I have purchased with credit card a Kingston SSD(Solid State Drive)Now V200+ (SVP200S3/120G) Internal Solid State Drives (120GB) which current market price Rs 4799/-, but the Snapdeal send me wrong product with model no Kingston V300 SV300S37A/120G Internal Hard Drive which market current price Rs 3541/- and which is lower price of Rs 1258/- from the actual ordered item.At first the customer care of Snap deal assured me that they send me the proper product soon but after 3 - 4 days waiting they send me a cancellation mail against my order and try to refund my money as the current price up.the mail communication is given below..     I have purchased USHA water dispenser through snapdeal model no. USHA INSTAFRESH SERIS - HNCCC21V9S Item code - 155285 Invoice no. SD1B0A/14-15/53 Retailer - Vishal Interiors, Rewari Haryana booked on 14th of FEB 2015. After getting the product, i had problems with it. Some part of the product is not available with the service centre. I have made almost 100 calls to customer care o[censored]sha regarding that. but there is no response from your side. Since the product is under warranty, but the your company is not providing any services & i am not able to use the product. Moreover, the service centre persons are charging for providing services as they are saying you have purchased the product online, so we will not be able to give you any services. I dont think this the company policy. If the part is not present with the company, the product should be replaced. Kindly provide the resolution for the same, otherwise i have to got to the consumer court at nagpur city for the same relating both USHA International & SNAPDEAL

      404 error - tracking status not updated since atleast last 4days. Its making me painful, since i need to be present at my home since you deliver the goods and you say about 10-11 days and is very long also i am able to see where is my goods are lying at present and when it will be delivered. you say it will be delivered with 11 days, this means i need to present at my home for these 11 days as like house arrest. really very bad experience. even from the customer care through telephone is helpless. the status not updated since atleast last 4 days. i don't know, where is my goods are lying at present since last 4 days. and no updates also. when i click on [ Track Dispatch Now ] link in the URL: https://www.snapdeal.com/orderSummary?order=[protected]&code=b0e7a8274acc900ff41...         I have ordered an air conditioner Item 1 Voltas 1.5 Ton 5 Star 185 EYR/185 IMR Split and a stabilizer Item 2 Premier 4KV EXCEL Voltage Stabilizer on 28th may, 2015.Of this two products I have received the 2nd item but I have not received the 1st item. It is running in loops with docket no.[protected] and currently is at Kolkata. The delivery is pending and postponed 3 to 4 times since order. I am eagerly waiting for the product delivery as it is now been almost one month since order. Please see through to the matter why I have not received the product and what is DEPS status. Status is not clear to me. If nothing else is done from your side I have to cancel the order and I will be surely disappointed with snapdeal because you cannot make DIL KA RISTA like this to a customer... :( :(

          i have ordered No.[protected] THE WITHCHER 3 WILD HUNT PS4 game on 5th june, 2015 @ 6.30 PM via Debit card. Acoordingly i received a message intimating that the order is handedover to the go javaas courier service with tracking No.UNISNPP3632731 and again i received message that from the courier service that the order will be received on or before 14th June, 2015. but it is highly regret to notice that t till date of this complaint, my order is not delivered. The GO JAVAAS courier service is repeatedly postponing my item delevery date.I was held up with snap deal online purchases.This shows the company negligence towards the consumers.

              I purchased micromax canvas spark from snapdeal on 10 jun 2015. And i received faulty product its have network problem and they ask me to for DOA. I am not understand if they want it then why they mention 7 Day refund/replace policy with no question and i m not liar the phone have problem but they are not interested in this and now i want refund.
              Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              I contacted your customer care and they asked me about the DOA from issued by any authorized Micromax service center. When I went their they told me that they have to conform it from their senior, so I have to wait for one more day.

              Also please confirm me that what I have to do in case they didn't issue DOA.

