty boxes without any product .If you want the complete details we will send to you but with out doing that how can you concluded that refund is not possible.
                          The worst service I have ever seen .

                          Firstly you delivered a differeent product other than what we ordered, we returned it back to you and then you send an empty box without the product which shows your service .Highly dispaointed with Snapdeal and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

It is good but i got one extra and same type of black cotton straight semi stitched dress, which i was not ordered by mistaken it will came to me one extra dress. I want to refund this order. So many times i told about this to you and igot no reply please do something. So what i think your fake promises... please i kindly request you to do something because i want to refund.

                                I have purchased a mixer grinder, i order it on 19, Apr. Immediately on the next day morning i canceled the products.

                                After Which, Snapdeal:
                                1. They dispatched the Goods.
                                2. The Courier persons did not accept the returns as he said. it will be dealt with different team.
                                After that i tried and tried no refund, No reply to my mails and no one is caring what i says.

                                All the online portal including Snapdeal are having return /refund policy.

                                End Customer : Dont believe this snapdeal, Think twice and then purchase, If you really need it buy it. Believe no return / no refunds.

                                Want to take risk???. Lets bring a awareness and decline their sales.

                                      This company is only Fooling & Looting customers by doing unethical business.
                                      I ordered a Fastrack watch of ₹4772( order id. [protected]) and they delivered an Empty parcel on 08/04/2016. When brought to notice they assured refund in 48hrs. As asked i shared all the pictures, details of delivery boy, my ID details, account details n all.
                                      In this past 3 weeks i called them more than 50 times and every time they fooled me by saying that refund ll be done in next 24 hrs and i need not to call again.
                                      Till yesterday they assured me refund and today i got a call that my complain is been rejected and refund ll be not done.
                                      The most important thing is that they are not giving me the cause of rejection.
                                      The customer advisor of #SNAPDEAL are nothing more than Dumb Dolls.
                                      I cant understand why they are scared in givng me a reason of rejection in written(via mail).
                                      I brought this issue to CONSUMER FORUM and going to Lodge a FIR on SNAPDEAL & its courier partner GoJavas and still trying my best to get my money back.
                                      * My honest opinion is It is a big Fraud company Ignore SNAPDEAL i[censored] dnt wanted to be cheated like this.

                                        My self Ajith reddy . I had placed my order on SNAPDEAL. MY Order ID [protected] .Woodland Gd0491108w13 - Khaki Casual Sandals For Men worth of rupees 2500.

                                        Sir i have received my order on[protected] at 2:00 pm by GO JAVAS COURIER COMPANY .(proof :I am having the sheet that was on top of my shipment). Size was not sufficient so i raised a request for refund at 4:00 pm on[protected].So my shipment was taken by JV EXPRESS COURIER COMPANY on[protected] to return it to SNAPDEAL.(proof :I am having the pickup receipt given by jv express).

                                        what actually happened was GO JAVAS company did not update the information that i have received my order before 4:00 pm[protected] AND THEY UPDATED THAT ORDER WAS CANCELLED AND RETURNED BACK TO SNAPDEAL AFTER I RAISED REFUND REQUEST(i.e after 4:00 pm[protected]

                                        i have raised complaint about this issue many times it has been 70 DAYS and even now i did not get my refund.After so much time i got a call(from snapdeal) and mail that your refund was initiated it will be credited to your bank account and asked for bank account details, they said that it will be credited with on 4 business days .

                                        Even after 4 days i did not receive my refund and then i again raised a complaint that i have not received refund.In response to the complaint i got call from snapdeal and this is how conversation goes

                                        SNAPDEAL: Hello sir we are from snapdeal you have raised a complaint that you did not receive refund
                                        ME: hmm
                                        SNAPDEAL: I have made contact with concern department and they said that refund or replacement cannot be initiated to your shipment
                                        ME : How can it be like that i have paid money through cash on delivery and i have returned product back to you, both money and product is with you and you are saying that refund and replacement is not possible
                                        SNAPDEAL: NO ANSWER
                                        ME : then why did i receive mail from snapdeal that your refund was initiated and we need bank details
                                        SNAPDEAL: INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT has done investigation and said that refund or replacement is not possible
                                        ME: can i know the reason on what basis investigation is done and why refund or replacement not possible
                                        SNAPDEAL: NO ANSWER

                                        sir i don't know what kind of game they are playing with me so please help me to get my payment back. I kindly request you to investigate this case properly.