                I have ordered a redmi 2 mobile and I have received the parcel on 9th June order no. [protected]. When I just open the packet I surprised insted of mobile I received a wooden peice. Productively I made a call to the couriour person and ask about this. He told me whatever the snapdeal provided I have deliver the same call to snapdeal for assistance after that I made a call to snapdeal and explain every thing to them they raised a complaint and gives me a complaint number for my future reference is 19579538 and request me to allow us 48hrs. Its around 8 days completed and no resolutions from them also whever I made a call every one said the same line "our team is investigating allow us some more time. Seriously wrost customer service.                       I had ordered one set La Opala Turquoise Dream Dinner set (33 pcs.). The product was delivered in damaged condition. I immediately contacted Snapdeal and asked them to replace the product. They had initially assured of replacement and picked up the damaged product the very next day. Thereafter, I received an e-mail from snapdeal stating that they would not be able to replace the product but would refund the amount to my bank account within 7 working days as is the rule. This happened in the last week of April (around 23rd April, 2015). Ever since I have contacted snapdeal innumerable times (lost count of it) for an update as the refund has still not happened. Every time I have been kindly requested to keep my patience and wait for 4 days, but now my 'patience' is wearing off.                               Dear Sir/Madam, I have placed an order in Snapdeal (order ID:[protected]) for buying an 1.2 Ton Voltas 5star 155 CY Air conditioner on 4th June and have opted for cash on delivery payment. The product was delivered on 13.04.2015, when i was out of station. When I came home today, it was observed that a wrong product was delivered (i.e. 1.2 Ton Voltas 5start 155 CYA) which is much cheaper and very older design than the product i have ordered. We paid Rs.28204 for the product which were not actually ordered. Request to take necessary action to get justice to me.

                                Exp. Date of delivery - 09th of june but has not recd yet. It shows that i am out of station so unable to receive.
                                Already mailed you, snapdeal, go javas and micromax but no positive response? Now its my turn to prove them right. Whenever you will come and find me i always tell you that i am out of station.
                                So why should i mail you again, there is only one reason behind this that from now on, i placed as many orders as i can. Of course on cash on delivery but i guarantee you that i will not receive anyone among them. Now its my time to say [censored] you. Mob. No - [protected]. Just only a request to forward this mail and place as many orders as you can but recd none. So that the snapdeal may learn a lesson from us.

                                  Hello Team, Regarding the cases #01769871, 02225803, 02487674,[protected], 02310113, 02309593, 02268062, 02117909 Regarding the order# [protected] I have raised multiple cases for this issue but this issue not yet resolved. Could you please help me to resolve this issue, I bought almost 85k amount elements but getting this response from snapdeal. Please let me know if there any chance of getting the element from snapdeal or or i lost my money in snapdeal. Else i will place the different order from other website filkart etc. Its very painful that my money got stuck snapdeal since almost last one month and my work got hamper still i am not getting any positive response from snapdeal.

                                    complaint # :[protected] Order # [protected] Product :- Nokia 225 dual sim I ordered a basic Nokia phone for My Mom, and it was delivered on 12 the June by 4:30 pm. When i inserted the sim and made a call, the speaker quality was not up to the mark ie it was too low. on the same day i called snap deal customer care and requested for a return. Gentleman noted the request and assured that product would be taken back and gave a complaint No 02424112, on the Second Day of making a complaint, i got a message that return and exchange your products with 7 days with any hassle. I called the Snap deal customer Care again to know, when the delivery boy will come to collect the product. To my surprise i got a response saying it will not be taken back as we don't take electronic items back. Now my INR 3200 is completely a waste. And i am shocked with terrible customer service as 1st complaint was registered and 2nd day the guy says it cannot be taken back. Please help, as for me 3200 is a big amount. Hoping for a positive response in favor of customer as the product has not been used also, more then making 1 single call.

                                      I have got my HTC phone on January 25, 2015. At that time snapdeal gave the offer of 1year additional warranty from warranty bazzar, for some mobiles. My HTC Desire 816G was one in that. But so far i haven't got any updates regarding the additional warranty. I have raised complaint in their site 3-4 times, but I haven't received any positive response from them. Please can you please help me for getting my additional warranty. Order NO ::[protected] Previous complaint NO :16171576. In snapdeal site they have stated that if a complaint is not solved in 30days, full pay will be refunded, but in my situation i haven'treceived any response for 4 months :( Please help me in getting the offer or refund orelse suggest some other ways to raised complaint on snapdeal.

                                        Snapdeal has updated on their website that the order is delivered on 6th June. But the order has not been delivered till date. Their logistics partner Mahindra Logistics as of 13/6/2015 0900 Hrs shows that the status as item is despatched from Nagpur on 6th June, 2015. (http://115.112.53.169/DNTS/TrackUpdateStatus.aspx way bill[protected] I have raised a complaint with SnapDeal on 6th June (Complaint num[protected]. They reply today that they have verified with their logistics partner and they have delivered the item. When I try to re-raise the issue through SnapDeal website, it seems they have disabled raising complaint on my account. Its been very late, I want to cancel the order and want my money back.
